William was amazing and so helpful! He did everything in his power to help me and other customers and was very nice and friendly! I ended up being there for four hours, but he made it very enjoyable while he worked to get everything done. People definitely should go here, the customer service was beyond amazing.

Mrs. Kristy was the absolute sweetest! She is at the Siegen location if you are able to catch her there! She is a hard worker and has such a kind spirit. Also, she was very informative and positive about her work! That is SO hard to come by these days.

This was one of the very few places in Baton Rouge that could replace my dying Galaxy S6 phone battery. It took about an hour and was reasonably priced, when you consider how much phones cost these days.My phone came back to me in perfect condition.So glad I didnt have to replace this paid off phone!

Went in to get my screen replaced for my google pixel XL. Every where else needed 3-5 days for the screen to come in, they already had it in stock and did it for me in 20 min. Customer service was also great. I took my laptop in to see if they could help me with a problem I had, and, even though they couldnt, the guy still helped me try to figure it out and referred me to somewhere else to try.

Ms Kristy is a great person who knows her stuff. She has a beyond wonderful attitude and made me feel at home while keeping me informed on the ststus of my phone and fixing it(when I was pretty sure I was gonna need a new one). I’ll be sure to send my friends and family to this location for more business.

Got my cracked glass replaced on my iPhone 7 for about $120 with tax in Baton Rouge. This place was convenient for me and I liked to find that their online appointment system gave you $10 off. They got it done pretty fast, I went and ate lunch while they worked right after I dropped it off. I’m unsure whether they used genuine Apple parts, I didn’t ask.

So glad I found this place! They fixed my completely smashed phone screen and now it looks like a brand new phone! Everyone that I interacted with (Kristy, Dylan, and Trevor) were all so nice and helpful!

Got there 10 minutes early, tech checked my phone in, asked a few questions, told me it would be ready in about 30 minutes, and sure enough it was fixed and ready in less then 30. very pleased with the service. will go back soon to get battery changed.

Dillian did an AMAZING job with my screen replacement... amist an incredibly hecticafternoon full of storm preppers in and out of the shop. My phone is now back to like new condition and was repaired in a timely manner (1.5 hrs) as stated. The pricing was clear and prestated. Customer service was great... I cant remember the guys name that helped me this afternoon, but I wanted to say thank you! He went out of his way to help repair my cracked phone screen. It wasnt able to be repaired, because I really messed the inside up when I dropped it, but he tried his hardest. My kids were all over the place ( so was I horse playing with them 😂 and he kept his cool and was very patient. He even stayed late way pass closing to help put my phone back together. Great establishment!!! I will definitely referr all of my friends and family here for all of there phone, battery, & light bulb needs. Thank you WE FIX it for a nice friendly experience!

Took Samsung S6 phone in for new battery. Took a little longer to replace battery than expected or told so no 5 star rating. But it was first thing in the morning and only 1 person available so add 1/2 star. Phone works fine with no apps or settings lost upon inspection. Phone is like new but for a 1/10th or less the cost of a brand new phone. Will bring 2nd S6 in when it starts doing the same. If your phone is fine but has a dying battery that is non replaceable bring it to this place.

Got a battery replaced in Baton Rouge yesterday. Do not take your iphone for a battery replacement here. They dont do it correctly. The battery health functions in settings will no longer work and they make you sign something saying they are free to break your phone.
