Highly unprofessional, classless and distasteful are the words to describe this particular agency. I was more than appalled when conducting business with several agents. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere where I’m respected and extremely satisfied with my decision to leave.

On the Allstate app, it says that my agent is Yaakov Schmell. On the emails I get, it says its from Yaakov Schmell. So when I called my agent, I expected it to be...Yaakov Schmell. When I asked whoever answered the phone about my agent, she somewhat snapped at me and said, Thats the owner. like I am supposed to know that somehow. You may want to make that clearer to people and not snap at them when they ask about their agent. It gave me a bad vibe.

Discourteous service and an unprofessional receptionist. When my significant other called to speak about my coverage she was more than happy to tell her all about it until my significant other began to press her about inconsistent and intentionally ambiguous responses. She then said she couldnt discuss it any longer. Though my S.O. was already informed and even the payer of the policy. With everything going on in this world today courteousness and just civil discourse should be a norm. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Besides, nobody ever calls me back no matter how many calls/ emails I send. I may be Just A Number to this establishment but Im a person. A well thought and courteous one. I expect the same from any company I conduct business with. I appreciate the agent I spoke with on Tuesday of this week when I purchased my vehicle though. But he was an agent from calling the main line directly. He was very professional and helpful.That is all.

Yaakov Schmell allstate agency is a great group. They have hard working dedicate staff that will work with you on any type of situation you may have where Insurance is concerned. Mandy and Carlton Hamilton are two very good agents at handling your insurance needs.

The insurance for 2 cars is almost the same price as my Mortgage. It was not like that when Is started. I will be changing companies as I found cheaper rates. Their customer service is awful... too many departments to call for assistance and they all have different information. It takes a whole week of calling everyday to stay on top of a claim. Just exhausting!

Due to pandemic I was behind on payments. Called into office when I received my renewal statement. I called the agency and eventually spoke with an office member who provided wildly inaccurate information. A few weeks later when it became evident to me that the notices I was receiving from Allstate didnt match what I had been told, I spoke with a different staff member who based on non-specific and sketchy notes of my previous phone call intimated that my understanding of what I had been told was wrong or a lie. No consideration was given that the person who provided the information had been wrong. This confusion resulted in a scramble to come up with funds to prevent my policy from cancelling? Extremely unhappy with this agency.

I highly recommend Yaakov for all your insurance needs. He is courteous, professional at all time and there prices are very competitive. Yaakov always touch base with me in order to review all my policies and make sure that I get the best prices out there. Great agency!

Been trying to get in contact with yaakov for weeks now but he hasnt responded. Ive sent multiple emails to the email address listed for him on his insurance website. Yaakov obviously plays favorites as it seems he only responds to people when he feels like it. Have also now filed a complaint with allstates CEO office and they are investigating yaakov as a result of this.
