This store is always professional and goes the extra mile. I used to go to the location on Coffee Road and would have to wait nearly 30 minutes just to talk to someone. This location has always greeted and helped me within seconds of entering. Great experience.

Went in for the new Galaxy 21s Utra. The women there didnt know what she was doing and wasnt very helpful. After purchasing my phone I find out later that she added a bunch of extra fees for my phone that I didnt agree to. I dont recommend going to this AT&T store.

Online appointment booking gave me 6pm booking and google store hours shows open till 7pm. However store doors says only open till 5pm on Sundays. What a waste of time.... Please update your online accounts.

We went in expecting to quickly buy one phone, we were instantly made to feel right at home by an associate named, Heather Cash, and ended up not only getting the phone that we intended to, but another phone as well. She made sure that we knew everything about the phones and the financial options we had during the purchase and made the whole process not only quick and easy, but also extremely pleasant. Previous sale associates had been dishonest about the application of discounts that our family was eligible for, Heather not only made sure that we were aware of the discount, but she also went out of her way to make sure it was applied that day. Great service and we will be sure to use Taft AT&T for all of our wireless needs and will be asking for Heather Cash every time.

I first would like to say, the service that the girls working in this store is exceptional. They go out of their way to help and fix issues that any AT&T core store would turn away as soon as they knew there was no money to be made from that customer. That being said, I would like to Christy Jarvinens review of the store. I am (was) the store manager at the time she was speaking about. No I didnt get fired as she stated she wished that I would. I moved on to a better job.. But what she is failing to post is that her daughters husband came in first could not afford to even pay taxes on a phone. We went over his options and the Next plan was his best option. (not called rent to own as she stated) the phone he had picked would have actually brought their bill down by $15 a month. Then he brought his wife back in.. Who instantly was rude and yelling .. I was trying to explain to her how it worked and how they were better off.. She at that point told me to SHUT THE F*** UP... (In front of her newborn baby) Yes, I sure did tell her at that point to get out of the store. She was an embarrassment to herself and her husband. Also what she failed to mention is that the husband came back into the store about 20 minutes later and apologized on his wifes behalf. If I remember correctly you had stated the only people who go on the next plan are people with no money and are trash... Despite the fact your daughter and son in law didnt even have the $23 to pay the taxes on the phone he wanted to purchase. I have given customers my own personal old phones because they were in need of a phone and couldnt afford one at the time.. Mam, now that I dont work there and can say this... You are the one that is trash and ignorant.. How dare you go into a retail business and behave the way you did on the first occasion you came in and then taught your daughter to be the same way.. You were both rude and disrespectful people. I was there doing my job nothing more nothing less...

I cant even rate the Taft AT&T store due to the unprofessional service from the female manager that wears glasses.She was told what was needed and that was the standard two year upgrade and buying the new phone out right. But no she began to push the pay monthly for the phone and would not let up. What happen to the customer is always right and give the customer what they want if possible. Which it was and is. She just kept on and when we said we did not want a rent to own phone she became ugly. My daughter stood her ground and when the female manager got it through her head that it was not going to go her way she kicked my daughter with her new born child out of the store. This woman needs to be fired! Some one needs to learn how to be professional. I my self will never use this Taft AT&T store ever again and will spread the word!!!!!
