This is a great office to work through for your insurance needs! The staff are always very ready to communicate well and are sure to follow through via email, text, and phone calls. Very exceptional people here. We have moved to a different state now and miss our State Farm experience from the Steve Martinez office. Highly recommend this team.

I just have to say how impressed I am with this office. I switched from another State Farm office and in just the past months, I have had more helpful communication than over the decades of working with another agent. I truly appreciate the care that Steves office provides. He takes the time to pick up the phone to call and share new information. I dont normally have the time to put into investigating the intricacies of insurance coverage so its nice to finally have someone to trust.

Always been a fan of state farm, this location is fantastic, always courteous, friendly, and willing to listen to any problems or questions without interruption. I only have renters ins through them now, but i plan on adding more soon!

Steve is a very nice guy and everyone in the office is very considerable and courteous, I have not been with them long but was was referred by family and have had nothing but good to say about them, they even sent me a birthday card which was much appreciated

I feel like an oddball to say that Steve has been an awesome agent. But everytime I have had to deal with an insurance issue it has been very simple, straightfoward and I absolutely feel like he is taking care of me and looking out for my best interest as an individual.
