Excellent service! I desperately needed my screen fixed! I called Thursday afternoon and he ordered the screen that day. Went in at 6pm Friday evening and he had it done at 7! Definitely come here for your phone needs!

I just wanna say thank ya again so much for fixing my red iPhone 8 Plus ya really a life saving I really thought ya wasn’t able to fix it but thank god for ya was able too 😊,it was just my motherboard with broken pieces was the reason it wasn’t working anymore 😞 even though it only took a week or two it’s okay alongs it’s working back find and back to normal again if it wasn’t for y’all I swear I would have loss it 😂but thank you again and again I’m so happy and satisfied now, I recommend if anyone need their iPhone fixed the long drive is worth it to come here for sure 💯😊

They were quick and very professional. They even made sure the screen for my galaxy was the correct one since its a bit more complicated instead of just putting a screen on there. They were done in under a hour and reasonable priced. They said if there were any issues to come back so they can fix it. I have had no issues and am thankful they were so patient and polite. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My phone was cracked and they completely screwed it up. It glitches, it is unresponsive, and I will probably have to pay for a new phone. I never had these issues UNTIL THE DAY I came here. If I could give 0 starts I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Such a scam

Went to replace I phone screen and left with a cracked camera

I went in today and they repaired my phone just fine; however, i noticed that one of my instagram accounts was opened up that i hadn’t gone onto in a while, so i now have reason to believe that the staff snooped through my phone.. this is very upsetting to me because i am a minor and i fear that the staff went through personal things.update: my phone has a weird tint to it and sometimes, a green hue outlines the screen whenever i scroll. i’m going to be HIGHLY upset if my phone breaks and i cannot get a refund on the $100 i spent fixing it here.

Spent $300 to have my Apple Watch screen replaced and was not told that it meant my watch was no longer waterproof. If I was told that it would take away a key feature of my watch I wouldn’t have gotten it fixed which they probably knew. Now 3 weeks later I’m out of $300 and have to spend money to buy a whole new one. When I was told my watch had water damage when it wouldn’t turn on and about it no longer being water proof, the response was “I didn’t have to tell you that because everyone knows that.” Waste of money, terrible service. Don’t waste your time.

Quick, affordable and responsive. iPhone was fixed within an hour, even though they were busy. Convenient since it was in the mall. Able to browse and come back with a new screen.

I brought my Iphone 7 plus in on 12/28/17 and they replaced the screen for only $100 which is a great price and it only took 30 minutes which is good timing, however, that is not enough time to seal the screen on. I got my phone back and everything looked brand new and fine except the lighting on the screen had now had a weird tint to it, not too terrible, but definitely noticeable. However, over night, without being dropped or anything, my screen magically had a tiny crack in the top left corner and bottom right corner. Then the cracks spread across my screen. Then my phone took a Very light fall from my pocket onto carpet and chunks of the screen fell out. I now must pay another $150 to get my screen fixed somewhere RELIABLE. 0/10 recommendation from me.

Im very disappointed in this stores the staff was decent but not great like the other people said and I walked in with a phone that would flash the apple logo and the backlight was on so I knew it was a screen problem. So I give it to them 30 minutes later i walk in and they said they couldnt fix it so I went to another store and watched the guy the whole time because i was a little more cautious and they said it was a motherboard issue. So just great my 250 dollar SE is now going to cost me more than it should have. Terrible place for fixing your phone. They only know how to replace the broken display and charge you for $70-80 but they dont know how to fix other issues at all. The staff are so rude. They dont guarantee their work. And their prices are relatively high.

I got my screen replaced on my iPhone 7 plus about two weeks ago. It was badly damaged and once they replaced the screen everything appeared fine. I acquired a small crack at the bottom of my screen a few days later and my phone still worked perfectly fine. However, today my screens digitizer started to go out starting from the top of the phone. Simply put, i cant press anything at the top of my phone. I went back into the shop to see if the can replace the faulty hardware. To my dismay, I am told there is nothing they can do. There is a policy in place where you cannot get the screen fixed if there is even a small crack in the corner. I told them that the crack was not related to the hardware failing. I spent the next two hours at Apple to get a proper diagnostic of what was going on and they confirmed it. The digitizer was indeed going out because of the low quality screen replacement. Also I was made aware that they didnt seal my phone and it is no longer waterproof. Now I have to spend an additional $150 to take my phone in to get it properly repaired. DONT TRUST THIRD PARTY REPAIRERS AND GO TO THE APPLE STORE IF YOU HAVE A IPHONE. Thank me later.

I walked in. The employees didnt acknowledge me as they talked with each other in foreign. I tried buying time cos I didnt want to interrupt them. In the end I had to cut them off to get a price quote. Then after a price quote they wanted to keep my phone after I clearly told them I didnt want to leave them my phone until the screen came in. They ignored me and attempted to take the phone away once again until I had to say abruptly that I wasnt comfortable leaving my phone there. The people are schetchy and rude. I didnt feel welcomed. I wasnt assisted. They didnt help me explore other options that could help me with the phone. Im not going back here again.

Went there to get the back screen on my Galaxy S6 replaced. I guess you get what you pay for. I dropped my phone, which was in a case, on carpet from 3 feet and my back screen cracked again. I had 2 small cracks when I brought it in to get fixed and now the whole back of the phone is cracked like a lightning bolt. Awesome prices but for fake products. Brought it into 3 different places and they said it was fake immediately. FAKE PRODUCTS

All were so helpful and trustworthy with extra free information. Phone covers were good quality and cheap enough.

My experience was very poor. Communication with the store was very minimum. Their rates were too high (over twice what the Apple Store costs)They were speaking a forign language amongst themselves not even once paying me and my friend any mind. They did not once look us in the eye. I feel they did not have the me as the customer at their best interest. My entire experience was off putting and had my stomach in a knot.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. This place is an absolute lie. The first time I came in here to fix my iPhone 7 Plus, he changed my screen and charged me $90. My sensor was not working when I tried to type or play game so I came back a week later and all they did was calibrated my phone. The guy told me if it happens again, he’ll give me a refund. Today, I came back because it was acting up so bad and tried to get my refund but they said they don’t give a refund. He offered to change my screen again and when he handed my phone back to me, I checked my speaker and it was not working. The guy grabbed my phone to fix it again and it took them about another 20 minutes to fix it. I told the guy today that I did not want to change my screen with them again because if they messed up the first and second time, what makes them think they’re gonna fix it the third time? I asked if it was to mess up again, what am I suppose to do. You know what they offered? An email to contact customer service!! I do NOT recommend this place. Worst place to get your phone fixed and horrible customer service.
