They are very helpful and answer any questions that you have very quickly not with me.
You can cancel your insurance over a year ago. Provide them with proof that you have found new insurance coverage. And then they will send you to collections because they are too incompetent to cancel an insurance policy. Won’t answer their phones. Won’t put any effort into being half way decent human beings. And you can tell by looking at his headshots online he definitely abuses children.

My personal experience with Allstate I would have to say they are by far the best insurance company on a personal and business level out of other insurance companies that I had delt with in the past that wouldnt even return my calls about my claim and charging me very high monthly rates that I could not afford, but Im glad to say Im with the right company now.Thanks Allstate and thank you John Fisher my Allstate Agent!

The service I received was great. I was looking for new insurance and all the quotes I received was just as high as the one I had at the time. I called John Fisher and he work all he could to lower the price for car insurance. I will tell all my friends and anyone I come across looking for new insurance to call him to beat any price they have.

I’ve been with John Fisher and Co for 20 some years, always receive prompt, helpful assistance with my insurance needs and inquiries.
Been with him since my other agent left back in 2012. Have only spoken with John once in that time. Every time I have called and left a message he never returns the call or is never in. Have spoken to Pam who is also in the office and isn’t any better. Called and asked her to cancel both of my policies with him since I can never get in touch with him and had questions about my renewals. She said she canceled them for me. It has been 10 days and just spoke with a customer service representative since I called at 9:15 this morning and I got a message playing the office wasn’t open and they open at 9:00. She told me that they were not canceled and that she could take care of it for me. Called back and spoke with Pam and she said it was still in the process of being canceled since we last spoke. I informed her that I spoke with the other lady and she took care of it for me and that I already received emails from her saying that it was put through. This is the worst customer service every!!! So glad I am done with them. At least the other guy I had would call u back in an hour or answer the phone!! Wish I could put no stars!!
