Micheal and Chere helped us today, and they were both so incredibly nice! They helped us find styles we liked, let us try on many different rings, and did not pressure us one bit to buy anything! The rings at the store were gorgeous and I was impressed with the selection!

I went in to look for some rings for myself and the ladies there are rude and they only want to help you if your buying something big, i wasnt dressed up that day just causal and they didnt even want to really talk to me more interested in talking to each other. I only went back because of the nice gentleman that works there his name was ray he explained to me that he was still new and he would be glad to help me. He showed me some nice pieces and the only reason I bought was because of him, he didnt see me as sale or not a sale he saw me as guest. He treated me kind and very out going. I wont buy from anyone in that store but him.

The sales people were incredibly friendly and helpful I went in with a coupon for a free pendant I got my free pendant they did not pressure me to buy anything else but they were very very nice and helpful and invited me back of course

I am from Ohio, but the military has moved my family to Louisiana. I dropped my wedding ring off for repairs when I was in town, and the employees at Helzberg were kind enough to waive the shipping cost and send it to me out of state. After a mix-up from UPS, my ring was returned to sender. The employees took it on themselves to overnight my ring back to Louisiana so that I got it the very next day. I am so happy with their customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I got my ring back as promptly as possible, repaired and shiny as new!

Employees and the Manager were extremely helpful and very nice. I lost the diamond in my wedding ring and they were very helpful with the paperwork and the process replacing the diamond. They were also willing to answer all questions I had, and I learned a few thing about diamonds. Will definitely go back.

Hidden pricing and lady there was very rude.Went in to get ring soldered together and was told cost would be ~$50. A few minutes later it was up to $90 with other fees. Then the lady tried to tell me it needed repaired, multiple other jewelers disagreed. Dishonest store trying to steal your money.

I paid the rush fee for my ring to be resized and it wasn’t given to the jeweler. They staff that was there at the time was apologetic and said it would be done within two hours and that they would refund me the rush fee. I appreciated their willingness to make things right without having their customer ask for it.

Very helpful sales people, free jewelry cleaning

We went to have my jewelry cleaned and inspected everyone was so nice and helpful. And of course the jewelry was beautiful.

We had a pair of earrings that we were returning because the 300 dollars we spent on them were not worth it considering the dimonds were so lose they always felt like they were going to fall out. With out work schedules I was not able to go until close to closing time. I called them and chatted with someone who said to come in and they would help get the earring returns, he said “we are here until 9” I knew I would be cutting it close but I arrived and was at the door at 8:49 pm. Close, but I made it. When I got to the door it was locked and the lady that was inside walked over and said “were closed” I politely said “oh I thought you closed at 9” she said “yeah but I closed already”. Then I also told her how I was just on the phone with someone 10 mins ago and they said to come in again she just said “yeah we’re closed”? Then I asked her name and she walked away from the door. Not sure why I rushed all the way there. I called for that exact reason!!!!!!!’ She was completely rude and honestly she didn’t know why I was there, could have been there to buy a very expensive item for all she knows. She just seemed like a lazy employee who only cared about closing up. Now I have to go back today but I will probably go to the different locations because I feel like if I run into that girl again she will just be problem after problem. She was the larger sized aferican American. Was not able to get her name.

I just want to give Val, the store manager, some mad props. I have had 3 rings from Helzberg and I have had problems with them loosing diamonds and Val took care of everything for me. She helped me find a new ring and I am very happy with it!!

My fiancee and I were in the process of wedding band shopping, so we decided to walk into this location. The woman that was helping us was very rude and she didnt seem to know the answers to any of our questions pertaining to their jewelry. We ironically found the bands we love, no thanks to the woman who was helping us. They just simply caught our eye and we tried them on and fell in love with them. The only thing holding us back from making the purchase here was simply based on how poorly we were treated. We both decided to make the trip down to the Centerville Helzberg by the Dayton Mall and received a much better experience there. Amazing jewelry.. terrible store.

Very disaticfied with the quality of the ring and diamond. Went to return the ring and they argued the quality is ok even though you have a 60 day return policy. Also stated that I still have to pay 400 dollars and I have nothing to show for it.

We hit up Helzberg because it was 10 minutes up the road and we found exactly what we were looking for.Guys, when youre buying a wedding band or an engagement ring, the idea is to know your boo and get her something she will be proud to show off. You might be watching those price tag numbers but if youre there already then shes worth it.We worked with Charri to get the right match and fit. Frankly, every staff member was charismatic and super helpful (thus the 5 star), but Charri was our salesperson. She was hilarious, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. She took care of us, and kept us informed of all our options.We could not have asked for a better experience.
