Had a negative experience getting my vehicle inspected. None of the employees I saw were wearing masks. The young lady inspecting my vehicle got in without a mask and I asked her to put one on. After that they were unnecessarily picky about my inspection. One thing they said that it failed for is that my windshield wiper left a streak. It was so ridiculous. Got new wipers and peeled off the tint they said was an inch too low so I could get my sticker. Never going back here.

I really love the work that they did at this branch of Bennys Car Wash and oil change they change my pillows and they let me know before they did any other work if I wanted to do it or not Ive been to other places where they just do it in charge you for it and have been surprised at the end I will be coming back and recommending this branch

So went to have an oil change and first off Tyler has awesome customer service and explains everything perfectly. But I actually have a leak and they couldnt even service my vehicle but Tyler took the time to tell me where they think the leak was, and even took the time to check my cabin air filter and showed me where that actually is! Great place and great customer service. 👍

Wow talk about one stop shop! You can get your oil changed, inspection sticker updated, and your car washed all in one place. Only gripe I have is the pre-wash stations are filthy. The wash water looks like it hasnt been changed in a while and the brushes are not ideal for all surfaces.

I visited Bennys Car Wash & Oil Change on Coursey Blvd on 3/4/21 to get my oil changed. This was my first time utilizing them for an oil change because I didnt have time to sit & wait at the dealership. I am extremely happy that I made this decision. The oil change crew was very nice & informative. They advised me of everything that was being done on my vehicle prior to doing the work. They showed me the air filter, cabin filter & transmission fluid before changing anything. I will definitely visit Bennys again & will be recommending them to my family & friends! ✔

I ran my car through the car wash and did not notice immediately that small spots had been left all over my windshield. As the weeks passed - my vision became worse and worse due to the spots. My husband drove my car for an errand and commented to me when he came home how awful my windshield was. So after work the next day I returned to the car wash to explain the problem. Though they did finally agree to rewash my car - the spots remained. They refused to do anything further. They told me they had other customers complain of this in the past and were unable to help them as well. They are ABSOLUTELY responsible for this damage to my car and I certainly will NEVER return - and neither will anyone who hears my story. Grrrr!

Incompetent employees. I called and asked very very clearly if they will vacuum and clean the inside of my car. The girl on the phone assured me they will. Said $29 bucks once or 40 or 45 monthly. I get there and the employee working the machines said they don’t do that at this location. This location and denham don’t, but all other ones do. So 50% of the employees I spoke to here are incompetent, since one of them doesn’t know what they do there. Anyway, paid the 17 for the most expensive car wash and then went to use the vacuums. The vacuums are completely worthless!! See the video.

$69 for the cheapest oil change. That seems really high. Since I own a truck, it is very easy to get under. I start doing it again.

We were 4th in line....it took 20 minutes for assistance I thought this fast. The lady who helped us was friendly, lots of smiles, professional.I had a little trouble accessing my insurance card on my phone and she was so patience.....it took about 20 minutes for the inspection. I will definitely return to this Bennys.

Terrible service! Would have given them 0 stars if I could! My husband had our van washed and their machine damaged the rear break light. He informed Bennys immediately, but they claim that after reviewing their video footage it appeared there was previous damage to the rear break light prior to entering their wash! This is not true, there was no damage to the break light prior to having the vehicle washed at Bennys! Extremely disappointed in their customer service, and the way they treat their customers. I wouldnt recommend their services to anyone!What previous damage? In your response to this review you claim you offered to install a new taillight cover in- house, or comp our Unlimited Wash Club membership for a few months... You never made any such offer! Why the lies Bennys?

Got my inspection done in about 15 minutes here on a Tuesday around 11:30am! Had enough extra time to vacuum the car too.

Very clean nice car wash. However, they now insist on a strong sales pitch for the monthly service. I dont go often enough and yet no does not seem to be an answer they want to hear. Offering the option via signs and marketing is fine, but the rude employees berating you when you decline the monthly service is overboard. Please let people pay for their car wash and move on. Why are there credit card machines available if you insist on having an employee ring us up? I think Ill find another car wash that doesnt mind taking my money politely and letting me leave without hassle.

Called to make sure they are open to have my truck inspected. Spoke to a employee to see are they doing inspection? What I needed to bring for the inspection. The guy on the phone said they are doing inspections and to come in. I drove 20 min. in the drizzling rain to get their just for them to say, they dont do inspection in the rain. Smdh waste of time for me

Went to Benny’s on Coursey for inspection and oil change for my 2007 Camry on 8/3/2020, like I have done every year since I bought the car. Told them I wanted a basic oil change. Manager told me synthetic oil was required for my car, which is around $30 more. Told him my owners manual said regular oil was specified. Manager said that’s what his computer said. I then asked him why they have been putting the wrong oil in my car for the past 13 years, as they have always put regular oil before. Obviously a money grab, taking advantage of people who do not know any better. Last time I go to Benny’s.

I went for a quick wash. A worker was posted by the cc reader. He told me if I filled out a questionnaire he would give me a works car wash (which I was getting) and month of free washes for 20 bucks instead of 14. He signed me up for the wash club or whatever their program is called without telling me that’s what he was doing. Luckily, I caught the auto draft after one month instead of just paying my bill as usual. He was not forthcoming or honest at all. Less than impressed with this service.

I went here to get my inspection sticker during my lunch break. I was in and out in 15 minutes! The attendees were super nice and struck up a conversation while I waited. The place is always bustling when I go, great place!

Never talked about the price. They charged $ 90 for an old change on a van. It also too me an hour for a service that you have to sit in your car to get. No urgency from the employees which caused the wait to be long. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I spent $179 for oil and transmission change and when I went through the car wash (because I have an extended van) my tires never get done. And every other Bennys will come Out and put some shine on it. But not Coursey mgr. His excuse was that it would come out of his pocket and my running boards were at fault. This is my last trip to Bennys

I typically get my oil changes at another location. I purchased an oil change at this location today. I was told my transmission fluid needed changing, so I said ok. What I have an issue with is the manager working on the ticket didnt bother telling me the price of that service. He even went to look for a coupon so I wasnt expecting to be shocked at the price. Altogether, I paid $148 for a service that I thought would be a little more than $30 with fluids given the advertised price. My suggestion is to be more transparent with customers on prices for services instead of telling them their bill is over $100. Even I questioned the total after the manager told me. I will be returning to my usual oil change location after this experience.

Staff is always friendly price for the service can’t be beat in this area. Would recommend Benny’s to anyone for oil change or a wash and vacuum!

I love there car wash, so easy but when it came to get my inspection sticker. It took them 45 minutes to even great me, and that was me going up and finally saying something. Then another 20 minutes to get it inspected. And I was the ONLY car there, I know it doesn’t take that long. There employees were to busy standing around not doing anything.

There is a tech for the automotive that only do oil change and Transmission but do not do all the other things like a technician. No.. alignments and Etc.

My husband went to bennys to get his oil change on April 2nd, on April 8th the the engine light came on alone with the oil lamp stating need an oil change. So my husband went to a mechanic shop they check it out and said it was the oil, went to another mechanic he stated the same thing, so the mechanic went back to Bennys with my husband and stated the facts, it indeed had oil, but light weight oil that mess up 16 lifters on a dodge ram truck, bennys stated they change the oil did nothing wrong. In the process we have two people that we talk to stated the same thing they brought their vechile to Bennys engine problem. I know one young brought her car to Bennys and had the oil change the oil ran out the bottom of her car and she lost her engine, bennys stated they did nothing wrong. My husband is getting his truck fix at his own cost not Bennys. That is very very poor business skills for a business as that. We will never do business Bennys, and people we know said the same thing because they do not correct their mistake to make it right. I wish I could give them a ZERO because a 1 is still giving them a little bit credit. The truck is a 2017 it was purchase new.

Went and got my oil changed here and 6 months later went to get it changed by someone else, the head of the oil drain plug was rounded and was not the 18 pound torque they said they tightened it at . Went to tell them they rounded off the drain plug and it was tightened way more than they said to where we couldn’t get it off. They got it off but had to yank on it bout 4 times. Terrible attendance. Today I arrived at 5:00 pm and at 6:00 pm when it came my turn the staff called someone else for the inspection. I waited 1 hour in a hot car, me and my child 4 years old with special needs and left the site without inspection. When I questioned the employer why she called another person before me she said she cant guess whose turn it is. This is not the first time this has happened to me in this place. I gave 1 star but they deserve 0 star.

I went their today to get an inspection stood at the counter for over 20 mins. The inspector lady saw me called on the guy that was seated i moves out the way not one time did she say ma am Ill be with u shortly. As the man leaves Im still at the counter she walks off Im like excuse u maam she kept walking .. This is not good service this is awful to think i always come their to wash my car and i have in the past got a inspection done and never had a problem. But for a worker to be so rude and disrespectful like that i wont come back to the coursey location.

I went to get my car inspection sticker today. There are supposed to be two lanes, but there were 4 cars ahead of me so I could not get over into the right side line. When the first two cars(one in the left and one in the right line) were taken back for the inspection I was asked to move to the right side lane. Which caused all the cars to be out of the order they arrived in...when an attendant came up to me I had to explain to them that the second car in the left lane was there before me...they acted like they didnt even care. I had to tell them to take care of that lady before me. At this point I had been waiting an hour to be served...I easily could have gone in front of her but thats not the kind of person I am...and I can only imagine how long the other lady had been waiting.Then when it was my turn to go, they should have taken the car behind me but they took the car in the first spot in the left lane.No one is paying attention to who arrived and when...and with an hour wait, you would think that they would atleast ask whos next if they arent going to have a better system.When I got inside I asked to speak to a manager. No one showed. I left, called the place and no one answered the phone.I have never had a problem here before...and I realize the last couple of days of the month are probably unusually busy...all the more reason to care about the customer...and Im disappointed I didnt see that today.

Good place if you have a medium size car . The brushes do not get small cars nor suvs very clean. The free vacuum is a good deal but there is just one skinny nozzle size so you are a little limited and/or It takes longer especially to clean floor mats.

This first time I came, it was an awesome service! so good that I told my fiancé he needed to come here as well. So we did that same week and unfortunately the same workers that attended me weren’t there and this time we had the worst service!!! They didn’t even do a complete job!

I’ve never had any issues until I dealt with a very rude Kristen or Kirsten. Not sure how to correctly spell her name but I’m assuming she does inspection stickers because of the orange shirt she had on. I’ve never had to ask for assistance, but today I tried to purchase glass cleaner out of the vending machine & of course it ended up getting stuck. So I run around to the front to try to get some assistance and Kirsten is already assisting a customer so I stand behind him. There’s no way she didn’t see me because the entire wall is glass. So she checks the gentleman out in front of me, looks at me, and closes the glass and walks away. I turn around to look at the other customers to see if they saw what had just happened and they looked just as shocked as me. Wow, just how rude. So finally another lady saw me standing there and walked over to assist me. All I wanted to know is who I needed to speak with to help with the vending machine, so simple. But instead I had the glass slammed in my face.

These guys are awesome. Oil changed, two air filters, engine quickly inspected and fluids topped off, and my tires were aired up... In 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and gave me a bottle of water and AC while I waited in my car. I also had a chip in my window fixed by the local glass guy (free with insurance).

Had just bought my brand new vehicle and took it in to have it washed. Their machine left lines and streaks in windows, they half washed my car, still had bugs on it and the interior still had spray spots from the cleaner they used! They called four people over to look at my windows, but never said specifically why there was a problem. Too much money for such a sloppy job. I wont be going back!!!

I came in here to get an inspection done and they failed my car for having a crack. The woman told me that the laws state that you cant have ANY crack AT ALL in your windshield. Mine was just a small crack that ran vertical on the far passenger side. I checked the laws myself and called three other inspection stations and was told you can in fact have a crack in your windshield and it just depends on where it is and how big it is. So, she lied to me.This was after she yelled at me in front of the other customers in the waiting room for leaving my car after parking. This was my first time bringing my vehicle here but my fiance had brought his car there for years and said that you just leave your stuff on your seat. I saw her yell at another customer too. Of course, theres no signage at all to tell you what to do.Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with any car repair or maintenance shop.
