This location is the smallest location. Very few vacuums. This location caters more to those who want the staff to clean their vehicles for them. Great spot for that.

Went for my first oil change in a new to me car. They explained everything they were doing. Showed me my air filter I had no clue about it other than you gotta change it but this one I can wash myself. Who knew!! They told me they had to offer me upgrades but I was under no pressure to buy. I get it I am supposed to offer upgrades and things where I work too. Then I got a free month of car washes. I appreciate it.

I finally found a Bennys thats open past 8 pm. The one on coursey near Jones creek. Ive been there twice after 8 pm on a weekday to vacuum my van. Neither time was crowded and all of the vacuums I used (4) worked well. The parking lot was clean/free of trash too. Its farther from my spot than Id like but thats just a mild inconvenience. This will definitely be my go to car cleaning place from now on.

Cant go wrong with Bennys. The best value is buying the unlimited washes for a very low price.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the work, I have used Benny’s before and loved them. I still have dirt and drippings from their products on my doors and around my doors, I paid 40 dollars for the best and did not receive it. My back seat still has crumbs on it. I had to stop and vacuum the rest on my own. I won’t be back.

My experience with Bennys is that you get a fairly low-cost detailing service, but you also get fairly poor quality of work to match. If youre looking for a good detailing service, I suggest you go elsewhere or do it yourself.My suggestion to the owner is to implement a checklist for staff to follow for each vehicle to minimize service oversights and improve service quality. If one is already used, then you need to hold employees accountable for quality of work.

Went to get the best auto car wash, which was fine, and the express interior detail. They vacuumed the front of my car and it looks nice, but when I got home I moved my seats forward and found that they didn’t vacuum the back seat area of my car at all. This is the second time I’ve brought a coupe to get an interior detail where they haven’t bothered to even attempt to move the seats to reach the back to vacuum. I very well could have just gotten the exterior wash and then detailed and vacuumed the inside myself, saving myself about 20 bucks. After my first experience being subpar and underwhelming, I figured I’d give the express detailing a second chance. But unfortunately, it was still not worth the money. The car wash itself is considered “the best” but I still had gunk on parts of my car, too. I posted a picture of the back of my car after the detailing.

Came thru for oil change, car wash, and interior cleaning. The oil change was mostly fine, as was the exterior wash. After waiting for the interior to be cleaned, the attendant signaled that they were done but when we entered the vehicle noticed the carpets were still dirty and there was still junk on the doors. We pointed this out to the attendant and he said they’d re-do it. So a few more people came in and wiped and vacuumed. After he told us for the second time the job was done, we left and assumed their equipment must be faulty. The floorboard liners were dripping wet, dirty water was flung on the backseat creating new stains, and they still couldn’t manage to get the console tidy. Badly done, Benny’s.

I have been getting my car oil change serviced and car wash membership for a long time now but for the last 3 months my car wash membership tag only works sometime at all locations. On July 14 today I visited Airline location at 8:30am and the employee has been the only person that has fixed the situation w my tag after 3 months of having this issue after driving up to car wash. Coop I think was his name. T.y for your great customer service.

As always the oil techs did their jobs and recommended more than I could afford… however I will continue to conduct business with this vendor because I can never think of any negative comments to share… good job guys…

Only oil change or Car wash. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dont do a coolant flush. My car just got out the shop due to this.

They used to give you a free car wash, vacuum and wipe down the interior with every oil change, but not anymore. I once considered Benny’s “my oil change place”. Now, they’ve gone way up on their prices, but down on their services. Totally not worth it. I’m looking for a new oil change place.

Im very disappointment on Benny oil change.... I went from paying $39.00 with the free car wash and free vacuum cleaning your car out to $79.00 oil change with just a car wash.. Thats it.... So yes im very unhappy with bennys..... and not to mention I have been going there for years for oil change.....almost $100 for a oil😞😞is ridiculous and bennys need to be a shame of theyself..... a very unhappy X customer

No smiles with crew members,tells you leave vehicle on with AC running for them while they work in other vehicles. Asked if they were paying for gas they said NO..... Brought these concerns to mgr who said the reason for ac was to disenfect covid germs and he would train the workers to advise customers and to have greeter smile even though they are busy and his lunch break was a few minutes late.....

They used to do a light detailing on the inside of my vehicle whe I got an oil change. Now it costs 25 upgrade to get the same detail. Ive been going there for years. Today may have been my last time.

Better than average car wash spots. Most of the time. Paid for interior cleaning, could see dirt inside before even could get to road. Little more effort would be nice

I think Bennys ought to have some kind of notification that when its cloudy they close their car wash I drove from Amite Louisiana to Denham Springs to get my car washed because I have the unlimited membership got there a little girl wouldnt let me go through in it it was not a drop in the sky I was very upset now that Ive driven an hour to get to Denim because theyre closed I got to drive into Baton Rouge now and fight the Baton Rouge traffic thank you Bennys I appreciate that

When I went to get an oil change, they said it was too much work to do it so they turned me down. I went to the Perkins location the next day and they did it without hesitation. DONT GO HERE

Interior vacuumed well but fender wells and hood were still dirty. Witnessed two other vehicle owners having to go behind and wipe their own vehicles down after they had been detailed by workers. Not terrible overall but wish more time had been spent wiping down exterior to prevent spots from sticking etc

Awesome 1st time visit. All the employees were kind and professional. I even signed up for the wash club.

I was getting my wifes 2012 Sienna washed and cleaned internally ($29 option). There was some damage from a roller towards the end while still in the car wash. I completed a claim as requested and one of the wash-techs tried to help by snapping the dangling panel back in place. After three trips to get the mud flap realigned it was also noticed one of the sensor-caps was missing. I was told a damage person would inspect the next Tuesday morning. That did not happen so I returned to find the manager was going to call the owner. After over an hour I left since he never called or connected with me. Later in the day, Chris Cox called me and said in no way would anything be covered by Bennys. He said the bumper had been removed at some point and not installed properly. I have not ever had any body part removed or worked on. I bought the Sienna as Toyota Certified Preowned, indicating no wreck or bodywork disclosure. He maintains Bennys will pay nothing. No physical inspections have been done yet. 01-20-21 an inspection will be done at my request. The attitude to this request on damage is near rude and inappropriate.

Stay Away from this irresponsible business! Horrible experience and frustration in overall. My Range rover SUV rear spoiler and back camera were totally destroyed and damaged by their tunnel car wash and dryer . Car wash staff and manager claimer will come out with all kind of excuses to not respond and pay for the damages. They will create all kind of silly and stupid excuses . Stay Away !

Meh, its okay for a quick wash, but the vacuums dont work properly half the time. I had to move twice last time I was there just to find a vacuum that worked since the first two didnt.

Brought my car to get cleaned. They did not vacuum the backseat or back area at all. There is still tons of dog hair all over my seats and floor boards. Granted I know it won’t get all of it but it’s as if they did not even go in my back seat.

It never fails I go thru the carwash time to vacuum and the suction doesnt work you look try to get help theyre running all over the place. I went to the terminal in the middle of the establishment where the booth is to vacuum sometimes they let you most times they dont. I will be cancelling my membership. How you clean the outside but cant clean the inside. Bro Im over it. Ill keep my $15 a month and do it at home myself

Pleasant employees, but even the best package means you will need to throw away any trash in your vehicle, scrub off bugs and rims yourself, the inside is not really wiped down, and the outside will not be dried leaving spots all over. I have experienced this before with my old car, but I had hoped with a new car that was already pretty clean it would have been a better experience. Not worth the prices charged, but they are understaffed, even before the virus, so it seems to be management taking advantage of their employees and customers.

Its a car wash. The sensor that picks up the mag tag, is sporadic and I can never reach the touchscreen when it is not registering the tag, I wish they would just put the code on a card that I can scan at the machine.

I never had an oil change where they show you your old oil, old transmission fluid & old power steering fluid vs the good fluids on a special tray.. so you can see the difference. Levi was very knowledgeable which helped me understand. Plus I get a free car wash too!! Thank you Levi for your help!

Great service! I went here to get some pet hair out of my vehicle. I have all black interior. They did a great job removing it. I have 3 big dogs and one has husky so the shedding can get crazy. It hadn’t been done in a few months and I was scared of the price to remove this. They had a very reasonable price for the request and they were all nice and informative about everything. They were upfront and honest about not knowing if every single piece of hair could be removed which there are a couple of hairs but it’s so minor you can’t even tell. My vehicle looks great and is almost 100% dog hair free for now. I would defiantly go back and trust them to take care of my vehicle again.

Not my favorite location, very busy and crowded. Also the location is in a small area next to a gas station and sometimes that makes it hard to come out & in.

Unlimited Carwash for $14.99 was what I like, yet it would be nice if associates would advise others to lower music while utilizing vacuums. 🥴😖

Usually good...not this time. When I washed my wifes car, and arrived home, she saw big streaks on the hood and the bugs on the hood were still there. Like I said, they usually do a good job but this time somebody wasnt paying attention. And now Ill need to do a thorough walk-around before leaving.

I paid for FULL service (over $30) & received 1/4 service! Inside windows looked worse than before and had dust on dash. Inside door panels were not wiped off. Noticed as I was on I-10 leaving Baton Rouge to get back home. Could not turn around. Did not call because I was not going back to Baton Rouge for a week so I know NOTHING would be done. I noticed my car was not dried off & dripping water from exterior mirrors when I turned on to Essen, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Its been awhile since I used Bennys for this exact same reason. Thought I would try again. WRONG!The only really good thing was spraying the New Car scent. I had to clean my windows etc. myself when I got home!Personnel were very nice, but a wash for over $30 should be clean!

Had the 10$ wash. Great wash, but afterwards theres a roller that I assume is meant to get the rest of the water off of your car that did nothing but smudge away any evidence of the wash. Great vacuums though.

Great automated car wash. I like the option of a monthly membership and ability to upgrade to full service. Gas, oil change, inspection and wash all at one location is very convenient.

My car can take synthetic or conventional. I was not asked upon arriving which one I would like to do. I was not told the cost until after the fact. They did the synthetic one of course, more expensive. I also got an invoice at the end saying that fluids where checked. Only to check at my next stop to see that they were not. My windshield wash fluid indicates ADDED, it was not. I have had better experiences coming here before but I will not be coming back. They take advantage of people and prices are a bit inflated. Staff is not professional, more like used car salesmen.

Bennys car wash has always been very helpful and friendly I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great wash job on there car.

This particular location is one of the smallest of the Bennys locations in the Baton Rouge area. With such a busy highway out front, youd think that remodeling would be in the plan.....at least to the vacuum area. It is entirely too small. The inside of the actual car wash is cool. You can stand inside the building and watch the cars go through the wash and theres a shoe shine station.

Worst cleaning job ever. or whatever interior conditioner they used they sprayed it on didnt even wipe it in I have so many water marks and oil marks all over my car, they did not clean out the console they did not vacuumed thoroughly, and my floor mats horrible. The car is only 6 months old so it should have came clean just fine I paid for the most expensive one $55, and a half to clean my own car after they didnt wipe out the cup holders

Im never going to this car wash again. I filed a claim for my antenna cover being knocked off my truck and I have never had it replaced and my radio doesnt get any stations. Constantly calling the location and cant get in touch with any manager to help. Corporate office dont return phone calls or emails.

I went through Benny’s Car Wash and when I came out I had a few dings and searches on my vehicle. I talk to a manager and he said it wasn’t from their car wash but I know those scratches and dings weren’t there before I went in my vehicle is only a year and a half old. I showed him a few scratches on another vehicle that came out of their car wash because I knew he was going to say no one else’s vehicle had the same dings and scratches. Then he proceeded to tell me not to touch anyone else’s vehicle after I show him the same results on another vehicle. I called the police to file a report with them but they said there was nothing that they can do. Just know that if you go through their car wash there is nothing you can do if you see dings or scratches from their car wash on your vehicle.

Bennys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Easy and quick entry. My only complaint is some of the valcums didnt have very good suction.

I I just finished cancelling a monthly subscription I didnt realize I signed up for. Are you that desperate to sign people for a monthly wash that you make it the first prompt? And for my convenience you will auto deduct monthly from my account? You have more than enough advertising about this service to not stoop to this level!

Bennys has excellent customer service. Their answering service will let you know which locations offer oil change and state inspection. Wait times are very short in my experience.
