When I called at 12:45 for details, they told me they were very busy and could not see me until 3pm. They called me back in two minutes and said they could see me at 1pm. I arrived 5 minutes after 1. As I was parking my car they called to see if I was still coming. As I walked into the shop I was literally stunned. There was not one customer in the entire shop. The lady who was there said everyone called and canceled due to the rain. But mind you when I called I was told they were very busy. The woman worked on my nails and her brother did my feet. The brother said to me after being there for 10 minutes or so, the new law was that everyone had to wear a mask in business establishments on Friday. I have never heard of such a thing, Monday thru Thursday you dont need a mask but on Fridays you do. So I complied and put on a mask. Two white women came in behind me and not once were they asked, told, or was it suggested to them to put on a mask. The whole time I was there I had to wear a mask while the other two women did not. On top of that I was VERY DISSATISFIED with the service I received... I WILL NEVER GO BACK AS LONG AS I LIVE... I ended up going to another nail salon literally 7days later...

I did a walk in with my sister in law, mother in law and three year old daughter. They sat all of us right away and we’re all so kind and incredibly patient with my three year old while painting her nails and toenails. She messed up some nails the first time so they repainted them for her. They were so kind and friendly and we will definitely be going back again soon! Highly recommend

The thing about this salon was that there were a lot of steps skipped ie buffing of the nails. There was not a lot of time spent on my pedicure. It was rushed. There was a nick in my nail that needed to be RE-done and when I mentioned it, someone put a dab of top coat on there and I guess that was supposed to fix it but it did not. Only went here on this date because I did not have time to go to my regular place in Jackson, TN. And I was in town visiting my sister. Would only recommend if you want quick subpar service. This would be the place for you. Oh also, they do bot do designs.

I absolutely love crystals nails! Dong is my nail tech and he takes care of me every time! I have been coming here for almost a year now and I won’t even consider going anywhere else❤️

I absolutely love supporting the hard working Asian community. Unfortunately this place is a scam, they profile their costumers seeking prey they can overcharge for mere basic services. Please beware of businesses like these I came in the salon and asked for a gel full set and a basic pedicure. I was overcharged more than $20 which did not seem right upon walking out of the salon I saw the the price list and noticed the price I had been charged was not the same as they advertised. I have been going to K-Nails on Germantown parkway over a year but decided to give crystal a try because they are closer to my home. I’m very saddened that this place thought to take advantage of me a first time customer who tips well and would have loved to come back. I will continue to give k- nails my business they are sometimes busy but there is a reason for that they give top of the line service and they even serve wine to give you that extra relaxation you seek during pampering. During these times self care & self love is very important in the form of pampering spare yourself the headache and take your hard working money else where.

Very professional and fast

I went in on a day that wasn’t really busy. There were a few people in there, but not that many. The lady that did them rushed them. I wanted my natural nails painted in a sparkly gold color. She was in such a hurry that a lot of my natural nail could be seen because she didn’t even paint over it. Also, I had nail polish on my skin around my nails because of the terrible job she did. I paid $8 plus a tip for a rushed paint job. If they can’t take the time to paint my nails right, then I’m not going to come back.

I have been here before by myself and with my sisters, neice, & mom and have had great service by Christy & Mai but not today (August 1, 2019). I received services from two ladies (Ann & ?) who decided to do both my nails & feet at the same time. The work was NOT worth the price. I was rushed when there was no one else in the shop. Mai was in the back on the phone while I was here. The lady whose name I dont know then had the nerve to say that a tip wasnt left by me. No maam!! I tip for great service not what I received today!!

The ladies in here are nice but very talkative. Sometimes you want to go to the shop to just RELAX like the old days. My manicure sucked. My cuticles were a mess a day later and polish was extremely sloppy. The lady that did them was rushing since it was her “off day” and they were busy so she just wanted to help out apparently. They are overpriced for the sloppy work and rushed service. She didn’t take my polish down to the cuticles so it looked like it was already a week old and never listened to any of the concerns I had. This is all after being told to come back in one hour.

If I was able to give NO Stars I would!! Rude & Condescending ! Unfortunately went to get a fill in, my regular shop was Closed. I had glitter on my nails and they had to file it off. They filed the polish off along with most of the acrylic that was on there, I was home 2 hours & one broke. I returned today to have it fixed and the girl took did them Saturday comes in & proceeds to talk gibberish while giving me dirty looks & put on a new tip, with a huge amount of acrylic, didnt really shape, or buff it, put clean polish on it and sent me on my way. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Girls are great but the owner and his wife seems to be argue about something every time I am there! They are unorganized as who to take next etc. The managers wife is always rushing to get done. That is the last thing I want is for someone to rush me. She messed up Ryan’s eyebrows so bad that he looked like some dude from an alien movie 😂 I moved on from Crystal Nails!

I usually try to go once a month or twice if Im treated well. This is a horrible place. The owner does manicures good but her staff runs over her completely. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I came in for a pedicure and manicure. I wanted the owner to do my manicure they said she was busy but she didnt have anyone so, I said okay well Ill come back another time. They started speaking their language and didnt want to lose out on money so they said okay, come sit in this chair. Im thinking like why if she busy? I sit down, and another lady started doing my nails so I said no I want the owner buy she kept doing them like she didnt hear me. If my rewards card didnt have the last stamp indicating that the service was free I wouldve ONLY paid for my pedicure. You cant just do what you want to me when Im spending my money. They always have an attitude especially that Ann and the young girl. The young girl wanted to do my pedicure I said thanks but thats okay I want her. She said well itll be awhile I said thats fine. Thanks.. They kept looking and hated for me to sit there so tge owner told the young girl (not the owners daughter) come and do my feet she said, Nope she didnt want me to do it the first time and walked to the back behind the curtain and sat. I said ppl with an attitude like that I dont EVER want them to do anything for me. Worst Customer service ever!!!! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!! Theyre not courteous unless you given them a lot of service. Ive been going over 5years but that was the last straw. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I had went to this nail shop on 03/08/2019 after work with my two year old daughter it was okay experience but the man didn’t charge me for painting my daughter nails but once I got done getting my nail repaired and polish my daughter messed up my three nails while trying to leave the nail shop and I walked back in asked the man could he repair my nails he try to slap some nail liquid and I told him to please fix my nails like the other nails he catch a attitude with me I guess because it was almost closing time which is totally unprofessional !!! And then today 03/09/2019 I tried to get my pinky nail fixed it was 6:40pm the lady would not let me in saying they are close but they was still working on other people in the shop the nail shop don’t close till 7pm this shop is rushed and unprofessional I will never be back!

I just came in town from Nashville thinking it would be better it was the worst thing I ever done! They did not listen to anything I asked for! My nails look a Mess! Keep your money don’t go here!
