Worst nail salon you could ever imagine. Do not go here:. The service is terribly rude, they are very lazy, and they overcharge. I was charged 80$ for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure that came out looking like a 2 year old had done it. They charged me 15$ to take off my tips which I never get charged for anywhere else. I could’ve taken them off myself! They way they took them off was so horrible too. They hurt my skin by soaking my fingers in acetone when they could’ve just used cotton balls and tin foil like other places do. They also cut me a bunch of times and filed my skin. My nails immediately started chipping the next day even though it’s gel and they were all uneven. They don’t even do clear coat or any of the things they are supposed to do. And the owner is the one who did this terrible job for me. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. Not to mention the UV light machines weren’t even working properly. I’m so disgusted.

Manager very nice. Follows Covid protocols. Very clean. Pedicure and massage nothing to speak of unfortunately.

I go here pretty much every other week. Locally small owned business. They are so nice, professional, and clean! Love this place so much! After you go there a couple times they know you by name and know what you normally get.

I have been to this place for more than 5 times and they did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. They take their time with the customers for maximum satisfaction. They are very experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in all their services. I strongly recommend this spot and this will not be my last time to visit this place. Excellent services!

Michelle, she was very unprofessional. She requested that someone else take my daughter outside because she was making sounds. I spend money in this salon all the time. The fact that my daughter was sitting on my lap, not like she was running around or something. Midway through my pedicure she now decides tal about regulations... The pedicure was horrible, it was the fastest pedicure I ever received.You want money, change your ways 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Clean store and they use great nail products. Got gel manicure and pedicure done and was very satisfied. The staff was great and attentive. parking is easy which is a plus. would definitely recommend

Excellent nail place for manicure and pedicure. They take there time and really do exceptional work. Normally not busy in the early morning. Ive been coming for 2 1/2y I wont even try another place. They do full sets but its rare so the place smells like flowers. Ive tried many places before finding this one. You will be happy also have about an hour to just relax and let them work

Actually likes going there because it’s pretty and clean. But they tried to swindle me! $90 for gel!!!?.. And how dare you not tell me before. I would not pay for it and I will never return.

Absolutely horrific. The nails I grew for a year, I finally decide to cut down and THIS is what you leave me with? I pray your business FAILS for your obvious lack of customer service and POOR quality of work. First I thought not using any tools was a bit strange, but to straight up not fix what I SPECIFICALLY came in for is pure negligence and to ROB me of my hard earned money to put in your pockets. Pathetic. Overall it was abysmal. I’ll bet my $30 that none of them actually have a license. I asked for a GEL FILL and cut down. She colored in the spots I needed to be filled and left me with two broken nails. For $30??? If I could give no stars I would. This place isn’t worth a penny!Disgraceful. I hope you run your place right to the ground.

Dont come here in the evening. Ive come here before and had a decent experience - but my latest experience made me make up my mind that I will never go there again. I showed up a little after 5 on a Friday evening for a fill in and pedicure - they were busy so I asked multiple times if they would be able to take me - the woman in the front looked at my nails and said it would be a 15 min wait. I told her its a coffin shape nail - she re- iterated it would be a 15 minute wait. 15-20 mins later who seemed to be the boss - John started doing my nails. He seemed to be annoyed and in a rush - and like other reviewers have stated - I had to point out that some of my nails were crooked. When I pointed it out he tried telling me it wasnt that bad and made it seem like I was knit picking. Then as he is applying the nail polish he asks if I lived close because I should come in the next day to do my pedicure because they were closing. It was just approaching 7 pm. I told him if they couldnt take me they should have said so. The next day I was going out to celebrate my birthday and did not have time for another nail appointment. He then proceeded to make it seem like it was my fault because it took a long time to file my nails. I showed them and told them the style of nail I had. If it was too much for them they should have said so. Its now the next day and Ive had to forego my hair appointment to find a nail salon that isnt packed the day before Easter. Ive been completely inconvenienced. They will never get me or my mothers money again. The only reason they received 2 stars from me is because the Spanish girls that have done my pedicure in the past have done a good job.

I’ve come here and the past and have been happy, my grandma and i went today (this is her favorite place and she was paying so who was i to disagree?) I had this woman, linda who did my nails and toes she was amazing so sweet kept asking if the water was too hot or if the massage was too hard, she couldn’t have been better!! My nails and toes look and feel amazing so she alone deserves 5+ stars however....Michelle is the only one there to do my eyebrows and i neededddd them done like badly!! She did my grandma’s and hers came out great (she wasn’t in a rush) but an hour later it was my turn and she was in the middle of doing another customers gel mani. I said over and over how i’d wait until she was done so there was no rushing my eyebrows (super picky because i get nervous when people do my brows and i’ve had uneven choppy just gross brows in the past) She told me no and rushed me to the back, i asked her to shape them THATS ALL, 4 quick rips said ok look at them, at the time they looked great because she wiped them so they looked arched but thin.Got home and was looking at them different story.... one is shorter than the other they both jut out and if i make any type of face besides a relaxed one my eyebrows look like arrowheads.So not happy and won’t be back :(

The atmosphere is relaxing, and the workers do a good job and most of all the place is kept clean

Let me star off by saying horrible customer service !!! I walked in no one greeted or acknowledged me or asked what i needed I sat down waited about 40 mins until someone asked what I needed . I mentioned I needed a fill in and she told me I have to make an appointment! It’s too late she says !!

The WORST nail salon Ive ever been to...the guy who did my nails was the owner and he did a terrible job on my uv gel french tips. I specifically showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails to be shaped and he completely disregarded and when I tried to correct him he argued with me that his way looked better! Also, the nails on my right hand came out looking extremely different from the nails on the left and when I pointed this out to him he gave me an attitude about it and didnt try hard at all to fix them. He didnt ask me once if I was okay with the shape he was just rushing to finish. I got them done Friday and its now Monday and my nails are already coming off....He didnt evenly coat each nail with the gel so dirt and makeup are getting inbetween the layers of gel and making them look disgusting...Ive never been so turned off by a nail salon and I will NEVER go back here! While the owner was doing my nails he mentioned having several other locations which all closed and gave the excuse that he was too busy to handle all of them so he just stuck to the one location in Baldwin. I NOW KNOW THAT THEY ALL CLOSED BECAUSE ALL SALONS OWNED BY THIS MAN ARE DOOMED TO FAIL. I dont know how anyone could be satisfied going to this place and I wish that I had saved myself the $70 and gone literally anywhere else. I dont understand how this place is still open! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on pampering yourself here because they do not care about your satisfaction whatsoever - all they see you as is $$ and do the BARE minimum..

Horrible customer service. Came for pedi sat in cold water for 10 min not a word when I got up and walked out. Been coming here for 2 years and they could care less that they just lost a customer.

The WORST nail place I have EVER been to!! I cant believe I wasted $50 at this place, The place where I used to do my nails at cost $25 and is WAY better. I got acrylic tips, and The very NEXT day, one nail came off and the day after that 2 more came off. On their own just by me doing something simple such as folding clothes. I could not believe it. The one who did my nails was the owner so you would think it would be really good. He was rushing, didnt shape them evenly, he cut my ring finger and didnt even apologize or ask if i was okay or anything, it started bleeding and he still kept going. Then if i tried to ask anything or correct him he just cut me off or got offended. And the spanish girls were nice, but all they cared about was $. When I paid and put the tip number, one of them said in spanish Thats it, little did they know that I know spanish. I really do not recommend this place. This is the worst nail place I have ever been to. Please do not go here, it will be a waste of your money.

Charge me 75 for gel which I wasn’t told till after he did my nails when had asked him he said 40 and 20 for a pedicure Theydid a bad job and one my nail broke three days later

Nothing I went in today to get one nail fix. The man said to wait 15-20 min. The one women that sit on the first chair as you walk in came to me on told me they are busy they cant fix my nails they go by appt and they have too many customerstoptopeopltoowaiting .
