Aliyah and all of the workers at this location are WONDERFUL!! I was traveling back to Mississippi and noticed my tire was low. I had to bring my dog with me and they were understanding and took the time to explain what was wrong with my tire. They also have a very nice swing out front to sit and wait! Awesome service by Robert! Needed a tire repaired and called 20 min before they closed. Without hesitation, Robert said to come on over and it would be taken care of. They were fast, efficient and treated me wonderfully!!!

Bought a rim for wifes car, they installed the tire, also installed wiper blades. Friendly and straight forward. I previously had 4 new tires installed on rims for my Jeep, which is why i came back.

I got my tire replaced here and drove back to New Orleans from BR that night with two dogs and a kid. At 50 mph or higher the vehicle started shaking. The tires were clearly out of balance. I drove the whole way at a speed of 40 mph with a fear of tires exploding and us being stuck in middle of highway at night. I called the store explaining the situation and their response was “it happens more often than you think sir”. Very unprofessional. There are no Mavis store in New Orleans and Upon asking refund, they transferred me to customer service and they mentioned they will look into it. I will update how they end up responding.

They lied to me on the phone about the cost of an alignment. The guy said original cost $89 for a 2017 Toyota Camry and he had a $20 coupon so it would cost $69. I made an appointment for later that day and when I got there and my appointment was pulled up they tried charging me full price and to add insult the guy said that the price of $89 had a $40 coupon and originally the cost was $130.I did my homework before going there and the (Toyota dealership) which has graduated tech and top technology plus better warranty charger $99 for an alignment so of course for $10 more I would go there.If someone is willing to lie to you once, they are willing to lie again and that also show the quality of work they are willing to do if they have no problem lying to trick you into their shop, which was empty and now I see why.

They are the best in baton rouge, they gave me a great price and had my car fixed sooner than I expected, very friendly staff, I had a great experience and I would definitely be back next time I need to get my car fixed. 100 recommend 👌👏

The guy Ryan that used to work at this location was AWESOME and so HELPFUL when I came to replace all four tires and an alignment. He apparently moved to a different location and the older man who is at this location is very rude.

I brought my car in on a Sunday and my car was ready on the following Monday. The diagnostic guy checked it out immediately and figured out what was wrong with it. I received exceptional customer service from this particular location! I highly recommend Mavis on Coursey Blvd.

Sunday morning and about to return home to Houston. Filling up with gas and as I was returning to my nights accommodations, I hear noise coming from my back tire. A large screw had impaled itself in my tire. What do I do next? My Step Son, long time resident, said only one place to go in Baton Rouge, Mavis Tires. Arrive shortly, they were open, Sunday morning, Wow. Inside the Mavis establishment their concerned personel, said let us look at your situation. Within one hour, a simle on my face and a sigh of relief, Mavis has put me and my wife back on the road home. Incredible and Thank you Mavis.

I started my experience with some scheduling issues. Then some issues with supplies. However once we got those issues sorted out they were able to squeeze me in and get a lot of services done. The service team (Tye & Ryan) bent over backwards to get me taken care of and even comped a couple of the lesser services for my wait....which wasnt too far out of the realm of reason considering what all got done.Just like going to a doctor appt, come prepared with something to read and/or a charger.Bonus: theres a sonic next door for a quick lunch or snack and many other places within walking distance if you are going to be waiting a while.

Great workers and customer service they have and communication skills awesome will return again if needed.

My fiancé Johnny took the GT to Mavis and got a New Battery and Alternator installed. Was very pleased with the service. But the next day the Belt was screaming on a cold start. Johnny calls them. They say bring it in so they can check it. So they check and recommend to replace the pulleys, belt and tensioner. So they broke the timing plate taking off one of the pulleys and tried to convince Us it was already like that and wants to charge us to fix their mistake. Johnny should hear back from them tomorrow. In the mean time I’m mad as 🤬 🤬🤬. Point is that the car would not have been able to be driven if it was like that before we brought it in.

It was snowing in these BR streets and everything was closed. Robert & Randolph were the only people that were available to help ya girl out ! They even have feminine products in the sparkling clean bathroom and a kiddy play setup with a variety of actual kid toys in the lobby.. all the snacks are cheap in the vending machine too ! A+++++

While I had previous issues with the tires that I purchased for our cars, I am so glad that I returned for repair of the roadside warranty. The Manager, Rob, and Assistant Manager, Tye, were great. I had not worked with them before. I had the oil changed, tires rotated and one tire repaired along with the replacement of two tire sensors. Thanks for restoring my trust in your company. Despite it being a busy day for the shop, I was in and out with four tires, an oil change, and an alignment in less than an hour and a half.

Be careful! I had an oil change and my back brakes replaced. They got me back on the road quickly and did well with communicating the process.WARNING - they made a mistake with my oil change that caused my driveway to be covered in oil. When I asked about the issue they seemed to attempt to defer the problem to have something to do with a Ford design flaw. They did not initially offer me any solution to this problem.Resolution - after I spoke with them and showed them pictures I had taken they then gave me a oil change for my next time. This is why I am giving 4 stars. Mistakes happen businesses need to be able to provide a solution.

This is the second time Ive brought my work vehicle to them to have a simple oil change and tire rotation done, but my tires havent been rotated nor have they added air like I asked.

Went on line last week and purchased four trailer tires for my new trailer. While on the web site, I was able to make an appointment to install the new tires. Did not have to pay for the new tires at that time.Checked with the tire shop yesterday and they noted that the tires had arrived. Note, these are tires for a forty foot fifth wheel trailer. The advised me to show up at my appointed time and park the trailer outside in front of three of the bay doors. I arrived on time and work was started on replacing the tires. The young man took them off one at a time and replaced with a new tire. He did an outstanding job and I was very pleased. The inside paper work was completed and the payment was the amount agreed upon on the internet. Job well done and I shall return with any future tire needs.

Went into the store to have my tires checked, went in and out with no problems. Asked to speak with Randolph, he really knows the meaning of customer service.

I’ve gone here twice so far. The first time was for rear tires and they were in great shape. The most recent time was for brakes. They are faster than a lot of other places, have great pricing (better than competitors, trust me I’ve been everywhere trying to find solutions for my car problems), and are super polite and friendly, even the mechanics went above and beyond for me. I recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

Called ahead to be sure they had time to take care of my car. Dropped it off around lunchtime and went up there right before they closed to pick it up and my car had not moved. They seemed confused that nothing had been done, then gave me the keys back so I could go home. Almost 5 hours and nothing taken care of, very frustrating. I have had good service under previous ownership here, but this was a poor excuse for customer service. Took my business elsewhere to a place that does what they say they will do.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!On Tuesday I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a specific order for a specific Michelin tire using their online system. Their system not only accepted the appointment but the next morning confirmed the appointment. They even sent me a reminder on Friday. Great service so far...I showed up right on time for my 9 am appointment and was told it would be after 11 before they could even begin to look at it. Disappointing but I had plenty to keep me busy and told them to go ahead.At 12:30– Three and a half hours after my scheduled appointment— they called me to tell me that the tires I wanted weren’t in stock.Why aren’t they in stock?!?! I set up that appointment five days earlier. They had five days to either obtain the tires or inform me that they didn’t have them. That’s unacceptable.To make matters worse, I was told that they’d be happy to sell me their store brand (I.e. less quality than the Michelins that I wanted).— get this— for the SAME PRICE as the Michelins.“Would you be interested...”NO. No, I would not be interested. WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM?

I 100% do not recommend this place to anyone. I had my brakes replaced here. I had to bring it back the very next day because they had not secured the backing plate. After that I noticed another rattling noise, but I stupidly did not go back until a couple of weeks later to ask about it. They told me the brakes were fine but that I would need $1000 worth of work for other stuff. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. The other place told me that I did not in fact need the work done that Mavis had told me, but that also Mavis did not correctly install my brakes. I was told they didnt correctly install the braking hardware ( no shims) and not only that but they put the brake pads in upside down. Now Im having to pay the second place to do the job correctly and Mavis will not reimburse me.Update: Mavis has agreed to reimburse me for my expenses.
