I have been with Pinning Insurance before I could even drive. Margaret Niamath was my mothers agent when I was a child, she has been my agent since Ive had my licence and now she is my childrens agent. My daughter had multiple accidents, so we got stuck with MAIF and Pinning was the agent to whom we were assigned. So I didnt pick this company. Let me tell you that my experience has never been less than stellar. Kindness, knowledge, and lightning fast results for everything Ive ever needed (FR-19 from the MVA, proof of insurance from the loan company, etc.). Jamal and Tom have been the two with whom I spoke, and they are both excellent at what they do. VERY HAPPY. A+

My customer service experience with Mr. Jamal was very splendid . I called in rage after receiving a bill in the mall that I didn’t quit understand and he was able to break the ice calm my demeanor all while explaining to me all the necessary things I needed to know about my insurance policy. After discriminating me and lying to me saying that my papers were not in order, that I need to get my bill of sale notarized and that my papers cannot be legally processed like if I was stealing the car that I had just bought. I want to take time to let you know that I was able to get my tags and title done the next day. I’m just sorry that I’m writing this up because of the lady seated at the desk closest to door. She was really helpful. Other than that, 0 star ⭐️ if possible. DONT GO THERE, YOU WILL GET DISCRIMINATED.

Before anything, I would like to clarify that I’m not an angry customer. I went to this spot and I got the Worst experience with any administration. I wanted to get my tags and title service there on a car that I had just bought but they spent 2 hours alone on the paperwork. After 3hours, they came up to me and said that I need to get my bill of sale notarized. I pretty much lost 3hours of my day sitting at this place, just to be told that. Only 1 staff member is actually good with customer service and that’s the lady sitting at the first office closest to the door. The other 2 are useless. DONT GO THERE UNLESS IF YOU HAVE FREE TIME TO THROW AWAY

Call To add a vehicle took months to see how much my monthly payments will be my opinion keep drivingBut no matter if It was mail or not why would anyone from your team take any payments for 4 months after I was Canceled I was looking for a Apology not an Excusewasn’t cancelled for being late 👎🏽That’s defamation of character You can be sued for that I watch judge Mathis

The wind storm of March 2018 totaled my car. Tree fell on it. Had to call Pinning at 7:30 AM Saturday thinking Id get an answering machine. What did I get? The owner Tom he was in the middle of working on his generator because the power was out. Picked up the phone at 7:30 AM on a Saturday.....7:30 AM hes having problems Im having problems but he still answered his phone who does that? Pinning insurance does. He calmed me down told me what to do and because of that one phone call that he answered I knew I would be all right. You cant get any better than that.

Since my birth 38 years ago the expansion of the bloated customer service bureaucracy has brought dread to many of us simple folks who are looking for guidance with insurance coverage or our internet plan. Needless to say this has lead to a generally dour cultural opinion of phone oriented customer service. So when Jamahl took my call today, I was already on guard as I expected to be pushed into unnecessary plans or options that wouldn’t benefit my very tight budget. To my pleasant surprise, Jamahl opened me up to a hopeful view of the future of customer service thanks to his relaxed approach and incredibly patient demeanor. This was the best assistance on the phone that I’ve ever had. I didnt know Jamahl before this call nor am I an insider looking to pump up Pinning’s rating on Google. I’m a real person who has encountered endless pain from countless distant service agents that loathed their job and it showed. On top of the first rate service, he worked to save me a legitimate amount of money per month on my bill. Thank you Jamahl! Your glass half-full approach is contagious!
