The front lady was very nice and so was the lady that did my nails but i was very disappointed when I walked out and saw the nail polish on my fingers. It was on the other hand too. I think they were in a little bit of a rush but I payed $65 It would’ve been nice to have them look 100 % Decent.

Usually pleased when I went for pedicure at this location. This time no. Waited 20 min for a chair then 20 min at a chair waited for someone to start the pedicure. Was not given options for different pedicures offered. The service was unprofessional to say the least. The tech was rough w my feet.. Was charged incorrectly at first at check out. Will NOT be going back. I will try other options or do my own pedicures. Was not worth $39.

Went in as a walk-in on a Sunday. Was told there be a 45 min. Wait got a call in about 15-20 minutes Starting they were ready for us as there were two pedis being done. My friend an I were immediately put into foot baths an the older woman started in my friend first. I sat an soaker for about 20 minutes while another technician finished her client. When she finally did get started on me the conversation was pleasant an her attitude pleasing. She provided my foot scrubbed recommended a great foot peel product. My only issue that I was unaware of was there’s an additional $20 charge for gel polish which they offered without telling, But hoping an knowing it supposed to last longer (which I hope it does) I won’t complain.

Unfortunately it is not worth the money for a deluxe pedicure here. The salon itself is beautiful & the chairs were comfy. However, my friend & I were led back & our technicians didn’t even wait for us. We weren’t even offered a bottle of water or anything. They had multiple personal, unprofessional conversations, to the point my friend & I couldn’t talk. Worse though was that there was barely any massage, the sugar scrub was put on with no scrubbing hardly, and my nail was cut to the quick, the gel was adhered to my skin so bad that my toe still hurts a week later. My friends gel mani & pedi came off within a few days…not from chipping, but where it looked like it dissolved or something. I will go back to my tried & true pedi place from now on. I will give the spa a try with massage & hair though sometime.

This place really gets over. I asked for a basic pedicure. The lady kept pushing add ons on me. I said no. She would pull out a product, start using it, and say how beneficial it is. I would say hey, is that extra because if it is I dont want it. Then she said no no, its beneficial. And how its medicine, blah blah, blah. Half the time I couldnt understand what she was saying because of the language barrier. long story short, I paid 100 dollars for a pedicure that i didnt want and gel polish. But its not over....my gel polish peeled off the next day!!!!BEWARE!

I was told to wait an hour after my pedicure for someone to complete my nails. They called me after the long wait only to tell me that they could not do it. Very inconsiderate of customers time. My pedicure was also rushed and not completed well. Completely unacceptable...

Total slop job. The girl that did my nails was rushing, she would go back and forth from doing my nails to answering the phone to signing in new customers. Honestly I feel like I could have done a better job doing my own nails. Also she made little to no eye contact with me and no conversation. It made me feel like nothing more than a number. Let the pictures speak for themselves. I have acrylic stuck to my skin and its not filed down properly at all. I asked for coffin style and got a basic square. Very disappointed.

I have NEVER written a review however I feel compelled to .. in order to help someone out. I have been going to this nail salon for 9 years. I loved it.. Lisa was my tech and did a FABULOUS job with my gel nails. For the last 2 years Mindy was my tech, she was great as well very friendly and good conversations. She has been out due to personal reasons. I have been to the salon 3 times since they reopened after the state wide shut down. Each time I have had a different tech and each time my nails didnt last a week. I have NEVER had gel polish CHIP AND PEEL OFF like stickers. I am thinking its their product. I will NOT return.

Went as a walk in with my friend, they got her in immediately for an acrylic set and we were supposed to do pedicures together. They ended up starting my pedicure 30 minutes before her nails were done and my pedi was done before hers was even started. Absolutely hated her nails, wrong shape, uneven, just not good. My nail tech was super touchy on my feet all the way up to knees and asked me strange questions like if i was feeling good... overall i still wasnt too upset UNTIL i got to check out and it was SIXTY DOLLARS for a standard gel pedi!! Hers was $152... usually the going price for a gel pedi is $40... I couldve screamed. So bad.

I havent got my nails done in forever so I thought I would give them a try. I would not recommend going because of smart sarcastic comments and attitude. The woman that did my nails was browned skinned and she had dark hair. I do not remember her name bc she didnt want to talk to me at all. She had a whole attitude from the moment she sat down with me for no reason. She did my nails rolled her eyes and whenever she could she tried to text. She also was getting smart with other coworkers in front of me which I also thought was unprofessional.i can say she did a good job. But when was asked to do a certain type of style on my nails she had excuses. So I went kind of plain. Also Kathleen I believe is her name was kind of sarcastic too! I will neverrr go back. Just wanted to let others know in case they have this place in mind.

I NEVER write reviews and always feel guilty to complain about services. But the tech who did my nails completely destroyed all of my nail beds and I had to go back because my fingers were all infected, inflamed, and in so much pain. Another tech had to take off my gel completely and clean out my nails. She was very apologetic and super sweet and did a great job fixing them. I have to go to the doctor today because my nails are still red and in pain. I will never go back. I wish I could post pictures on here to show how bad they look.

I went for dipping powder nails and within a week, the clear coat on the tips of my nails is peeling and the nail bed is already lifting. Every other time Ive done dipping (not here), they stayed on for over 3 weeks. I also thought it was weird that they finished my nails with the UV light? My nails are still sore also. Definitely disappointed because my nails looked really good at the beginning.

The staff is friendly, and they adhere to your appointment. Also they do great pedicures

Fabulous nail salon! Ive been a returning customer for some time and never had any issues with my nails. They do a great job! The last time, a tip came off only a couple days after them being done. They gladly fixed it when I stopped in...no questions asked and were super friendly! Will continue to be a returning customer. Fair prices as well!

I got simple clear gel polish. Two weeks later I went to another nail salon and got the same thing. The guy doing my nails asked me if I did them myself. I said, no and that I got them done somewhere else. The reason he asked me this is because the old polish wasn’t coming off easily. He said that they had put glue on my nails and this is why it wouldn’t come off like it should. He had to file the remaining glue off. I told him that the polish they used was OPI and he said it wasn’t OPI. They filled the bottle with something else. If this is true then they owe me a refund for rendering dishonest services. Also it didn’t last. It started peeling off too soon. He said the glue makes the polish chip off. That’s why it started coming off so soon. He had to use this tool that scraped the product off over and over again ruining my nails. This is why I never get my nails done. I dont like the way people do them and they don’t know what they are doing and they just don’t care. I will be contacting this nail salon. When you use this glue it compromises the integrity of your nails because of the removal process. If you want your nails done right come see me. I’m licensed to do nails.

Great experience. I was greeted when I enter the place and that is important to me. All showed good customer service. Made me feel pretty, I did like the one that did my mani she was sweet and gentle. Will be back soon 😊

I guess it helps that I had a terrible experience right before I came in at another nail salon but when I did come in they saw me IMMEDIATELY. I sat with Pammy (I hope I am spelling her name right) she SLAYED my nails I have never been so satisfied with work done on my nails I will definitely be going back everyone was so nice and professional and they give REAL MANICURES they lotion and massage your hands after every service and that’s rare in nail salons today definitely went a long way with me I am definitely going back!!

I came here to get my first fill on my full set and I wasn’t happy about the experience. Some guy did the fill and they were lumpy and uneven. He barely filed them, it seemed as if he was rushing. I had to get them fixed by another employee which I was completely fine with until she polished them. The polish was not evenly polished. I was just over it at this point. Now that it’s time for another fill and after removing the polish I’ve noticed that I have two nails with fungus. If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!

This was my first time being at a nail salon and it makes me very hesitant to go back to another. The receptionists were very sweet and helpful, and so were the nail techs. This place is very unhygienic and dirty. my nails were crooked and hurt terribly after the application. I was thinking about becoming a nail tech, so I know about acrylic application and it was not done correctly, the prep was very rushed and I got burned with the e file many times. The nail tech I had was very nice but it seemed like he was in a huge rush and didnt seem to care about my nails. I was very embarrassed to walk around the mall afterwards with my nails and I took them off immediately after I got home. I definitely do not recommend.

Cathy is amazing. I went there on a Saturday when they are at there busiest and only waited 15 mins. They provided excellent service from the front desk to my nail tech Cathy. She was funny and tons of fun. Would definitely go there again.Brooke

This is legitimately a terrible experience. I went a while back, and now as I am thinking of where to get my nails done (it wont EVER be here again), I actually felt a responsibility to leave an honest review so others dont waste their time. Wondering if you should try it? DONT - this is your fair warning!I called ahead, since I didnt have a lot of time, to see if my 2 girls and I could get in quickly. They told me yes, we have 3 available and will be ready when youre here in 10min. We get there and am told theres a 15min wait. 15min turns into 45. THEN, ONE of the THREE of us get to go. It was *awful*. I almost didnt get mine done because it took THAT long. What was supposed to be a quick trip, AND what was PROMISED to be quick, literally took my ENTIRE DAY. We should have left. And, I noticed one of the women doing my girls nails didnt bother to do everything we were paying for her to do.NEVER. AGAIN. AWFUL SERVICE. SLOPPY WORK. AWFUL ATTITUDES. POOR MANAGEMENT. COMPLETELY LIED TO ME ON THE PHONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

This is where I go so all the time. Since moving to Beachwood, right across from the mall its so convenient Mindy, is the one thats fast and fantastic. They run this salon and the one on the lower level.

Henry did my nails a few weeks ago and they were just horrible, acrylic spilled over onto my fingers the shape wasn’t even coffin. I went in a few days ago and got them fixed I thought everything was fine but now my fingers are tingly, irritated, and swollen.

Although its far from my location and a little over my budget I had a great experience while receiving a full set gel...Mindy did my nails and she did and excellent job not only on the nails but she was very nice,also she was super fast. Would definitely return!!

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I am not a client who complains often in fact, I usually tip really well. Today, July 1st I walked into Avalon and was told there would be a 20 minute wait for my service. I put my number down and after 30 minutes I wasnt called. I came back and the person who I was told I would see was laughing and talking with a client who had walked in after me. Finally, after starting me he soaked my nails then said he had to leave someone else would finish me because he was leaving. I asked how long before someone would start me as I had a party to attend. He said a lot of people would be finishing up so he actually saved me time. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager and basically told me they shouldnt have booked me anyway because he had to leave. He told another girl she should finish but she said she had to leave too. The receptionist would of scraping off my old gel color and taking the polish off of my toes. She tried to be as nice as she could as the other technicians were pretty much all rude and uninterested in helping me. I wanted a gel polish change and a polish change on my toes.... I would have left a long time ago if it wasnt for the fact that I had somewhere to be. Lisa finished me. I am curious to see how the owner of this business will respond because I do intend to take my experience as far as it will go. Very disappointed... too bad stereotypes about Asian salons are proving to be true in this instance.

Went there two days ago For my daughter to get a pedi and manicure. Customer service was great but unfortunately the same day the nail polish came off of one of her finger nails. I took her back and they polished the nail over again. Woke up this morning and several nails were missing polish.

Pleasant staff. Denise gave me pedicure and manicure. I appreciated the care and detailed attention she gave to my feet. The outcome exceeded expectations.

Cathy (manger) is very rude, needs to work on customer service. They tried to charge me a completely different price than what was listed. Over priced & poor customer service. Will not return.

Absolutely and totally unproffesional staff. I had a apt that i set 2 weeks in advance. 2 minutes before my appt they texted me that they were running behind and wouldnt be able to see me until an HOUR after my appt time which tells me they took a client RIGHT before the appointment time, when i went in for the appointment staff was extremely rude. When i told them i set my appointment in advance and had told the girl on the phone when i set the apt i couldnt wait to long bc i had a babysitter and that i was promised my time she said to bad u can wait or you can leave. I will NEVER give them my business again. If i could give 0 stars i would.

If I could give them a zero I would. I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. The last two visit were nightmares. My last gel polish was lumpy.. ok everyone has a bad day. No big deal. So I go it with a picture of a simple coffin nail. My real nails except one was long. I asked for a cut and a full set to get the look. The lady was like no just a fake nail on the broke one I can do like the picture and do an overlay of acrylic on your other nails. I was like ok. She proceeded to make them so thick and lumpy and files them to almost a triangle.. awful. I was in tears. I had them soak it off had to cut all my nails down to get rid of the crappy shape.. they offered to soak off and do the tips like I wanted in the first place but noo way.. I was taking a chance with that girl to do it right.. then they charged me for a manicure and gel polish.. they didn’t do a manicure at all my cuticles weren’t touched.. oh well you lost a good customer. Time to find a new place.

Extremely dissasitified I went there in hopes to have a full set, long length and coffin shaped. When I sat down at the chair the nail tech was in a huge rush he put on nails that barely fit and most of them were crooked and when I pointed out that the nails were crooked he kept saying he wasnt done yet and he said dont you wanna be fast and get in and out and I replied Im more worried about quality than how quickly theyre done I then said Im paying for good quality nails not how fast theyre done he ignored everything I said and kept rushing the end result is awful my nails are crooked wayyy too short and the polish is very sloppy. Lastly as he sat me down to dry my nails he was putting on his jacket and getting his keys and literally rushed me out the door. I will never return to this place and if youre thinking about going dont. Just dont. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Horrible, nail tech cut my finger badly. It bleed for about 35 mins he then proceeded to still polish the nail with my finger bloody, constantly spraying it with barb-aside and placing it under a dryer to dry the blood. After my finger was on fire for 40 mins I told the manager I felt I shouldn’t have to pay for the service she said she could fix whatever the problem was and that I was just nipped and gave me $10 off?. Hours later and my finger is still swollen, red and burning. She then told me she could cut the nails, not remove them but cut them and then give me a refund. Worst place I have ever been to and is horribly managed.

Wish I could give this negative stars this place sucks they are way to rough, my nails constantly break and I then have to pay to get them redone even though it was there fault for making them to thin. They do not ever do what you want, if you show them a picture except anything but what you showed them. I would steer clear from this nail Salon they will ruin your nails.

Worst nail experience Ive ever had (no exaggeration) I got a manicure w/ gel polish, and showed a pic of a design I wanted, once the design dried it look like a 3 year old drew it with magic marker. I came back for them to fix it, and I can tell it was something they really didnt want to do so I felt uneasy and purchased a pedicure ( I dont no why I did that) I got regular polish on my toes and two days shy from the week of purchase my polish started chipping!! I called and ask if they could fix it and they said no because I didnt purchase gel polish!! I was so upset!!! Ive never had polish chipping off my toes in less than a week of purchase ( even when I polish my own toes!!) Now its a whole week and here I am @ Anthony Vince and theyre telling me I need a pedicure when I jus got one a week ago!! Smh, dont be like me go to Anthony Vince instead!! They have great customer service and theyre polish doesnt chip!!

Ive been to this nail salon twice and both time I felt uncomfortable, unwanted, and unfavorable both times. The first incident I was getting my full set while sitting next to a women getting a manicure and listening to the nail tech praise and worship this woman because of her skin color. He glorified he accomplishments of being white and a wife of a doctor and asked her where she grew up. She told him she grew up in Kansas City and his response was so thats more white. Eventually the lady next to me changed the subject Im assuming she realizes the topic was inappropriate for a business setting that serves multiple nationalities. My second encounter was very similar the nail tech next to me was doing a white womens nails and he asked her what she was... (pertaining to race) and she said Puerto Rican and Italian. His response was because we are the same color. She says well Ive been in the sun a lot but in the winter I look like a ghost i hate it. The nail tech says how good that is. My nail tech tells her asians want to be white. Then her nail tech says his wife tanned herself once and was so dark she looked black (in a disgusted tone). The goes on the say he was like ewww what did you do. If I wasnt so desperate to have my nails gone I would have got up and walked out but it was 7pm on a Saturday and I knew nothing else was open so I stayed. I was upset and in disbelief that this is how they treat their clients and yet again they decided to talk about race. My nails look great but I will never go back. I know its a long story but this was written in hopes of saving someone from a similar experience.

I went there with my friend to get acrylic nails. We signed in and they said it would take an hour, which was okay because we could just shop in the mall. We went back and they said it would take 20 mins. So we came back 15 mins later and they said 15 mins more...... so they finally took my friend who was getting gel nail polish, and the lady did a horrible job. It was very uneven. I was still waiting because the receptionist said the guy that was going to take me, could not be contacted. So after 30 mins of wait another guy was able to take me and when I showed him picture of the nails, with different shades of nude, he said go ahead and pick out nail polish. The manager of the shop was sitting right next to me, working with another client. She heard him say that and I said I cant find the colors.... he said My eyes are as good as yours. Now hearing that me and my friend were superrr annoyed. We already waited 3 hours at this point and got no service done. I left. This place does not care about their customers. If I could give negative stars I would.

If this was the last place on earth that did nails and if my nails had fungus and were dirty and creepy / even then I would never go back to this place. Their staff is rude to the point of being verbally abusive. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life.Please avoid this nail spa unless you want to feel verbally abused and treated like they are doing you a favor by doing your nails and they are the biggest rock stars to be born on the planet and want to get w lesson on how to speak how to behave and want to wait for 30 minutes after youve paid and then be told - someone is doing you a favor by doing your nailsWent in at 7:20, paid for my nails and ofcourse this is not a cheap place - and i wand waited my turn. In the meantime / was moved around atleast 3 times in different stations which is not a big deal. Finally around 7:55 when I sat down at the station / the nail technician said are you cool / because I dont want to end my day on a bad note and I dont want to have bad ending to my day.I felt taken aback and shocked by the aggression and rudeness. I said - excuse me where is this coming from. The arrogance didnt stop there - he said I am doing a courtesy to you by doing your nails. He repeated it wuite a few times - I kept saying why are you saying this. And why would you talk to me like that. And I am a paying customer. You guys accepted my business - which means I do expect service and he said I dont want to do your nails. I refuse service. In compete silence I got up went back to the front service desk and told her I expect my nails to get done. If you guys didnt think you had time / you could have just refused when j came in.A lot of things happened after that - to cut a long story short - there was name calling and the technician stormed out of the salon. He kept talking to me while I was getting my nails done / I felt trapped and I told him to please not speak to me - as I wasnt speaking to him. I was speaking to the front desk staff asking for his name and to speak to the manage.I am still in shock from the behavior of this staff from last nite. You go to a nail spa to feel a little better not to be abused.They offered to make that manicure a free one - and to refund my money. I refused. A free manicure will not make this right neither is that my goal.

First let me start that I be went to this place numerous times and went back out of convience, it near my house and my job,, but I found my self having to come back every week for a month because polish, chipping,nails lifting, Im a stylist, its important that this stuff last,, I was irratated but my last experiences sealed the deal... I was about to get a pedicure, it was one lady ahead of me,, thereally is a little spot ..where u can look back to the pedicure area from the front, I had nothing else to do so I watched .... they set this lady down and I watched them not clean the pedi bowl out,, yuck ... I wondered how many times did that happen to me ... I also got a fungus that I had to go to the hospital for .... because the fungus had began to spread ... ladies dont be fooled it will .. its no joke when its in your finger and its painful to move
