I have been with Allstate for many, many years. I have only had a few instances where I had to file a claim and have only had great experience with them diring the process.
This is the worst office and very unprofessional!!!! The woman who works here doesnt know anything about the insurance. She made me come back to finish my paper work because she had to pick up a kid from the bus stop. Smh Run away to another location!!!! If I could give 1/4 of a star I would.
They should have more respect with clients, I canceled my policy and how do I know the name of everyone in the office? That is? It is difficult right? I told one of them to cancel it and the lady who spoke Spanish was not the same I canceled it with the English staff then I called again to confirm the cancellation because it was not canceled a week later I explained what had happened to the staff who spoke Spanish and the offended lady came out saying to me with an annoyed voice and so you know Im not the other one, my name is Leticia no madam, I used to say the other person because I dont have time to memorize the names of all the people in the world, if I understand right? In another time I tried to be nice and not so rough and lack of understanding at that point ... apart from that, very bad service because they do not give discounts on the policy or because the driving record was already clean ... no thanks I do not wish have again the experience of taking this agency again as a provider of auto or home insurance ...
