He was of course willing to break it down and diagnose it but he assumed the speakers were busted so he suggested we take it home and try to live with the headphones only and save some money. If I had to describe the service for “I fix it” central location, it would be impeccable! They were so nice and friendly with the kind of can do attitude that made me feel like I am giving my Business to the right company. You can tell a lot by a hand shake, and from the greeting I got from the staff here I could tell that I was putting my trust in professionals. I got my phone back after it was absolutely destroyed, better than when it was brand new! So over all I give 5 stars and I would recommend this store, I fix it; Baton Rouge location to everyone that needs work done on a wide variety of devices.

I fell in the lake at Toledo Bend and my iPhone was in my pocket!!!! My phone was completely submerged for about 5 minutes. I wasn’t able to get my phone to Ifixit until the next day. I was greeted by Tony and Josh, they assessed the damage and quickly began repairing my phone. They only had my phone for less than 24 hours and it’s like brand new! Can’t say enough good things about these guys, professional, efficient, competent and great prices, too!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!! Great job, guys!!! Thanks a million!!!

What service!!! I arrived before the store opened and was greeted by Josh (the service technician) in the parking lot. He assessed my situation quickly and promptly took my phone to work on it. He corrected the issue and even taught me a little about my phone that I did not know. I am very impressed with the customer service and their policy to guarantee their work.

I thought that my screen was totaled and went in to have it fixed. The friendly store owner assured me that it was just my screen protector and replaced it a very short amount of time. I then asked for a new phone case and I was presented with a wide range of different, affordable cases. Would 10/10 recommend going here.

My iPhone 7 started to not charge well after a year and a half or so. I thought it was a bad port but the guy at i FIX IT recommended he try to clean it out first with some contraption they have that does not damage the port. That did the trick. I appreciate them trying that first before what would have been a more expensive fix to change it out. My sister recommended them to me after she got a cracked screen repaired on some sort of tablet. She was pleased with the result. I was pleased they didnt shaft me. Seems like an honest business that does good work.

RAVE: I fought with my IPhone all. day.long. Walked into iFixFixIt and he sure did! Took less than a minute and as friendly as can be. i FixIt Central. A good thing!

Dropped off an 1phone had a little water damage. 4 weeks + later no call so I stop by. My phone is in the same spot they sat it when I left 4+ weeks ago, I asked if it was fixed, they said No, it took too much damage and charged me a service fee.6 weeks pass, and I notice Central Cellular on the corner of Sullivan and Hooper, told myself, what the heck, dropped it off, 4hrs later I get a call, This is Central Cellular, your iPhone is at 6% charge now. to this day, the iPhone I FIX IT said couldnt be fixed, works just fine, thanks to Central Cellular.I hate to think how many people gave up on their phones and threw them out based on I FIX ITs erroneous assessments of the phones they brought to them.

Came here twice 1st for an iPad screen repair which was done quickly and still looks great. And just got IPhone battery replaced. Told me 15mins and was done on that time . Helpful staff and friendly dog.

Got my phone “fixed” here. They ended up having to replace the screen and now my screen does not recognize me touching it & it randomly typed things by itself and there is nothing more I can do so basically I’m going to have to buy a new phone now on top of paying over $200 for this “fix”. Plus also now my camera doesn’t work. Extremely dissatisfied customer!!

My I phone 7 plus battery was really bad and died super quick. I went over to I fix it central and they switched the battery while I waited. The service was quick and friendly. Thanks I fix it, if your phone is broken you should check it out. They even give student discounts!

I have 4 kids with Phones and I pads. You can only imagine how many times Ive been in the waiting area for a repair of these devices. For the first time ever I was not treated like or talked to like just another customer. They make you feel like you are at home. These guys are so honest and upfront about time of repairs! I went over to I fix it Jones Creek because I cracked my screen and the guys there were really nice and fixed it quickly and efficiently

I brought my girlfriends phone in that is under my plan to have the battery replaced on her Droid turbo 2 about two weeks ago as I figured it might be more cost effective than paying for insurance to replace it. When there I was told it would be $40 to replace the battery and take 4 days for the battery to come in. Fast forward to this past Friday I call in to see what was going on because I had yet to hear from anyone about it. The guy said the battery had been delivered to their other store and someone had been sent to get it and I could get it the next day. I go in the next day but am told to come back Monday because there was an issue with the phone and the tech felt more comfortable with having the owner work on it, so fine no problem. Go in Monday and when I go to pay for the phone Im told the cost is $79.99. I tell him I was told $40 so he calls up one of the techs I talked to and the guy tells him said $49.99, so fine I pay it($56 after tax) somewhat begrudgingly but at least I didnt get charged double what I was told. Come to today, when I call my girlfriend her speaker on the phone doesnt work. I can hear her but she cant hear me or anyone else that calls her, a problem that did not exist prior to this store working on the phone. In addition to that the back of the phone starts to separate from the body. I am pissed. I go back to give the battery back and get my money back. Guy tells me to come back tomorrow. I leave the store but come back as I find it strange you cant take the battery out in a short amount of time and just give me my money back. When I question this the guy says he has to get his tech to separate it from the glue as if it will take a considerable amount of time. I say fine and leave. When I get home I read the receipt and it says that returns are only good for store credit. I call the tech and question and he says thats store policy, so I tell him Im coming to get my phone and thats what I did. I wish I had seen that store return policy before letting them work on the phone, basically if they mess up youre phone theyre still going to make a profit off you. So now Im out $56 and the money it will cost for the insurance phone. Shoulda just used my insurance, never again.

My sister dropped her iPad onto concrete and shattered the screen, they fixed it and we have had no problems. Be warned tho, sometimes they have to order the part, we had to wait a day for the part to ship in but they fixed it the same day the part came in.

Wonderful service. I really thought my iPad was beyond repair, but ifixit saved it. I was able to keep all my ebooks and games, and the cost was so much cheaper than a new one. They even put on a new case and screen protector.

I got my phone screen replaced and now its not centered on my phone so the home button gets caught under the screen. I cant see my phone screen with my sunglasses on (UV protected). And my actual screen is coming up, I can see through my phone!!!

The service technician was friendly and helpful. He fixed our iPhone 5Cs screen (glass, lcd, etc) for $99 and finished in the time specified (20 minutes). I definitely recommend iFixIt in Central if you need a similar services.
