I asked for nails like the screenshot below and ended up with a very amateur messy product. I was told they could do French tips with dip powder. This was more of an ombré French. The red bled into the pink which I didn’t want to begin with (the photo clearly shows natural color nail). The solution they gave was after already being there for an hr and a half was to redo it or have 25% off which made my total $42.93. I wouldn’t go back unless I was doing a solid color.

Dedicated to custom satisfaction. They went above and beyond for exactly what I wanted done to my nails. Will continue to go back. Highly recommend this salon!

I had to wait 45 minutes after my apt time. I like my nails but its confusing that they take walk in before people who made Apts. They should have people set aside at the time of the apt for those customers. I got the dip of silver powder with gel.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a pedicure. Helen always goes above and beyond to do the best job possible. She is my favorite nail tech that I have ever had and I will recommend her to anyone. This nail spa is a a great place to go!

Super average place, these are my nails maybe a week and half later. I would recommend only if you’re getting something basic. I don’t recommend acrylics there. Overall not a spa environment just a regular express salon.

No one was especially friendly. The dip manicure was just dip- no manicure. Somehow I left and my fingers are still green from the dip. This has never happened with any other manicure I have ever had. I would give 0 stars if I could. Now I’m out $100 and have green fingertips.

I went in for my appointment and explained I wanted dark brown hair w red tint (burgandy). My hair was dyed black and had grown out quite a bit. I was expecting my hair to be bleached out to achieve what I wanted. The stylist told me that my hair is long and he would rather not bleach my hair but that his “formula” would achieve an almost matching color between my roots and hair. I left paying $200 with purple roots and black hair. The manager I spoke to refused to give me a refund for this service I am beyond unhappy with and her reason was because “he spent his time doing it” and I understand that. However, I am not happy with the outcome and should not have to pay $200 for a haircut and terrible dye job.

I got acrylics done there many times and loved it but this last time they ruined the shape and length of my nails. I made another appointment to get only TWO nails redone because they were an odd, boxy shape and they call me back to tell me I’m paying for the soaking off and redoing of my nails even though I was extremely dissatisfied. Initially I told the girl that did my nails that I wanted them long and she said it would take too long to take them off so she didn’t— she just removed the color and painted over them AND THEN filed them down at least an inch. Won’t be coming again. They try to get you in and out and another lady next to me didn’t like her nails right after getting them and had to get them redone by another specialist.

The people in the salon were VERY nice. The salon was clean. I was a walk in and they immediately serviced me. So why am I giving it such a low rating? I got my nails done (gel) on Saturday. My nails were chipping by Monday. I thought my nails looked decent when the manicurist finished but they were not. Once I got home and closely looked at them, I was very disappointed! The manicurist did a sloppy job. She left old nail polish on my nails and the corners are very sloppy. I was hoping that I would be satisfied with the service because I wanted to make this my new nail salon.UPDATE - I decided to call the salon and see if they would fix my nails. They said that they could and scheduled me the next day to get my nails fixed. My manicurist, Helen, was sweet as pie but she still did a horrible job!! They look worst today and I did not believe that was possible. I have attached photos.

The interior was clean, covid precautions in place. Did an excellent job with my fiancees hair.But, when I came in with questions about curly services rendered, (perm/rod/spring) the woman who donned a slightly out-of-date chunky colored 90s do, spoke with me about the process, and seemingly tried to educate me, but all I took away was that they can only handle simple white perms, she didnt even know what a 3C curl was, stating they label the curl size by color, smh, really disappointed, because I have 3B curls and still cant seem to find a salon that can help me accomplish what I need. And my hair isnt long when its about 4in past my shoulders you lulu, I usually have my hair grown out to my waste, thats long. Maybe practice more with natural hair stylings, instead of trying to get everyone to conform to your styles that are pretty, but about 2 decades outdated.

This place is amazing. I’ve been here several times and the staff are always so nice and accommodating. I called last minute and they were able to get me in the same day and you can tell everyone there helps each other. It’s busy on Saturdays but they manage it so well and try to get everyone taken care of. The best part, my shellac nails always last at least 4 weeks and dip nails about 5 weeks. They are the only salon that hasn’t ruined my nails. I would highly recommend!

It was my first time going. I made an appointment but when I got there I wasnt in the system, needless to say I was frustrated. But the receptionist was super cool and got me in. I only waited about 10 minutes. The service was excellent and Mindy is very sweet. I will be back. Its like I found a hidden jewel. Its very clean, polished and homey. Cant wait to try some of the other services they offer. Pricing is definitely fair.

Only because they sliced up 4 of my cuticles and when I called to ask what i should do for the bleeding a day later, the owner told me to go to the er, and didnt even say he was sorry for hurting my hands. Mixed me up with someone else and told me i asked him to cut them short. Nope. Even if I had, which I didnt, bloody hands would still not be ok. I also had to sit next to some chick with no mask, and they didnt even ask if i wanted to move away from her for social distancing, or ask her to put one on. I really wanted to like this place, the first few times I went, it wasnt so bad. Still, If you make someone bleed, you should probably say sorry.

I walked in after work and they were so nice to me and got me right in Sarah’s chair for my powder dip, I had the best end result since I started getting dip! Best feeling ever even the other clients were nice to me by being helpful! I would really recommend this shop for great customer service compared to the others salons near them!

I visited for a gel manicure. The experience was just ok. Nothing bad but nothing great. Good skill. There are other nail salons and spas in the area that offer the same level of skill, better and more pampering, and definitely a better atmosphere for a slightly less price. I would go back in a crunch, but it’s not high on the list.

I got my haircut there. It was the first time I got my haircut into 2 years because a different salon gave me lice, and I was too scared to get it cut for a while. Everyone was very polite, the person who cut my hair although, was not very confident, and the front section of my hair is an inch shorter than the rest of my hair. Even though they used to be bangs, they have not been bangs in 9 years, they should be the same length as the rest of my hair.

In Ceveland for work. Came here because of the great reviews. I walked in with no appointment. They were fantastic and within minutes Tom was doing my nails. He did a wonderful job. Next I had a spa pedicure with Gina. Highly recommend! She was very nice, professional, and did a fabulous job. If I lived here i would never go to anyone else but Gina. Then i had lip and eyebrows waxed and she did a great job. They never rushed me even though I dropped in and they were doing me a favor. Its so nice to see amazing customer service in a very nice professional atmosphere. Thank you to all of the Lush staff!!

I did not like the job the girl did on my nails . It was a young girl they assigned me. She was friendly but when she made a mistake with nails polish just try to cover it with other layer instead of really fixing it ( do it again) I won’t be coming back sorry

Clean salon and they did a good job updating everything due to COVID. I wasn’t a big fan of my full set because I the nail tech didn’t even out the acrylic so three fingers look rigid and uneven at the top and when I tried pointing them out he just kept saying ok ok. He attempted to fix it but in the end he had to keep filling the nails down making them even more uneven than the rest. I’ve just had better manicures. I did however enjoy the lady who did my pedicure and she did a good job without me having to give any follow up changes. I probably would return because I think the people are nice and welcoming but I would ask for someone else’s to do my manicure.

I had an upcoming photo shoot and desperately needed my eyebrows shaped and cleaned up. Ai was wonderful. If you are looking for a great salon this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

Great place for hair and nails. Sometimes the wait time is long, even if you have appointment. You can only tip with cash, so remember to carry some with you.

The staff is very personable, highly skilled. The is definitely not a McDonald-like nail factory. If you have been going to the factories, you will be pleasantly surprised! Once you have been to LUSH salon youll never go back to the factories.

Was able to get an appointment for a pedicure the day before. Decent enough pedicure. However was very busy and chaotic, not the place to go for a relaxing atmosphere. But the pedicure quality was good.

They were not ready for my scheduled appointment. When asked how long I would need to wait was yelled at and told just to leave if unhappy. Have never had a nail tech scream at me so rudely. Previous manicure was average but came back because needed to do this on a Sunday. Had heard such good things. But far from acceptable in quality of work and in customer service.

Went here for a manicure with my mom. My manicure turned out alright although some of the nails were filed unevenly. Although we were seated at the same time, my mom’s manicure ended up taking significantly longer than mine, delaying our afternoon plans. We expected it would take slightly longer as she had to have polish removed, but it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. Her new polish was also left under her nails which wasn’t great.

I received a very basic gel manicure for an expensive price -- its already start to peel/is unevenly coated and it hasnt even been 5 days yet. It was also extremely loud since the hair salon sits in the middle of the entire establishment so my experience was not relaxing. Definitely my first and last time there. Im only giving them 2 stars because they did my eyebrows well.

Tom immediately took me in and did my dip for me. I love my nail shape and he is also very entertaining. I will be returning !!!!

I reside in Atlanta, but is staying in Cleveland short term on a business project. I was very angry when got to Cleveland after finding out that most nail salons didn’t provide SNS nails “Dip Nails.” I used Google to research which nail salons provided SNS nails. Anthony Vince Nail Spa was the nail shop that show up first in my search engine. After reading the various negative reviews I continued my search. Lush Nail Salon showed up second on the list in my search engine. I began to read all of the reviews, and saw that Tom had great feed back. So I decided to go see what the hype was about. Tom did a great job on my nails. In addition to his stellar work, he was personable, knowledgeable of the product and nail health, and humorous. The setting was very posh and relaxing. As a visitor from out of state I felt right at home. I do not regret patronizing this nail spa and will be returning for a follow up appointment. “Tom you Rock!”

I had made a last minute appointment at Lush after work (I work a few buildings down) Kim got me in and out in 19 minutes(I was in a rush!) And the cut is fabulous and I love it! I appreciate them and would go back in the future.

I recently went to this location and was immediately helped by the front desk. Everything was fine until I looked at the finished product of my gel nails as I was heading on my way to pay. I picked out a color that I thought was BLACK and told the woman who painted my nails that I wanted BLACK but after it all I saw that the color was just a really dark purple. Not only that but nail polish was all over the outside of my nails and it looked like a very sloppy job. There are patches that arent even painted and some spots where the polish is already peeling! (I was here only an hour ago!) Im sorry, but I will not be coming back here again and would like a refund.

Was looking for a nice place to do 3 pedis simultaneously for my sisters birthday. they were able to do this and did an awesome job. i had eugena and would definitely request her again if possible but all three woman who did the pedis were wonderful! thank you for making my sisters birthday pedi enjoyable.

The front desk was impolite during my two appointments with them. On the second occasion, I called them coz I was running late from a doctors appointment to ask if I could be re-scheduled for later in the day, but the lady at the desk was rude and made it sound like I was a child late to school. Though I admit I couldnt call before time, she had no right to behave the way she did, and could have been more polite. Can certainly use some proper front-desk training. Cancelled my appointment and never going back there.
