My wife and I dropped in for a week. Everyone in the gym was friendly and inviting. We enjoyed the programming with a nice mix of weights and metcons. We will be back.

Awesome place to workout! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the coaches here are amazing!! This is coming from someone who said she’d never step foot in a CrossFit Gym for fear of intimidation. You truly can achieve amazing results even as a beginner!! Give it a try!! 😁

Cannot recommend the new FuncFit class enough. Not as technical as regular crossfit so anyone can do it. Great Coaches. Fun people. Very encouraging atmosphere. I can see a difference in just a couple of weeks.

Visited this gym over the Christmas holidays and had a great experience. The owners were very responsive to my initial email to drop in, and we found the gym very accommodating. Nice facility and very knowledgeable coaches. The visitors were introduced to the rest of the class so we felt welcome, and the members cheered each other on and gave encouragement as we working on new strict press maxs. Everything was nicely organized and clean with lots of space. Definitely worth a drop in the next time youre in the area, and worth joining if you live in Beaufort.

Wonderful crossfit box. Coaches are very knowledgeable and the community is extremely welcoming. Everyone is at a different fitness level but regardless they are pushing each other to better themselves. For anyone on the fence about crossfit or anyone looking for a challenging workout that does not have the barbell movements of crossfit I high recommend the new fun fit class. Wonderful way to get in shape and toned while still having fun!

Greatest gym you will ever go to. Come here for a challenge that will prepare you for anything in life.
