They broke my back windshield wiper and does nothing about it. As a business they need to handle things better.

Great place to gave your vehicle cleaned, and detailed. Great atmosphere, staff is friendly and courteous. The overall staff is awesome. 👍

They were nice but my inside wasnt wiped down good at all just a lot of armor oil on my seats and air freshener. My rims wasnt wiped down good I tried giving them a chance but it couldve been cleaned better for 43.00.

I was put on hold due to the person seeing a customer come in. Well I was a potential customer and due to being put on hold for 5 minutes, I did not give my business to them. I had a very simple quick question.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE TINT ON YOUR WINDOWSSomething was used on my windows yesterday that started to strip the tint on my windows. A man by the name of Gene Humphries came to my car and states i have been in the business for 33 years and tint just does this. Being from S Louisiana all of my life ever car that I have had has had tint and this has never happened. I calmly tried to address my concern of the tint flaking off AND the fact that someone had scratched the tint in the process and was told by Mr. Humphries, that must have been there already because we dont use anything that could scratch you tint. I feel sorry for these employees if this is his management style, dent any liability for the damage and imply the customer is lying.I have posted the same window, 4 days before, then after the detal

The gentlemen at Hammond Aire Car Wash went above & beyond to help me combat a terrible odor in my car. It was due to an ice chest of raw shrimp that toppled. They were very courteous, professional, & I’ll drive out of my way to give them my business! Thanks so much, Gentlemen!!

After visiting this and getting home, discovered that the right side of my new black Denali was all scratched up from their brushes. How do i know it was from this wash? Easy, saw scratches on the windshield as the sun set that were not there prior to. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH, THEY CLEARLY DONT INSPECT THEIR EQUIPMENT!

We decide to give this place a try since Bennys car wash across the street was too busy for us to wait and Im certainly glad that I did give these people my business. They did a much better job cleaning and detailing my vehicle then Bennys car wash has ever done for me. The gentleman who clean the cars there are very professional and thorough when it comes to detailing vehicles. Skip the long lines across the street and come to more professional and more affordable cleaning services.

The have the fastest and most friendly service in Baton Rouge. It is conveniently located in the Hammond air shopping center. This makes it so easy to leave the car behind while they do detail work like carpet shampoo.

Very bad service, management and staff extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no quality of work, my car has stunk since I brought it. They use dirty water and leave interior drenched with dirty molded water. Extremely horrible experience and not worth a cent.

No need to revisit this place. They actually made the windshield dirtier, by wiping it with a filthy rag. They sort of Applied Amor All to the dashboard — they left streaks on it—it looks horrible. They removed the floor mats (did a decent job of cleaning them), but didn’t vacuum underneath them and couldn’t be bothered to reinstall them correctly—driver’s side was left unsnapped, and rear mats were reversed.

I always get my car washed here as it is close to my office. They do a wonderful job, and they hire former prisoners, who might not otherwise find employment .I love that..

I had the ABSOLUTE most horrifying discovery when my friend and I went to get his truck washed! I asked one of the young men there where I pull to for the wash, an old white man came running out yelling, I dont know what you are up to! I said, trying to get into line for a truckwash sir, Is this the right place? THEN He said get out of here, I dont want your kind in here, go somewhere else!
