Heres a wild take in a review: I wasnt able to use the policy Lisa developed for me and Im still here to tell you what an amazing insurance agent she is. At the 11th hour it became apparent that the policy was unworkable, but rather than just refunding my money and wishing me well Lisa worked tirelessly all day to find a new plan with me. I feel protected and Im grateful I didnt have to figure out all of this on my own. Bet once my circumstances change and Im able to shop for a new policy, Ill be beating a path back to her door.

Lisa and Joe are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Any time I have a question or need help with something, they respond immediately. The quality of service they provide is amazing.

Mr. Johnson, first year of Economics 101, and the only thing I can remember is Opportunity Cost. Long story short, to get one thing, you often have to give up another in its place. So, in keeping with that train of thought, I might have been paying $10 or some such figure per month for the last six years to have the opportunity to have Lisa and Joe as my agents. But, what did I give up if I gave up anything? Automated prompts, offshore support, being shuffled from one person to the next? The reality is that I could probably save that $10 (maybe), but I literally can call the office and 8 out of 10 times they pick up my phone call. And when they say they will call you back that day, make book of it. What in the equation of lifes little things does that mean to me? Everything! I wouldnt go anywhere else, and I just moved out of Saint Louis and was thinking that I might not be able to have them as my agents, but because I stayed in Missouri I am very pleased to say that I am still allowed to be a part of their family. Ten star scale and these two are pushing a good 12. Geico, and all the other cut-rate insurance companies will save you a buck, but if you value your time and the idea that these two know you by name... Sign up!

Joe and Lisa Clemente (Clemente Allstate Agency) have always been above & beyond in how they conduct business. We have have always felt respected and taken care of with all our family needs. They are extremely transparent & forthcoming too. I am so glad we switched over (which was a huge decision) from another large life insurance carrier/agency. It was one of our best decisions that year! They are genuine and so knowledgeable - out for your best interest/comfort always (truly!).

After moving to the St.Louis area from Texas, I was nervous about having a new agent because I had had the same one for more than 10 years. Jo and Lisa make a great team. The transition was made very easy and Jo explained and broke down each aspect of what I was paying for and gave me a heads up about different taxes in the state so I wouldn’t be blindsided at the end of the year. Lisa is great with communication and keeping you in the loop. They work well together making sure you’re taken care of.
