Just left. The pedicure was awesome. Although I had to tell them several times that the water was way too hot. I was supposed to be soaking but couldnt because I felt like my skin was going to burn off. Aside from that, my gel nails are awesome. Even color and not a spot out of place. I would recommend this place!

Their work is decent, however, their poor customer service and wait time will discourage you from coming here.I could go on and on but the bottom line: THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE WORKERS!!!! It doesn’t make sense to have four nail stations and two people working it. Doesn’t make sense to have four pedicure chairs and one person doing pedicures!!! You could be servicing EIGHT people at once but you only service three at a time due to being understaffed. Then, the staff who is servicing is not friendly. Their daughter is, however, she doesn’t do most of the work. I won’t be giving them any more chances!! Def not worth it!

Family-owned, with pleasant, friendly, and efficient staff. Even the small wait time was pleasurable. Topped off with an EXCELLENT gel pedicure!!!

This place has to be the most unprofessional and unsanitary nail shop in Baton Rouge.

Nice and clean! Come early, they get busy quick. Love the pedicures, they do a wonderful job. And my daughter love the Full set, acrylic nails. They last until her next visit.

I will never patronize this salon ever again. I had been going there for awhile, but I had began to notice that I was not getting premier service. My last visit was awful. There was no one in the shop when I arrived except the Owner Mr. Chang, and his sister the one who normally administers the pedicures. His sister began my pedicure. She rushed through my entire experience. She ran the water and soaked my feet for maybe a minute if that long before she began during my pedicure. After she polished my toes, she rushed me over to the drying station where she told me to start the machine and the timer for myself, I felt this was unprofessional and I did not pay to go to a salon and service myself. If that was the case I could have done my pedicure at home. Anyway me not know how to start the machine and the exact amount of time to set on the timer. My toes did not dry properly and my large toe polished peeled off. So I went back the next day to only have that toe fixed which should have only take a few second to re-do. When I arrived there was a lady sitting in the chair on the opposite side of me. I was not sure if she was getting service or just waiting on someone, so I am waiting, waiting, and waiting no one in the shop acknowledges me or let me know how long it is going to take. When you have already paid for a service and been in the line the proper business etiquette is to service that individuals with the same courtesy you would like to be treated with. I felt very unappreciated as a customer and that they did not really want to service me. I got up and put the polished back in doing so a bottle of red polish fell to the floor and broke and splashed all over my shoes, white pants, and my ruined the already botched pedicure I received on yesterday. I left the shop in a rage and immediately return. When I return no one offered to assist me they just kept on doing the manicures/pedicures they were in the middle of doing. Mr. Chang wife handed me some cotton balls and polished remover again with the self -service that I did not pay for. She instructed me to clean up the mess my self. I was appalled by this type of service. I tried to the best of my ability to savage my shoes, it was a lost cause for my white pants they are considered trash or work around the house pants. In trying to clean my garments I basically removed all the polish from my toes on one foot and all the gel manicure on one of my hands. All Mr. Chang would said if you had a been patient and waited your turn this would have not happen to you. My response to that was if your sister had done her job properly and set the drying station and timer for the correct minutes my pedicure would have dried correctly and I would have not had to come back again. I tried to explain to him how as much as I have patronize your salon and paid you a substantial amount of money over time. This is not how you treat loyal customers anyhoo some Uncle Tom/ Jim Crow individual chimed in trying to take up for Master who was doing a fine job of not wanting to provide me with any accommodating services such as another pedicure to fix my feet that I paid for on the day before. The individual that had nothing to do with the conversation was ignorant, and just plain messy, but I digress I have never felt so unwanted and disregarded by a shop owner and his staff. The mother tried to provide some type of assistance, but I was so upset at this time. I just wanted a refund and to leave the establishment, but they did not want to refund my money. So, I they did was re polish my one set of toes and mind you the red polish was all on the bottom /top of my feet. The mother told me to wash my feet and it would easy come off unbelievable. I will not continue to give my hard earn money to someone who does not want my business. So good ridden Elite Nail Salon. Poor, Poor, Service, and Business! Shame on you.

HORRIBLE! Rushed through my manicure and pedicure. 1 minute massage. They had some LOUD Vietnamese show on in the background which was very distracting. AND they charged me their .25 fee to use my credit card, which should NEVER be passed along to the client. That is THEIR cast of doing business.

This will no longer be my go to nail place. Their usually really great and I always leave a satisfied customer, however, this time I was not a happy camper. Im not going to go into extreme details, but as they were doing my nails i was displeased with how they were coming out. I brought it up to the manger and they insisted I was wrong and it would look better when they painted my nails. Plus they cut my hands which didnt heal for like 2 weeks (the cuts were that deep!) Also, my nails have been breaking randomly ever since. So long story short I was a regular customer, but not anymore.

Very poor service. I came in for a full set. The owner complained the entire time about his business. He then clipped the meat under my nail. When I told him this, he brushed it off and then proceed to dip the injured finger in acetone, which burned like hell. He filed my nails so hard that they were all red. They looked terrible and I left in pain.

I never say bad things about any place but when I asked the guy to fix one of my nails because he mess up he said It is to Late and NO ONE WILL LOOK AT BOTH HANDS AT THE SAME TIME. If I am spending my hard earned money it is never to late.
