My experience with Stephanie Jamesons office has been lovely! Courtney in particular was very professional and attentive, being sure to contact me often so that I had clear expectations and timelines for when my new auto policy was starting. Ive recently switched policies from state to state, and even though I came into the transfer quite intimidated, Courtney walked me through everything very patiently so that I became comfortable with all the moving parts of the process. Starting life off in a new state, its such a comfort to know that I have Stephanie Jamesons responsive and friendly team at my back for when I need car help!

When I contacted State Farm on 3/2/21 to purchase insurance, everything was fine. I paid my first payment that was almost $400.00, however, I was insured. I called back on 3/9/21 to cancel with State Farm because I had found a cheaper quote that was offering more coverage. She was very short with me, however, I thought it was because it was close to the time to go home (I know how that can be). It is now 4/15/21 and I have yet to receive my refund. I called every Week and was lied to about the date the check was mailed. Then she blamed it on the postal service, in which I could understand if I wasnt receiving multiple letters from State Farm. I asked to speak to someone higher and I was assured I would be called back. Well, no call back. I called again today from my cell, no answer. Hung right up and called from my job and got an answer. I was told I would receive a call back, but I refused, I will hold for however long it takes since I seem to never get called back. When she returned, I was told a new check was reissued 4/7/21. That is Unacceptable. I have been kind and courteous and yet, still get lied to and services prolonged. I do not like writing negative reviews, but no one would get me over to a Supervisor or Lead so I was left with no choice. I hope no one have to ever go through this.

Melissa made my inter-state insurance transfer the easiest part of my day. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for insurance.

I spoke with Steven and he was incredibly helpful. Not only did he secure my boyfriends insurance for over $50 LESS a month, he was able to make the process very seamless. Melissa has been wonderful to work with! I just moved from Texas to Maryland and wasnt sure how to navigate getting my own insurance policy, but Melissa made it quick and easy! She walked me through the process and made sure that I had as many discounts as possible (e.g. Good Student discount, Drive Safe + Save, etc.). She gave me all of my options and I ended up getting an auto + renters insurance bundle since it was only $2 more per month to add renters insurance (and there are quite a few break-ins where I live in Baltimore!). Fantastic customer service and very professional options. Called in to get an auto insurance quote and spoke with Richard Ortiz, who really helped answer all the question I had about my car insurance. I have been shopping around because my insurance is so high given that I am a male in my 20s and have one accident on record. We adjusted the coverages so that it made more sense for my budget but also gave me a great policy. Unfortunately I am relocating permanently to another state soon, however I will definitely be getting new coverage with the local State Farm office based on this positive interaction!
