I need some duct work done and was told I would have someone call me and so far nothing. This is something I would like to have done sooner than later and don’t want to be waiting weeks to have it done. I’m sure they do a great job but I’ll have to look elsewhere for this and most likely will for any future HVAC needs.

I called McCoy because my heat wasnt going above 64 in the house. They came out the next day and said I needed a new blower motor. I have weird furnace so it needed to be ordered and would be fixed the next day. I got a call about 30 minutes after the repairman, Craig, left. He happened to find the part in Saginaw and could fix my heater the same day. All together with him coming over to diagnose the issue, leaving to get the part, coming back and replacing it, everything was done within 3 hours and it cost almost $200 less than was expected. Thank you so much to Craig and McCoy Heating! You guys are great! I will highly recommend you to all my friends and family!

I was pleased overall with the final results. However, I had just painted my basement floors and the installers scratched much of the floor pretty bad. I placed a call to inform the office, I was not looking for anything but to just inform. They immediately had the sales manager reach out to me. He came out same day and made things right. Very impressed with how they handled this issue. I have and will continue to refer others to McCoy. The sign of a well run and caring business.

Great service two years ago when I needed a new furnace. Then about a month ago when I needed a new hot water heater they told me they were too backed up and advised me to find a plumber.

I have never and will never use McCoy. I have found their employees to be incredibly rude and inconsiderate to the facilities and employees of those facilities where they visit. The attitudes I have witness these employees display while representing the McCoy brand deter me from using their services as I am worried my hearing and cooling needs will be treated the same way as they treat other

Had a boiler inspected and the old dude yelled at my tenant and slammed the door and left. They then quoted $400 plus to make a fix. I called another boiler repair guy and repaired for less than $50. Rude in office when I went in to say something about the older boiler serviceman.Answer to their reply, it was under Kolb Properties and the service address is 108 Parker St
