Bolton House Apartments is a very nice place to live and the price is very good with all utilities included. Its close to downtown and Charles Street communities, 3 minute walk to the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall as well as residential parking. From some of the bad reviews Ive seen, theres always some room for improvement, but Ive been here with my two boys, one who has a disability and this place is the best place for him to live in comparison to other apartments that dont know the residents or tenants personally.

The worst. Roaches everywhere, nothing works. You have to wait years for simple things like closet door to be replaced. The only good thing about this building is the heavy doors and locks which are needed other wise the folks that’s been living here for 10 plus year will be in your taking what they want... (they know how to break in) also the public transportation and location are great but the building. Run!

Really nice place to live. I love the access to all public transportation, and the view is amazing! There is a lot of room for improvement, but nice all the same.

I think Bolton House 🏠 is one of the best apartment building in the area for the price and availability of public transportation like subway station block away and light rail system a block away also,downtown view is beautiful and you have a nice view of the fire works at the inner harbor as well I been here over 15 years now and its a lovely place to make your home in Baltimore you are in one of the safest areas in downtown Baltimore we look out for each other here 👍

THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE INSIDE THE FLOOR PLAN IS ABSOULETLY LOVLY BUT IT COULD USE A VERY GOOD CLEANING INSIDE THE BUILDING AND A LITTLE FACE LIFT INSIDE OTHER THAN THAT ITS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE AND HAS LOTS OF STORES TO CHOOSE FROM BUS LINE IS CONVENIENT

This place has a awful awful plumbing problem that it has been fighting with forever.. Also, the building controls when your heat and A/C works..These are big deal breakers!

This is the worst apartment complex in Baltimore! Not because of the facility, but because of management. I went to visit my grandmother who lives here. So I parked in the lot and went on up. When I came back my car was towed! Apparently, they were supposed to give me a pass, but no one was there to give it to me. They did not refund the towing cost. Apparently, having someone pay $280 and miss the whole morning of work does not mean anything to them. Stay away from this place, there is no room for compromise.
