The nail salon looks run down, the towels had holes in it .The lady who did my nails cut my cuticles with the electric nail file leaving my fingers in pain. Their prices are high. I got tips and regular nail polish and the cost was 63 dollars. The lady who did my nails had me back and forth between two tables. They didnt really speak English that well which made it hard to talk to them. However, everyone was nice, my nails look stunning besides my cuticles and the hot towels were relaxing.

Ive been a customer at this salon for 9 years. It was a great salon that offered great service. Unfortunately, it has changed tremendously. Tony has problems with his eyes which requires him to have surgery so he cant see that well and he does a horrible job (crooked nails, uneven, not smooth, cutting people with drill, etc.) Since he has lost good staff members, including his 2 sisters and brother in laws, Steven, John and Annie (who all have shops in Baldwin), he has become very rude. I am treated well but I see how other customers are treated and I dont like it! They rush people and if you show them an error, you are told to leave and yelled at. His wife is a racist, very nice to white customers only!!! Tony and his wife are very rude to customers and actually told someone when they asked a question regarding gel polish to leave and go somewhere cheap for you. The other workers cant understand you and do horrible work. You have to respect all of your customers and provide great customer service. I will never go back!!!

This nail salon used to be ok 3 years ago, but they went down hill, I was just there on Wednesday as I was walking in a woman is asking Tony how did her nails come out to 50 dollars. Tony’s yelling full set, full set. And swiped he credit card. They get finished with my nails Tony tells me 45 dollars, I said for a fill in and eye brows.. the sign says 18 for a fill in 7 for eye brows.thats 25 Tony said no you didn’t get that fill in. Really Tony so I paid the 45 and had to tell his employees get your tip from Tony... Tony is doing so bad he’s ripping off his little bit of customers he has. I won’t be going there ever again.

I have been going here for years. Tony does my nails himself and does an excellent job. He always asks me how Im doing and talks about his family. Great guy and great service!!

Absolute worse nail establishment on the east coast! I would let my 7 year old daughter do my nails before going to these people. They are not up to date on s and s dipping process, and when I asked if they offer it I was asked to leave! If you value customer appreciation, quality manicure/pedicures, I would without a doubt go anywhere else!

The place was bright and cheery. The nail technician was very nice and very quick and professional. I loved my nails!

The absolute worst place to go to get your nails done. The staff rush you and do not put any effort into your nails whatsoever. The lady that did my nails did the sloppiest gel polish application I had ever seen. I felt as if my five year old sister could have done a better job painting my nails. On top of that she kept trying to up sell me a pedicure.. LOL. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment.

They raised their prices. No more free cut down. Went with my friend recently and was surprised. She got a pedicure and wanted a fill in and I wanted a full set. She was taken right away for a pedicure but I had to wait ..cool.. after her pedicure we waited about 40 mins ( she was drying her feet & we were talking) and said you know we want tips too.. they said yeah yeah right now. After another 30 mins we finally get seated for the lady to clip my real nails and say hold on and go back to the other lady and do her uv gel. If your not done dont call the next person. So now as I wait I over hear the owner guy tell my friend she needs to take off her nails and get a new set only 32 more dollars. She said no just a fill in and now hes trying to talk her into it and is clipping off her pinky nail and damaging her nail bed more by tryin to pry off acrylic that we decided to leave and went somewhere else where we got service in a timely fashion and simply did her fill in

I have been a client for the past 11 years and although the salon is not as aesthetically pleasing as it used to be, the service is excellent. Tony and his team are welcoming and meet my expectation time and time again.

Tonny the owner is the best but everyone else is rude and do a midiocre job.

Horrible! Nails are uneven! Eyebrow lady rushed doing my eye brows and messed them up! Entire salon needs to be remodeled! I will never return! I tried coming here a few times and giving them the benefit of doubt but ended up wasting my money

The worst place every. The stuff is rude, they rush everything and put no effort or dedication in their work.

I went here before and they gave me athletes food because they don’t clean the pedicure station after each use .
