So I called hysterical for an overnight ring sizing (for my future son in law) and Justin reassured me that he would give it his best efforts! This type of personal interest in a customer is what sets the standard for everyone else. I will never go anywhere else. I wish that there was another 5 star button so I could push it again. Not so happy!When I went to pick up my necklace, it wasn’t completely repaired. When I went back the second time, it was very poorly done. They also put a junior clasp on the necklace. A large one would have made it much easier to work with. So 2 trips and a poor quality repair. I wasn’t going to chance it to a third time.

Wanted $150 to put 2 more prongs on my ring that was made originally as 6 prong setting. It only had one prong top broken off. IDJ quoted $39+tax to just fix the broken prong top. Maybe BJ suggested 8 prongs because I am hard on jewelry but that wasnt communicated. It was stated as if it was originally an 8 prong setting that 2 prongs got broken off completely.

My wife had a Mothers Ring she wanted repaired & cleaned. They did a fantastic job of repairing and cleaning her ring. A little pricey they are, but Beavercreek Jewelers did a really nice job. Kind of hard to find, but close to Kroger in Beavercreek, Ohio.

Such an amazing establishment. I wont go anywhere else for watch/jewelry needs. I have been getting my watches fixed there for several years and also have gotten earrings there too. They all are friendly and do not pressure you into buying anything. All of their jewelry is beautiful, and their watches are top of the line. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have come here often to get rings appraised and sized, and they always do such a great job! The only negative is that since the pandemic, whenever I have come in no one is wearing a mask which is very uncomfortable.

I love supporting local businesses, and its incredibly easy to support this one!Ray and Justin are not only friendly, but theyre fun--I never visit the store without laughing and enjoying my interactions with them!Although Ive certainly purchased from them, I go there most frequently for repair/custom work. This picture is of a custom necklace that I asked them to make for me. Its a collection of pieces of jewelry--including vintage lockets complete with very sweet photos--that Ive collected from estate sales.Other people were willing to toss mementos of their family, but I sure couldnt! So, when I thought of this idea I knew exactly who to take it to! Not only did Justin do a great job, but he was willing to take this labor-intensive project on that other stores would reject in a heartbeat! Further, the price they charged was beyond reasonable!Im thankful that a friend recommended this shop years ago, and its a pleasure passing that recommendation along!

Not only did my husband find the perfect engagement ring with matching wedding band here, but the service is great as well. Smaller and family owned, you recognize the staff when you walk in, and they recognize you. They are accommodating and wonderful with any questions!

Go here instead of Jared Fogle’s down the street. Family owned and extremely personable and knowledgeable. They charged me less than 1/4 what Jared was trying to charge for the same jewelry repair!!!

Bought both of our rings here. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Requested the engagement ring be Moissanite and the jewelers here happily obliged and got a good deal for us.

I’m a huge fan of this location. My watch battery died in my Casio Databank (circa 1980). I thought it finally kicked the bucket. However, the nice repairman put a new battery in it and successfully revitalized it. Now I’m back to walking around in style.

Brought in some old jewelry and an engagement ring I didnt need, all 4 of the staff there were friendly and happy to help. They gave me what I was asking for on the jewelry and answered all my questions. It was a very quick and easy process.

UPDATE: Well, the diamond fell out again. Repair only lasted about 2-3 years. I took this to a different jeweler (Tiffany in Xenia) and they rebuilt the channel and put in a new diamond and it quite literally looks like a completely new band and you cant tell anything ever happened to it. Thats NOT the way it looked coming out of Beavercreek Jewelers. I was happy to have it fixed by them, but now realize it was not quality work at all._______________________________My dog got a hold of my wedding ring and popped one of the diamonds out of the channel set band. One jeweler fixed it and the diamond ended up coming back out, on top of the fact that he messed up the band and made it look sloppy.Beavercreek Jewelers not only put a new diamond in my band, they mostly fixed where the other guy had messed it up, and redid the rhodium.Their prices and the time it took to repair it were very reasonable and I was so happy I gave the guy a hug when I went to pick it up!Highly recommended!!!

This is a great local business! I recently went in with a nice designer watch that I received as a gift. The watch was too large and I needed someone to remove a few of the links. As soon as we walked in, the employees were very friendly and immediately asked what they could help us with. A gentleman took the watch and went to his workbench (which is located right in front of a store window so you can see everything!) and was done in about 2 minutes. He gave me the extra parts and barely charged us at all! You can tell they are very friendly and skilled, and I would definitely trust this business with future jewelry repairs as well as recommend them to a friend.

Went here to shop for engagement rings, and the selection was pretty poor. Staff was friendly and helpful and didnt waste my time but there are better jewelers in the area.

Be prepared to wait twice as long as they say it will take, and make them redo anything thats bent or askew

Well I gotta say I use to drive from Springfield To beevercreek just to come to the store. The father is usually who I deal with but lat 2 times Ive been there, today being the 2nd time the son has been the one who helped me. I will never step foot in the store again for the reason that I walked out of there wanting to go back in just to smack the hell outta him. He was very rude, cocky and acted as if I was bothering him. I guess me asking a few questions about why their website says they buy jewelry outright not just for scrap pissed him off. None of my jewelry was good enough first of all but he sells the exact watch I was wearing in his store for $300 and some change. Also wanted to pay me $60 for $100 of .999 fine silver and then got rude with me about a coin of .999 fine silver I had basically telling me it wasnt what I was saying it was. He payed me $11 for 1/2 ct diamond bracelet and 14ct gold ring. Never again.
