I am so thankful I was able to book a last minute Saturday massage with David. Prior to arrival I was feeling anxious and my chronic head/neck/shoulder tension was a 10/10. I am feeling both grateful and relaxed. I have full mobility and no pain. David’s pressure is consistent, his use of hot stone, warm towels and this amazing warm heavy wrap on my back were timed perfectly. I love all the extra benefits like hot towels, hot stones, and hot back wrap for no added charge. They are taking Covid safety precautions as well. It was an amazing experience!!!

I received one of the best facials of my entire life here! Betty was so professional and knowledgeable on all of the products she used. While she was waiting for the mask to finish working, she massaged my shoulders and my feet--I never had a foot massage during a facial but it felt so relaxing. The added touch of aroma therapy was also divine.If youre in need for some R and R, dont double think coming here for one second! All of the staff were friendly and helpful.I would rate this place 10 stars if Google would let me!

I have never felt like just a customer there and every time I go the massage therapist really listens to my needs and addresses them - with absolute professionalism and skill! Also, the time you book is the time you get...no rushing or appointments cut short...it is well worth it!!

Ive had a few facials before, and only one stuck out in my mind as amazing. That all changed when Ashby did my facial. About halfway through, my skin felt like it was coming to like as if it were a bud unfurling in a sunny wildflower field. Seriously. She has a comforting way about her, and my skin felt like smooth velvet when she was done. Im sad that I had to leave! The staff was also spectacular as well. Days afterward, I honestly noticed that my skin felt and looked better than it ever had before. If only there was such a thing as a life facial. Goals.

Maria is the best!!! She uses a slow, deep, spot focused technique which is far more effective than any massage method Ive experienced. If youve got neck/back pain, shes your girl. I did not have a service at Ojas, I went to interview, but the atmosphere is amazing and the women at the front desk were hospitable. If those two things are an indication of how the service might be, then I would go for it. The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is simply because I did not have a service, and one of those stars, if not most, should represent the service performed.

So I used to get facials all the time from Ojas, never once had problems. UNTIL one day i went in for a facial, the cosmetologist ended up using a scrub of aomw sort on my face and was too rough, despite my attempts to tell her that she was being too rough she continued to do so. I proceeded to complain to management on my way out but it went unanswered. Next day i had a bruise on my face like it was rubbed with sandpaper, so i went back there and they didn’t seem concerned, offered to give me a free facial instead. I was not about to trust them again with my face. My bruise took 2 weeks to heal, since then I’ve been going to the Four Seasons spa. I will never fo back to Ojas, if they handled my incident better I probably would.

I have been going to Ojas for about 2 years now. I LOVE the friendly service from the receptionist every time I visit. I get a Brazilian wax from Ashby and only Ashby she is amazing. If shes not there I wont go, thats how good she is. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed considering shes pulls hairs from their root from your vajayjay.

I really wanted to like this spa, because it is right around the corner. Im giving one star for the customer service of my technician- she tried really hard, and one star for how pretty the spa was. I am on crutches, and both receptionists remained seated while I struggled both with the front door, and the door to the waiting area both entering and exiting. The tech did hold the door for me when she collected me, and when she took me back to the lobby. I was never given a tour. My service was a Brazilian bikini wax. Ive been getting waxed every 4 weeks for 15 years, and wanted somewhere closer to home. I was assured by the receptionist that the person working on me was very experienced. I was in there for over an hour, and I could tell by how she was awkwardly positioning my body and herself, that she was either incredibly rusty or totally inexperienced. She went over the same areas over and over which is a no no with waxing. The waxing was uncomfortable, and she blamed the pain on my blood thinners (which I have been on for months and gotten waxed while taking with no problems). The pain I was in was from her not pulling the wax off correctly and my skin stretching and being stuck to the wax. I ended up telling her how to apply it in a couple areas!!! I did appreciate her tweezing the areas she was unable to wax, but she also told me some of the hair was simply too short. Funny, I went home and waxed it right off myself. It was two tiny areas that she was unable to wax successfully because of her poor technique. (Btw, Im a cosmetologist). I dont think I should have paid 75 dollars plus a tip for ingrown hairs, inflammation, and to have to go home and re-wax. My bikini area looks like razor bumps/ razor burn. Very frustrating. I wasnt going to write a review at all, however I have never experienced anything like this before with my skin. Unacceptable.
