Been here twice and both times they were super nice and professional. They also made sure the shop was always clean and nice. The styles they did were perfect! They both were super patient with me because I didn’t even know what I wanted. They really did amazing and both times I actually left feeling confident for the first time in a long while.

I must say I have been pleasantly pleased. I received a sew-in weave. I was treated very well. The service is as first class as well as the atmosphere. This is my first weave the experience was great. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing. Shonte was exceptionally kind and professional. I am very disappointed with you not trying to keep me as a client. Never once have you tried to call and apologize or tried to compensate me or something for not showing up for my 5 am appointment you never showed up for. It happened twice. You didn’t give two cents about my feelings that day. I told you when I make those appointments I have something planned for that day. That’s not the way you should treat your clients. I can’t lie as I was concerned about COVID-19 precautions and much to my pleasure, precautions were in place from signing in, a temperature check and limited customers in the salon. The ambiance of the salad was peaceful with gospel music playing in the background.In addition to my Wave Nouveau, I got a rinse and a trim. During the rinse, I had some concerns about the curls and Shonte went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my final look. Right now, my hair looks even better than what I was looking for. It’s fabulous! My hair looks naturally curly and I’ve received so many compliments. I found this salon on the internet as I am essential personnel and was badly in need to get my hair done. I called and a lot of places but, Shonte is exceptionally professional. These are stressful times and she made me feel and look good! She also followed up with me to see if I still liked my hair and if I was doing well. I got crochet braids. It was God that brought me back to Shonte because she was my stylist 10+ years ago. I had been doing research for months on bleaching my hair blonde before making an appointment to go for it. Shonte educated me on the affects of bleaching my hair and took a different approach to get me the color I wanted without damaging my hair. I went in with black hair and came out blonde. 2 weeks later there has been no shedding and no breakage. My hair is strong and It came out great. I will visit again.

This stylist has her skills on lock. I came to Ms. Shonte with coarse and brittle hair. She took one look and knew immediately what to do. She recorded my stats, suggested the right course of action and within a year my hair was growing healthy and thick again. She suggested wearing my hair natural. Which for me was a bit frightening; however, after her cut and style I did not notice the difference and was extremely impressed.
