Worst experience ever. Tech came found the issue busted pulley. Didnt have part so ordered it for 50 bucks and would return following Tuesday. Paid 290 dollars for part and him to return. Hour after he left I found the part online for 10 bucks and a easy DIY video. Called and canceled service an hour later. 3 days later part arrived and I saw my bank statement that they cashed my check. Called Sears parts direct and spoke with someone overseas. She wasnt able to give me a return authorization over the phone nor my refund said someone would call in two days. Guess what? No phone call. I called several more times same answer and I even emailed corporate headquarters. Not a peep from anyone. No wonder Sears is going out of business. I should mention that A&E Factory Service is part of Sears and they are the ones who I wrote the check out to. Now 2 months later Im still trying to return the part and get a refund for canceled service. My advice if you need repair to an appliance is to call one of the big box stores like HD. Run away from Sears as fast as you can.

Scheduled an appointment easily online, technician was prompt, professional and repaired our dryer in no time. Sears is not cheap, you pay for expertise and guarantee of work. Would use again!

Scheduled an appointment for my annual riding lawn tractor service using their online site. Set the date and the time window. About 45 min prior to our appointment window, the tech called informing me he was on his way. He arrived just a few minutes past the START of our4 hour time window which was between 10 and 2. He cleaned the old grass under areas we couldn’t possibly reach normally, changed the blades( we provided them as the sears service trucks usually don’t carry the size & style we require). He lubed, changed the oil, filter, spark plug and belts. I mentioned the tractor was struggling to climb inclined areas...he said one of dirve belts did show a good bit of wear and I told him to replace it. The only glitch was replacing the air filter. He didn’t have our size on his truck, but would send one to us, via UPS immediately. I got it in two days. The tractor has never run better, and going up inclines isn’t a problem anymore. I can’t sat enough good things about our experience with Sears and Kris, our repair man. I would suggest sears revamp its site to allow for a more detailed description of the tractor they’re coming out to Service....like size and type of mower blades needed, model number of tractor for oil and air filter part number required etc.

Repairing our dryer only took a few days to have the belt replaced. Unfortunately, he failed to put the dryer hose back into place. We had a very damp, hot laundry room. My husband put it back, correctly.

Was very very easy to make the appointment. The service man came within the 4 hour window promised and even called about 45 minutes before he arrived. Did a great job, explained everything he did and left his work area completely clean. I would promote this service to anyone.

What a joke! Called Wednesday to have our refrigerator fixed, we were told someone would be at our house Thursday between the hours of 1-5. 6pm and no repair tech. Husband calls and said they left a note at 430 that said no one was home (someone was at the house all day!) I call and am told that there was a note put in by the tech that he’s over booked and can’t make it until Monday. But yet no one can call and let us know? Seriously the worst customer service ever!
