I love going here, so personal. Michelle is awesome.and took two rings in today for their checkups and both being taken care of, I had a loose prong.His ring was chipped. Some super good things to browse through...LOL Always leave wanting more and Im not a huge jewelry person.
I had terrible service with Jared, specifically at this Beavercreek location. My husband and I spent a substantial amount of money at this store, including 2 wedding bands of mine. My engagement ring was bought in a family owned business when we lived in Pennsylvania. Now that I live in Beavercreek I take all of my rings there to be cleaned and for the diamonds to be checked. In December I brought my rings there for the cleaning/diamonds checked and a sales associates claimed there were several diamonds loose in my engagement band (the ring NOT purchased at Jared) and they were wanting to charge 50some dollars to fix it. I was going back to Pennsylvania that weekend for the holidays so I decided to let me jeweler fix it. The jeweler in PA confirmed there were absolutely no diamonds loose and nothing ever came out of the band. I went back to the store that upcoming March and they claimed all diamonds in the all the bands were tight and secure. So without anyone ever tightening the diamonds, Jared associates say they are magically tight again. Fast forward to July and I get my diamonds checked again and the claim everything is tight and secure - less than 24 hours later with me barely wearing my ring a diamond falls out of my engagement band. I call to complain and they basically say they can’t do anything about it. I called corporate (who were very nice and helpful) and they said to bring the ring in to fix them. When I went back to Beavercreek the manager was extremely rude. She said I had prongs broken off and she was going to charge me 80some dollars to fix them. I left the store annoyed and went back to my jeweler in PA who fixed my ring in 1 hour with absolutely no charge. Bottom line - my husband will only shop small/family owned business because you get better quality and honest service.
We worked with Taylor on a custom engagement ring for the last ~4 months and she has been fantastic to work with through the whole process. I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more and she helped put the diamond characteristics of color and clarity into perspective. She was helpful in addressing all our questions and concerns at each step of the process from CAD drawings to the wax mold. The final product was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Taylor!

Purchased a 2 carat diamond 2 years ago. The original band lasted a year. Was told by an associate they couldn’t fix the band so I needed to buy another. Had to fight for my trade in value. Purchased a certified band and have had the same issues with the center stone coming loose several times. I just had it repaired a month ago and the diamond came loose again. Very dissatisfied to spend over $20,000 on a ring to have these issues so frequently. When I brought it in I requested it be fixed quickly meaning not taking a day turn around time to do so. They brought it back to me and said 24 hours to tighten it. They have previously tightened it in very minimal time. Will never shop Jared’s again. Spent thousands and thousands of dollars there, very disappointed.
I am a person to read reviews and do my research before making such a big purchase so let me save you some time because I can say with 100% certainty that you will not regret giving this place a chance to earn your business.Diana K, Brian B and the staff there have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They truly treat you like family there and will do everything in their power to ensure your genuine happiness before you walk out the door. I say this from experience because we had a issue with our custom ring process, and it was completely taken care of. We felt very valued as customers. They listened to our concerns and took the time to make sure it was taken care of correctly. Not once have we ever felt pressured into buying anything, and they were mindful of our budget but also took the time to find the best diamond for our price. I love this Jared location. Each time we visited all of the jewelry I wore (even things not bought at Jared) were complimentary cleaned! They even helped me check if a gift I had gotten was genuine diamonds. My boyfriend and I specifically worked with Erik to find a chain and bracelet combo that my boyfriend loves and will cherish for years to come. Erik was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what pieces worked best for our lifestyles. I also worked with Zack to find an opal ring that would be durable as well as fit my style and hand. Both helped pick a classic pair of drop earrings and studs. The combo together is amazing and the boys really helped me decide what made me feel best as well as look best. cant wait to come back to get my jewelry serviced and possibly get more!
I would look elsewhere for a ring. I worked with Taylor at this location and ended up buying a $7,500 engagement ring. I later got it appraised and it came back at only $4,750. The information I got about the ring from the jeweler was wrong. The appraiser immediately pulled up the information from a gsi report that showed it was a much much lower quality ring than I was told. They lied about the quality.
Went in to buy wedding bands with my fiance. The lady wasnt very nice from the beginning. She asked why we were there and when we were getting married. (We found what we wanted and wanted to purchase about 10 months before our wedding). She then went to show us what we wanted and I picked out the one I liked. My fiance didnt know his ring size and so we asked her to size it. She just showed him a ring and told him to try it on and asked how it fit. He said its a little big so she took it back and went and found a different ring than the one he wanted and said here try this one. He said its still too big and she said well these are the only sizes we have in store right now. I said again can you tell us what his ring size is please. She reluctantly pulled out the ring sizer and gave him the size she thought he might be and it worked but she seemed so irritated that we wanted to know his ring size. So we picked out the rings we wanted and then she says sorry because of Covid we cant order your rings. That would be a custom order and the warehouse is canceling all custom orders. They took our information and said they would email us when they were able to order custom rings. We literally just needed the rings in our sizes... then right as we are leaving she says oh and I wouldnt bother trying to order online because they are canceling all of those orders too and told us to just come back when it was actually closer to our wedding date and they could help us. We went home and decided we wanted to try buying them online anyway. 3 days later his ring comes in the mail. 8 days later my sing shows up. Dont appreciate being lied to.
I am absolutely pleased with this location they are amazing one employee in particular I wish I would have got his name, greets you at the door as you walk in and is so kind with customers he goes above and beyond to help you he brightens my day every time I go in excellent service. Also I love that I feel as if he truly loves his job, and that’s awesome he’s the older gentlemen !!
I am 100% completely satisfied with my experience at the Dayton Mall location. My girlfriend and I sat with Ashley, then Ian and both were very quick to answer any questions that we had, as well as listened to my girlfriends wishes for her engagement ring. Ian followed up and was able to complete the transaction quickly. I highly recommend visiting this location for your jewelry needs.
The staff at this particular location provide excellent customer service. Theyre very polite, and even though they use the obvious sale strategy of selling up to sell down, they are not pushy, and they were okay with my choice to look elsewhere for engagement rings. This review is based from a phone call with a clerk. Since we are in the COVID time, I asked if it was okay if I didn’t bring my ring in for its check up since it has been 6 months since the last check up. She kindly said they have extended everyone’s warranty until January. I mentioned that I am pregnant and don’t feel safe bringing my ring in just for a ‘check’. I asked her if that was okay and I won’t get a late fee and yet still even with COVID and being pregnant, I will still get a late fee. I will still be pregnant in January. I don’t understand how this is fair or right?
My wife and myself absolutely love this location. the staff is always helpful and informative. I never feel pressured. I would recommend this store and staff for anyone. I also would like to recommend Michelle Stiles she is always great and willing to help hard to please customers such as myself.

She took us into a room went over the 4 cs and asked if we had any questions . The jewelry is beautiful, our sales associate was amazing, very friendly, professional and patient. Her name was Aileen. She was almost to good at her job, before all was said and done I made 4 purchases. The rest of the employees were all very friendly. Great experience.
Absolutely wonderful, special ordered a Neil Lane bridal set they said it would be here in a week and it literally arrived two days later just as the picture showed. A week prior to this my husband purchased an upgraded wedding band with top quality service and pricing on both rings! Diana and Craig are both angels on earth, and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and just like family. My fiancée and I got my bridal set from this location back in June of 2017. David, an older gentleman, was beyond helpful. He asked us what our price range was and he made sure to keep the rings he showed us within our price range. I had some issues following purchasing it, including losing a side stone and the center stone coming loose a few times. Every time I’ve had my ring back in to get it fixed, we have been extremely satisfied with the work and the time in which we got it back. Most recently, my ring unfortunately met my garbage disposal and sustained some damage. I took my ring in to get fixed and soldered since I’m getting married in about 2 weeks. The lady, Diana, did everything and more she could to help me. Unfortunately, since I tried to fix my ring myself, it voided our lifetime warranty but she wanted to show my ring to her manager to get his opinion on what we should do. The manager, whose name I didn’t catch, told me they would use my warranty to get me a whole new ring and then we would need to purchase another warranty for $199.99. Definitely well worth it to make sure my wedding set remains beautiful. I would most definitely recommend Jared to anyone who is searching for any piece of jewelry.

They were not overly pushy with any item and allowed me to browse and select mounts. If something was not in my budget, they found perfect alternatives that were. The first time I went, I wanted jewelry for my bridesmaids that were unique and brilliant, yet reasonably priced. The lady scoured the whole store to find two sets of small earrings that worked perfectly. Afterward, my husband and I requested some wedding rings that were very plain looking, but still had tiny diamonds to make me feel feminine. Jared had just what we were looking for. I later went back to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered, and the store was done 2 hours later. My rings look fantastic, my husband is very satisfied, and my bridesmaids loved their earrings.

What a great experience I had at this location! I broke a ring and went to the Jareds at Fairfield Commons. Zachary Karaman worked with me, and assured me the ring was fixable. When he told me the turn around time for the ring repair and the price, i was overjoyed. It was an amazingly fast time for the repair, and the price was very reasonable. Zachary was the ideal person to deal with he was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. True to his word I got the ring when I was told and the work was superb! I highly recommend this Jareds, and Zachary Karaman. Shout out to Vicky Edwards who I saw when I picked up the ring.

Thank you to the amazing sales associates who helped my wife pick out the perfect chain and pendant for our daughters college graduation! Unfortunately, the engraving on the pendant was done very poorly and I was the one who picked it up. I said it was fine because I had no idea what good was supposed to look like. I thought it was sub-par, but have little experience with jewelry. The kind person who spoke to my wife on the phone about the warranty is also appreciated. Sadly, days before the graduation, my wife returned to find a new charm and was greeted by a young lady with quite an attitude. We get 20 somethings. We have 2 of our own. This said, please take the time to talk to your young associates about the emotion that goes into many jewelry purchases. Imagine it is your own mom. She only want s the best for her child.

Aileen has superior customer service skills. I have been in customer service myself for 40 years and she is a gem (pun intended). I took my wedding 💒 rings in to have them inspected for my warranty. She answered all my questions about purchasing an Anniversary band to match my 16 year old wedding set. Made sure I was comfortable as well.
I needed to get an engagement ring resized and altered so I started shopping prices at the jewelry stores near the Fairfield Commons mall. Although the quote I received at this Jareds store was a little more expensive than their competitors (only $10 more), I chose their service because of their excellent and authentic hospitality. Craig welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door and showed great interest in my situation. He even offered a water bottle to me as he put together the quote! Eric was extremely helpful and kind on my second visit, as well. Lets just say, I will be returning to this store before any other store in the area with any of my jewelry needs!
I have to Honestly say they have gone above and beyond to help me. We bought my ring here 10 years ago and it was damaged last month they went out of their way to help fix the problem and made sure I was happy with the results! My husband and I are coming to this location almost 3 years, We used to have exceptional customer experience here when Curtis used to be store manager and David his assistant. They were trying to work out any issue with the clients. Those people worked for the clients. I give 4 stars because of this girl, Aileen, she became our favorite and I strongly advise to ask and work with her. The wife and I will probably no longer be ordering Pandora charms from here we ordered one online and it said we could do a in store pick up And when we got there they told us we had to wait for shipping and I would understand that but the charm we ordered they had 5 in stock but would not let us have the ones they had their already but told us we had to pay for another one and when ours was Shipped to the store we can just get our money back for that one it was a total waste of time
This location has went above and beyond since the first time I visited to purchase the engagement ring, up until the final cleaning the week of my wedding. The bands I took in to be resized came as a gift from a deceased relative. I explained how important the rings were to me, and the staff took it from there to ensure everything was perfect. If you go anywhere else for major jewelry purchases, you made a mistake.
Service was amazing! Quality was amazing! Everything was amazing except one thing. They sent me mail. . . So as soon as I got an engagement ring I get start getting oeltedwith why is Jared mailing me way to go idiots ruin the biggest surprise Im supposed to give. You should figure out other strategies than mail.
Seems like a friendly place but I had my fiances engagement ring and wedding band custom made. The process was very easy and they helped me through it. However when I got the ring. It was made very poorly. I had to have it repaired almost every 2 weeks for the entire time we where engaged. Even the wedding band had diamonds fall out of it on the counter when they first gave it to me, before it had ever even been on a finger.The store said I couldnt do anything about it since it was a custom ring unless I wanted to pay for another ($4000) ring. I called the corporate office customer service line twice a day, everyday for 2.5 weeks and after telling my story and situation to a different person every day, I finally got them to agree to remake it. They told me to go back into the store and they would tell the store my situation and to take care of it.Ever since then they seem to be annoyed to see me. I regret spending $4000 here. I hope to save you guys the headache of fighting with them to get the quality jewelry you expect considering the premium prices.
Our experience today at Jareds was outstanding! I cannot say enough about our saleswoman Aileen. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Myself and soon to be Husband came in about a month or so ago picked out some wedding bands we worked with a young lady named Amy she was just amazing she worked with us it was late we had been out shopping around and came into Jared and worked with her she didnt even hesitate about closing time. She took her time and talked to us about how we met and how long we have been together she was generally interested in us. She put the items we picked out and put them in her tablet. We came back in this weekend and she was there I asked her if she remember us and she did!! She even said I thought you were getting married in Oct. which was the plan but we changed it the next Sunday she didnt even skip a beat we sat down with her and she made us feel at home we are so happy with her and our experience with her she is the Best!! Extremely dissatisfied with this store. My now husband and I had went in to look at rings. I found one that I liked but we could not afford it. We were told that the owner could hold the ring for up to a week for us at no charge. Of course my husband agreed and gave his name. We made sure that his credit would not be affected at all, and were told multiple times it would not be. (we were trying to take a loan out and could not have his credit be damaged.) Well, we called within 2 days of the ring being on hold and let them know we didnt want it. The owner said everything was fine and took his name off of the ring. About a month passes when we are denied for our loan because we apparently had bought a ring at Jareds for $3000 and havent made any payments! Obviously we were livid, we didnt even have the ring. It took almost a month to sort things out, but we lost out on our loan and future. Come to find out that they just took his name off of a loan that THEY made up but didnt take off late fees. So we get another bill in the mail for $126.05. We of course argue it and they wiped the account clean. Well my husbands credit just dropped another 2 points (after 10 points being down because of this) over a $2.00 interest fee. I called today to complain and was told it was now $40.00. (it has now been about 4 months) Luckily the woman, Crystal, at comenity helped me and cleared everything. But I shall see if that lasts. Needless to say I am staying extremely far from this store.Edit: It did not last and we received another hit on his credit for $6.
I will start by saying I have never had trouble with this location before, but today I left very disappointed. Everyone was busy when I arrived but I was greeted and told they would be right with me. I waited at least 20 mins before a representative got off the phone. He didnt acknowledge me and went straight to helping a customer who had just walked in the door. I was finally offered help. I asked for my rings to be cleaned and inspected. After only a few minutes he brought my rings back to me. I got in the car and looked at my rings and they still looked super dirty. There is no way they were cleaned. I was very disappointed. And there was no way I was taking my 4 kids back inside to make sure they cleaned them.
We were watch shopping and decided to stop by Jareds. Associates and Manager we dealt with provided outstanding customer service. They made finding a new watch very easy.
Honestly this is hands down the place to go Greg helped out above and beyond what I would expect out of any jewelery store even going as far as remembering what piece of jewelry my s.o. had been eyeing a week later and I know how easy it is to forget a face where ever you work the fact that he remembered honestly means that he will have a customer for life in my book customer service means a lot but when you can leave with a smile on your face ever time you come in that says alot so if your on the fence at all its honestly worth coming in and just having a conversation with anyone there youd be honestly surprised how easy they make your trip and find that piece that will make her or him smile. 😁😁😁
If possible I wouldnt even give this place half a star. Been into many jewelry stores and this one by far is the worst. Went in to get ideas of what we wanted for engagement rings, left with nothing but a disgusted feeling about this place. Sadly, Jared does have a great selection of rings and there customer service just throws there selection down the toilet. When we walk in we immediately get assigned a jewelry salesperson (typical) & at first it seemed to be going well until they forgot about everything except there credit plan. The first woman helping us asked if we were interested in financing and we kindly let her know that we were just in the beginning stages and he was just trying to get ideas in his mind. She then said and I quote, would you like a glass of water? (: and we told her no thank you and she followed it up with, so our finance plan offers.... after letting her know at least two more times that we werent interested in that yet, she decided to past us down to another woman who, knew more about the specific collection and then she so kindly offered us a glass of water and asked if we though about financing. Then when we let her down as well she passes us off to this male salesperson. Came off very friendly, but what anything but. He immediately took my boyfriend into a separate room to talk man talk and left me to nothing. He then tried to hassle my boyfriend into signing up for there plan, after asking him literally four times and insisting on sizing my finger and guaranteeing my size is different than what we thought, my boyfriend let him know that we wouldnt be coming back. This store is nothing but a pigpen full of commission based workers who only care about one thing, financing. And thats when its time to leave. When you buy a ring you want people who are caring and give you space to breath. Will never go back, at least not to this one...

In June, my son and I took my late husband’s ring in to be resized, polished and rhodium added for this ring to be used as my son’s wedding ring. Originally this ring was gold with very black in set rhodium. They did not do enough rhodium, could barely see it, so we took it back. We were very pleased with the resizing and rhodium and polishing when we picked it up. It looked like a brand new ring. Two days after they were married the rhodium was gone. So my son took it back to the store to have it redone. When he picked it up the rhodium, again, was not sufficient but also there were now dents and pit holes that were not there before. Also the diamond fell out which they had said they tighten when we were first there in June. They said that the original paper work said that it was in poor shape when brought it. We have a copy of the original paperwork and it does not say a thing about being in poor shape. It was actually in very good shape because my husband did not wear it that much. Plus we have plenty of witnesses from the wedding that would say that it was in excellent shape. Now Jared’s is saying that they can’t fix the dents that they put in it. It looks like they used clamps to hold the ring because that is where the dents are. My son wanted this ring for sentimental reasons (being that it was his father’s wedding band). I called the corporate office and explained to them what happened. They called the store and then told me to take it back in and they would fix it. My daughter-in-law took it back in and a very nice lady greeted her and my daughter-in-law told her the situation, The lady looked at it and agreed that it was not right and had the dents in it. She started to walk to the repair shop. The man who was helping us before (actually helping is a bad word because he was not at all being nice to us) came out and raised his voice and said: “Are you back here again? For the same ring? I told you that we won’t fix it”. My daughter-in-law said that the Corporate Office told her to bring it back in. He said in a loud voice…. “ I don’t care, we will not fix it and you are to leave the store” and pretty much escorted her out. She was in tears because she was embarrassed and not used to be treated like that. That is not good customer friendly service. Unless they totally fix the problems that they caused and apologize to us for such bad treatment, I will never step foot in a Jared’s again. And I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the type of business they do. It has already been put out on Facebook and has numerous replies on how disgusting this situation is. And everyone is sharing it so it is definitely getting around.

My husband and I have been going to this location for about 8 years for all of our jewelery needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful and any time weve had a issue its been fixed right away no questions asked. I had a bead from the cleaner get caught in my Pandora bracelet charm and even though I bought it on vacation at another store they replaced the bead after it had to be cut off. They have been nothing but great and we plan on going to them for all our jewelery. I just traded in my engagement ring to buy another set and Im very happy with it so far.

So where do I begin! My fiancé and I walked in looking for an engagement ring and from the very second we stepped in Garrett was so helpful! He helped us pick out the perfect ring and the perfect diamond to go in the mount. We have been buying jewelry from Jared’s for a very long time, but always went to the Dayton location. I can defiantly say this will be our place to go now. I know you don’t pick out your wedding band till a tad bit closer to the wedding, but I wanted to get an idea. Garrett helped us pick get an idea for a band for my fiancé and I. I ended up getting my ring, and although I am a 5 1/2 normally this ring was a tad bit too big. We made another visit to get it resized and Stephanie was there to greet us while Garrett was working with another client. We patiently waited and talked with Stephanie and she was so sweet! Stephanie congratulated us on the engagement, and was just as friendly as Garrett. We were working on picking what size to drop the ring too and just talking about our dogs having a nice conversation. I had on another ring we bought from there a few years back that needed re dipped and he helped us with that as well. I just left with both of my rings and they blow me away ever time I look down. I love that they were able to resize and also re dip my ring in the same day. I can honestly say the whole experience of getting my ring and the engagement had gone so well because of Stephanie and Garrett. Best customer service ever! The other dayton location was a little too pushy for us, and I am so glad we decided to go to the Fairfield location. Garrett and Stephanie were just fantastic and made this so easy and great for us. Honestly I can’t say it enough thank you to these two associates, Garret and Stephanie; jewelry specialist I think is the proper name. We made a few visits and every time I walk In and walk out with a smile on my face. I really hope you guys keep up the great work and realize how much my fiancé (Neil) and I appreciate all that you have done for us. He defiantly couldn’t have pulled off the engagement without you guys. We will defiantly be back soon, and make sure we tell everyone to visit this location!!
I took my wife’s ring in to get repaired. It needed saudered and sized down a half inch. 1 diamond also needed tightened. These crooks quoted us for over $350 for the repair EVEN if we would have bought a wrap to go along with the repair. It was highway robbery. I took it down the street to Beavercreek Jewlers. You ya right across the steeer from Marion’s pizza in the shopping center Subway is in. They charged $69 and were really nice and professional. Compare the reviews and you’ll surely find that it should be Jared the diarrhea of jewelry instead of the galleria. 👊🏼
What an outstanding and professional team of people at the Beavercreek Jareds Jewelry store. From the sales staff to the young lady that took my ruff design of a necklace and made a magnificent looking piece, I couldnt be any happier. I would recommend them to anyone. They never let me fown.
I visited this Jared store on Friday, July 14th. It was my first time visiting any Jared and I was quite pleased with my experience.I was assisted by Dwight Gooden. He thoroughly explained all parts of the store and introduced me to Levian jewelry as well as the many offerings of Pandora. He also explained the differences in the cost and quality of various watch brands.I ended up purchasing two Pandora items, one of which I had engraved. The engraver (Maria, I believe) was gracious enough to complete my customization while I waited.Overall, I had a very good first experience with Jared and will definitely become a repeat customer.

After years of shopping in Jared stores around the country, I am convinced this is the single worst customer service Ive ever received in any jewelry store. Almost 60 days to fix a watch, after initially telling me that Id have the watch or an estimate in 10-14 days. NO ONE called me...I followed up...was told they were waiting for an estimate....NO ONE called again, so I called back...was told it would be VERY expensive, take weeks longer, and would be still more if I wanted parts made by the watch manufacturer. I agreed to pay.More weeks...no calls. I called back and was told the watch would be ready the following Friday or Monday. NO CALL. Tuesday, I was called and told to come in to pick it up. I complained about the time it took and the gentleman who returned the watch to me said, Actually, this was pretty quick.Their actions and inactions show a lack of concern for the customer, an ignorance of how long repairs should take, and a completely unprofessional approach to the entire matter. Im a fan of Jareds selection, but Ive made my last trip to this store.

Ruined my husbands wedding band. For some reason they thought it was a good idea to buff the pattern off of his ring...and the manager Jennifer was rude and didnt help the problem.
5-stars for Sales department.Jewelry selection is normal for a jareds, which is pretty good. Prices are good. The sales people are very friendly and responsive. With that said....ZERO-STARS for jewelers!!!!DO NOT have ANY work done by the jewelers...PERIOD!!! They have made multiple mistakes on the same ring multiple times. They were replacing a stone and knocked another one out, gave the ring back and said it was beautiful not even seeing that the ring was missing a stone. Then they replaced the new missing chocolate diamond with a white diamond!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! They set a new stone UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE and said it was OK. Had to have the same stone replaced a second time and when we got it back, I touched the stone and it was loose. I hadnt even left the store yet.While we were there we were just looking around and found a diamond that was awesome and we couldnt pass it up. Even with all the trouble we assumed that they could mount a larger stone with little trouble......wrong!!!!!! They set the stone in the worst mounting I have ever seen. Wrong size head, the head was crooked, stone crooked, just bad!!! Even the sales people on the floor were embarrassed. Had district manager involved to fix issue. We had to have the ring shipped to the store in Cincinnati to have the stone set properly to an acceptable level. We are mad that we didnt learn our lesson. Yes I am OK with you calling me dumb@$$ because I feel like it right now....consolation is that we now have a beautiful stone.If you have to have work accomplished by a jareds store because of a warranty, GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE!!!!!! It will be worth your drive.We are still awaiting a call from the district manager over the jewelers department to explain our concerns.
Ppl are nice but I must say I was very disappointed. My first set of rings kept losing diamonds and when they tried to fix them it turned out to be a complete mess (they didnt even last a year) so my husband and I had to go in and choose a totally different set. That set lasted a little over a year and the whole center fell out! I expected more from a high in jewelry store.

Go to a different Jareds. The location on Fairfield is completely incompetent.Summary: Wasted over 4 months designing a custom ring. We never changed the design, and even provided them pictures from online (twice) and just said we want this and they still got it wrong. It was 3 stones total, an emerald cut diamond with two green emerald baguettes on a plain white gold band. A very simple design. Went to another Jareds and it turns out this custom design was in their catalog the whole time. All they had to do was swap out the two diamond baguettes with emeralds.Details:When we first went in and told them what we wanted they immediately said it was custom. So we designed it in the store and were told itd be 2 weeks to get a digital image, 2 weeks to get a wax version, and then 4 weeks to cast the actual ring. 8 weeks total.After 2 weeks we hadnt heard from them. We figured they may have been busy so we gave them another week before calling. We were told the images were already emailed to us, which they were not. Jareds insisted though. Despite the argument, they said they would have the images resent the next day. No images. Went into the store and we were told theyd be sent to us the following week. No images. Went into the store again. Promised wed get images by the end of that week which we finally did. The images were wrong.We went back in and re-explained the design. Even texted an actual image to one of the designers. A few more weeks went by and nothing. We followed up with an email and a phone call. Nothing. After about another 3 weeks or so we got some images. Still wrong. So we emailed them another image of what we wanted. Still the same design as we originally started with.3 or 4 weeks later we get more images....ofsomebody elses ring. We called then went into the store. They said theyd resend the images. Still wrong.I told them I was canceling the order. They said theyd drop the price $1000, the manager would call me the next day and the designer would call me the following day to apologize. So I said wed wait for another image. Nobody ever called to apologize. Then we got the final image. Still wrong and they even forgot the emeralds.By that point, I canceled the order. Went online to Brilliant Earth, designed what we wanted, ordered it, had it 3 weeks later and saved $3000.Dont go here. Disgraceful customer service and they are completely unorganized. Theyre nice when you call or go in, but its not my job to keep them on track and keep reminding them of what the design should be. Oh and its not my job to know what is and isnt in their catalog. We went to another Jareds to look at bands to match the engagement ring and they told us it wasnt custom and showed us the catalog. Said all they would have done was swap out the diamond baguettes for emeralds. Easy!
There is another Jared less than 25 minutes away. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. The staff is unbelievably unresponsive and incompetent. And to be honest, thats me putting it lightly.
