The service was excellent staff was extremely nice. When nobody else could do a four wheel alignment on my older Corvette they were able to do it and my car drives perfectly straight and Im very pleased with the outcome. I would most definitely recommend them for any type of alignment or suspension work.

In Baton Rouge doing inspections for FEMA when I encountered front end issues on my 05 Lexus. Ive always been skeptical of mechanics and the way they operate (especially dealerships). Being from out-of-town and needing my vehicle to complete work I always feel like a mechanic has me by the short hairs whenever I need repairs. I did a Google search and decided to give Jims a try. I called Jims on Thursday and couldnt get an appointment until Monday which was disappointing but cest la vie.Arriving for my appointment 5 minutes late they had the diagnosis complete within 30 minutes. I needed a new CV axle and tire and they recommended replacing all of the tires. Long story short...I drove out of the lot 4 hours later in a car that drove like new again. I *might* have saved a couple of bucks looking for sale tires somewhere else but otherwise felt that I received completely HONEST work at an HONEST price.I highly recommend Jims if you have the luxury of waiting a couple of days for an appointment.

They were honest and took really good care of me.

Jim over charged me I paid 332.00 for a front end alignment . He added a charge for knocking out the camber pins 120.00 and I changed the camber pins left the adjustment tab on backwards thought thats what he was doing nope those are still on backwards. Also the camber pins are part of the front alignment. I watched several peoples pick their vehicle up because he was saying extra stuff was wrong and wasnt. Wish I would have just gotten another place to do it. The quote over the phone was 159.00 for alignment

I am from out of town and showed up here without an appointment. They were super busy and were not able to see me right away. The woman at the front desk was exceptional however at greeting me warmly as soon as I opened the door, explaining the situation confidently and clearly with respect to them being shorthanded and booked for the next several days. She was the only one I interacted with and even though I had to go elsewhere to have the work done, because of how well she treated me I would absolutely return in the future if I needed their services.

I know Jims does great work. So great that I try to plan my schedule to make it out to them when the time comes for an alignment. This last time I went to have my alignment done I had a breathalyzer installed and the mechanic was too impatient to take 5 minutes to walk through instructions to disable it and allow for the work to be completed. I was quite frustrated when he came back in and said he was going to have to pass on my vehicle because he wasnt in the mood to deal with disabling the equipment. Completely unprofessional and a big let down.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7 AM to have an alignment. It was discovered that my tie rod ends were bad and needed to be replaced. They were still able to get me out of the door by 9:15. Excellent service

Went there for an alignment and the guy only checked one side instead of both sides so I had to go back almost a week later because of issues. Stayed there for almost another hour only to get off from work and on my way home went out of alignment even worse. Paid 109.00 for absolutely nothing.. they dont even have computers for alignments they just do some stuff and go for a ride come back and do some more stuff until they get ot sorta right. Just a big guessing game if you ask me. Will not be going there ever again.

I generally dont post reviews but for this one I will. Been going to jims for quite some time to try to get front end straight! I changed a lot of parts over time and have gotten the car aligned there; last time when I got the car back steering wheel not center and tires still wearing out; got tired of that so I went to mcdonalds tire on sharp and florida. They got the car aligned perfect and straight as an arrow down the road. So go see Ben at McDonalds tire on florida and sharp for outstanding and honest service. P.s. Im not not a paid spokes person just know good service when I see it!

After Walker tire and lube messed up my alignment, I brought my truck to Jims and they got it right the first time!
