I have been a client and ultimately a friend of Tim and his staff for over 10 years. It is hard not to become a friend of his, due to how much he and Jennifer care about their clients. At times, it feels like Tim wears his heart on his sleeve, literally. Tim has so much compassion for his job and loves helping others. Each Christmas, he is always doing toy drives or helping animals, which he loves to do. Once you are a client, you are a friend of his. I have submitted a couple of claims during the years and Tim has never failed me. Always super helpful whether it is related to a chip in my windshield or a rental car due to an accident. Tim goes above and beyond what is expected of an insurance provider. I am honored to have Tim as my insurance provider but also as a friend.

I LOVE the Ballwin office!!! The hospitality and customer service that’s provided every time I go there is Excellent!!! The agents are very helpful and attentive to my concerns and I NEVER leave with any unanswered questions. The office is clean, and the staff is very welcoming. I love the office manager, she has one of the best personalities and customer rapport that one could as for.
