The guy I dealt with was great. But also he was supposed to sign me up for an unlimited plan when I bought my phone and he did not. I thought he had so I’ve been using my phone like crazy because I use it for my business... now have been dealing with Verizon customer service for 4 hours! (which is a joke) and an almost $400 bill that I now have to pay because of someone’s mistake!!!If you go here be sure to double check EVERYTHING!Thanks bro! You should really be paying this!!!

I had a GREAT experience with Raul!!I came in an hour before closing with an emergency. I left my phone on my bumper and needless to say it was gone. I need my phone for important stuff and could not go without it... He was very comforting and encouraging me that he was going to fix my dilemma...and he did... Went in to transfer back to Verizon and Sabrina helped out. She was fast and knowledgeable with activating my phone and account. This spot is a little hidden and I didnt even realize there was a Verizon so close. But regardless of appearance they got the job done without any hassle. Will be back for sure.

They took the time to help me at this store and went beyond themselves, to apply the liquid screen protector of some kind I bought.Few people do things of kindness anymore, or just to help a person not that familiar with cell phones, I really have to recommend well the 2 men that were in the store day I went one was the store manager and the other one was the helper.
I was asked what did I need assistance with. I explained what I needed and it was taken care of quickly and everything worked as expected

The employee refused to help me with a issue with my phone. It needed a software upgrade or something. A tech I spoke to on the phone said he could do it over phone or bring it into a store.

I had called and spoke to Zack about repairing a google pixel 2 xl and he quoted me at $200 for the repair. When I came to the store and location I spoke to Rob. Now Rob was quoting me at 300 for the same exact repair I had talked to Zack about, even after I mentioned Zack had quoted me $200 for it. So it seems to me that they have a lack of communication and profesionalism because Rob had a poor attitude towards me when I asked him if they would Honor Zacks quote. I would not recommend this store to anyone I know....

If I knew it was going to be such a hassle switching from AT&T to Verizon I would have never of switched. The only reason i switched from at&t is because they told me i would save $100. A month, NOT!! IM PAYING MORE ! I was told they pay up to $650. Per phone to get out of a contract. They never payed it and its been a month. So now i have a high at&t bill +late charges. I call the store to fix this problem, they always say ill call u back, never do. So we go down there they take a copy of my at&t bill, still nothing happens. NOT HAPPY!!!

Crooked company. upgraded last month and they said i qualified for a free jetpack and hum device. I just needed to pay tax. I was surprised when it they both showed up on my bill. i went back to the store and the manager rob said i signed the contract so i was sol. his girlfriend is the store manager at the rosedale store and his son is the store manager at the calloway store. if that isnt shady i dont know what is. crooked company all around. stay away from this place.
My Bf cracked his phone screen and the touch screen wouldnt work so we took it in to get it fixed. They took longer than usual because they shipped the wrong parts to fix the phone. So we had to wait a whole week. Then when we got the phone back the sim card was missing and we had to go back to the store and ask for it back. The screen works but thw resolution is worse than before. With all the money you pay them to fix your phone you honestly should hust buy a new phone....Lesson learned.

I had a competitive cell phone service for many years I always have problems with my phone service and professional customer service I supposedly lost all my data off the motherboard including all my pictures contacts and personal information I was hopeless and I was told I could and would never retrieve my information again working with Christian was a was a pleasure he performs the best customer service he solved all my phone problems and transferred all my personal information to a new Verizon service and was able to explain to me how to use a new Verizon phone Christian is a great asset to Verizon and the best customer service telephone service thank you very much
