Very unprofessional and extremely unresponsive. I recently ask Miss Valvi to cancel a term life insurance policy that I have with State farm. The policy was initially affordable ( $24.00 per month), however when it renewed the cost jumped to $243.00 per month. I called Miss Valvi numerous times to cancel the policy, but she refused to help me. Instead, she asked to meet with me to discuss better insurance options and I reluctantly agreed. The meeting was set for 12/19 at 11:00 am. Unfortunately, Miss Valvi was a no call / no show. When I called her office to ask why she didnt keep our meeting, she replied by saying that she was simply too busy, that she is only human and to give her another chance. Unfortunately, a second chance is not deserved in this case. I have since purchased insurance with Northwestern.

Anna is absolutely awesome. She is absolutely the best at what she does. I absolutely love her and her staff. She’ll be my insurance agent until she is no longer in the business. She is so kind hearted and listens to your needs and does her best to help you. She is AWESOME.
