Went in at opening time to get two tires mounted and balanced (I already had my new tires). Techs did a fantastic job getting me in and out without an appointment. Very spacious and comfortable waiting area. Manager and staff were all friendly and welcoming.I have several tire shops within a stones throw away from my house, but Ill drive the extra couple miles here every time if every experience is like this.

Needed a tire patch quick before a trip. The manager Mike was very helpful, got my ride in within 5 minutes. Also made time to chat with me while waiting!

Stopped by the Firestone nearby and the manager was unfriendly, unhelpful, and rather rude. Lucky for us cause we took our business elsewhere and we were treated quickly and at a great price. We got a flat on a Sunday and Mavis tire got us right in, the manager gave some of the best customer service we have EVER received, and the facilities are all clean and well kept (including the bathroom and thats a big deal in the auto repair industry). I whole heartedly recommend Mavis Tire!

Arnold did a fantastic job of getting my tire repaired and finding replacement parts that I needed. He was prompt and up front with the information he had.I did not schedule an appointment for my visit, and there was one customer ahead of me. Overall, it was a relatively fast job and I’ll be back to get my tires replaced once they are shipped.

I went to a different location and was given the wrong information and an outrageous and unnecessary quote. I came to the Airline store and they corrected the issue with no problems and was very informative about what was needed and why. They gave me premium service and they didn’t make me feel like i needed a man with me to get the service i needed.

Tire was damaged, but found a solution. I just didn’t have the time. Shane tried his darndest, swell guy.

As soon as I arrived, Ed greeted me and immediately asked how he could help me. I told him I was there to get a tire for my wife’s suv that picked up a nail and she was at work. I gave him the 2 prices she found and he countered with the best and closest price he could get on a tire for her suv. The technician immediately went to work on pulling the old tire off of the rim and put the new one on and it was loaded in the back of my truck within 5 minutes of them taking it into the shop. Ed and his team took care of my wife and I with the tire. The service was excellent, team was professional and virtuous. I highly recommend going to see them for any tire needs. I will definitely be back in the future!!

Super nice people who would get over on you in a minute! Told me i needed shocks and struts when my original mechanic told me the ones i have still look new! Mavis quoted me 1200 dollars for a repair that i didnt need. I ALSO DIDNT ASK THEM TO INSPECT MY CAR, i asked for a set of tires. RUN AWAY, THIS IS A WARNING!

My wife stopped over at the Airline location because she had a flat and needed it to get repaired. I like to know the names of the people who help us and there was a little confusion between us when she mentioned that Erwin was helping her because he’s the same guy who helped me at the wooddale location but i’m guessing he has now switched. Nevertheless he provided my wife the same service he provided me at the other store and i am forever grateful!:)

I had an emergency flat tire. I had ran over something at a job site and was losing air fast and had a busy day ahead of me... I went to Firestone off Siegen because they were closest to me. To make this short, they were rude and told me I had to wait over an hour to get a tire plug. So I went to Mavis up the road. Not only were they professional and nice but I didnt have to wait an hour. Everyone there was super nice! I highly recommend them!!

This is the only place I go for all my tire needs. They are always so helpful. They tell you about discounts that you didn’t know were even available and they have you in and out in no time. They have never tried to get me to do work that was unnecessary, which is a plus for a female.

I had a horrible experience at the Mavis on Airline across from the Porsche dealership. The technician that worked on my truck was very lazy. I could clearly see how mad he was through the window, throwing my rims around, kicking and cursing. Saturday afternoon 10/17. He didnt complete my job. Left me hanging and told me I need to go down the street to Kirks and have them finish my job. I swear if he asked me if I understood what he was saying one more time, I was going to lose my mind. Its tires not rocket propulsion, geeze.. The guy in the office was very kind and I can tell he tried, but limited to the work ethics of his shop guys.. Anyways, wont be going back there..
