If you are looking for a reliable mechanic shop thats going to get the job done at a reasonable price stop by and howartons will get you going I had an issue with my transmission on a Chevy tracker I had lots of trouble trying to get it fixed after 2 months I took it to them and they got it fixed within 2 to 3 weeks they kept me posted the whole time and Im really happy with the results on my vehicle 😎👍

I could not be more pleased. I dropped the car off yesterday and Vicki drove her car to pick me up today and back to the shop to pick my car up. Howarton charged me half the amount that was quoted at the Nissan dealership.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. After they did a full service estimate, I was not able to afford the repairs. They said they understood and referred me to another shop that may be able to do it cheaper. That is surely not the norm in the auto repair business. I will go back with any other isssues with my other vehicles.

I was referred to this establishment for a simple front end alignment. I was quoted by 2 other places in Santa fe, where I reside. One for $75.00 and the other $85.00.When they informed me it was going to be at the least, $160.00 I nearly passed out. I was then informed their prices were competative. And that noone in Bay City will do the alignment for those prices.I left disappointed, and drove to two other local business and one quoted $80.00. However, they were unable to get it done today. Which I needed as I drove from out of town to give my home town businesses, my business.I ended up having my front end done for $79.00 and they were professional, fast and curtious. They did an excellent job!!!My intentions are not to speak Ill of this company. Just felt they were deceitful in saying noone in bay city could match the quotes from Santa fe.

New owner is running the office, and its a disaster. The mechanics are great, but the office manager drove off before giving me a bill or even discussing the repairs I needed, so I sat and waited 4 hours for her to come back so we could discuss additional work to be done. She literally never came back, and the poor mechanics were left hanging because shes in charge of billing so they couldnt price anything out for me. They say she does this all the time and never does tell them how long shell be gone, or when she is coming back. II wa charged $110 for a diagnostic that we were unable to finish doing, so I still have no idea what is wrong with my vehicle.
