Dont say the whole truth. I paid more than two hundred dollars and I never got te services. Be very careful when you ask for their service read carefully all your papers. Very sad whit them

Be prepared to wait in line for over an hour or two. I dont know what theyre doing they have people standing out side in line had to wait an hour and 30 minutes to be seen. Corona is practically over but they wont come to my house to install and even to pay the bill I have to come in unless I want to spend $5 over the phone why why do you make it such an inconvenient for people?
They need to work on there customer care and they need to memorize the rules and regulations.
Another good customer service experience from the moment I walk through the door. My reason for going there was not fulfilled but it had nothing to do with Spectrum but they did everything that they could do to try to make it work out but unfortunately I have to get the problem resolved through another company so no fault or blame lies on Spectrum.
Lesley at Spectrum was spectacular with her services! I came to Spectrum to start a new mobile plan and she made the whole process so simple and easy. She immediately knew what she was doing and informed me of everything she was doing with my cellular device and the whole transfer to a new plan. I was in and out in 15 minutes with my new mobile plan with Spectrum and I will definitely be coming back for future services and maybe a new phone.
Worst cell phone service. Metro and Cricket had better service than this trash. I dont understand how they say they use Verizon towers, trash! I got allegedly unlimited but once I get to 20GB it becomes the slowest service on earth! I get to 20GB half way in the month and then I have to wait until the next cycle for another 20GB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the cell phone service.

Spectrum provides slow and overpriced service. It is sad that this company has a monopoly in my service area. Lack of competition means no motivation to maintain and provide quality service. I end up paying for “high speed” internet service that frequently is out of service, and when it is in service is not high speed. The people working here are nice, but corporate management are a bunch of crooks...

Over priced, I wish I still had bright house too.. spectrum came and has been raising my bill ever since they took over.. also they nickle and dime you, like having to pay for your the router and modem separately, something that bright house provided for at no extra cost

This is the worst company Ive ever had to do business with! I would strongly suggest that you never try to move e-mail addresses from one account/location to another. Ive been trying for 5+ weeks now and Im now thinking theyre incapable (grossly incompetent) of getting such a simple task processed. If you have an email account with them, change to a Gmail or MSN or Yahoo email account asap. If Spectrum didnt have a complete monopoly on internet service in Bakersfield CA Id fire them in a heartbeat!Spectrum is pathetic!! The worst customer service of all time.

I have fortunately been spared most of the Covid BS. Spectrum was my first introduction to the new style of service.It wasnt entirely painless, however they handled themselves professionally, and where apologetic without needing to be.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and handling themselves as best they can. It was a very frustrating experience speaking with a spectrum agent about my connection speed. I have signed up for 400 MB service and I continue to get 20 to 30 MB during the first month of my service at my new address. I contacted spectrum to sort out the issue and when I asked them for adjustment on the billing to address the shortcomings of their service the agent only offered to provide a small fraction of the bill as credit when I was getting only 5% of the speed that I had paid for. I understand that they are a business and they have to make money. But the way the agent kept on sidestepping my question and concern about the lack of service and my displeasure was the antithesis of good service. I will look for another service as soon as one becomes available in my area besides spectrum.
$79.99 for basic internet that goes out at least once a day. Raising your rates constantly and the service just gets worse. Once you have actual competition, you’ll lose every customer you have.

This place has a monooly on business in bakersfield. Was not busy at this office foe change. Thier automated phone system is really bad.
Went there to get replacement cable box went back to there house and it didnt program call tec support and they said it was wrong box and had to go back again to get the right one then back hook it up and called tech support then it started working, they were happy.

Ive been there twice and both times involved good customer service. Though right now there is a bit of a wait outside due to limited occupancy.
Question: What does it take to buy internet service?Answer: With Spectrum, it takes 2 hours, 5 phone calls, a dozen service agents in 3 different departments, 3 unwanted sales pitches, two dropped calls during transfers, one unreturned callback promise, and zero alternatives because no other internet provider services my neighborhood. I truly hope that their network service is better than their customer service.
I really was pleased in the beginning BUT after that first year it all goes nuts . my bill gets a little higher every month and if thats not enough my internet was down for almost the entire month of March & instead of giving a little bit of credited time they tried to charge me for repairs they made to their own equipment. So if you want to spend ALOT of money & frustration on the internet. Look for someone else to supply you with these services.
Went in the morn of a weekday so it was pretty empty as you expect. Just went to return some equipment so it wouldnt even take long. The employees did a good job with being kind and respectful. Helped with what I needed and I was on my way

Dont waste your time and money I pay for 150 mbps and only get 10 -20 just get at&t who cares about a contract they actually do what they say I got fiber (1gig) and I get 1 gig simple as that spectrum takes advantage of people who knows nothing about speeds and at&t doesnt so in conclusion just 👏get 👏AT&T

I Have tried for two days to get in touch with Spectrum Mobile to have my Cellphone from Spectrum Phone, Number changed but when I call I just get Verizon no one else!!! Im getting calls from other countries at all hours of the night and I desperately need a new number but its impossible to talk to a human at Spectrum by phone l Left AT &T to go to Spectrum and now wondering if I made a bad choice! At Least at AT &T they answer the Phone and speak to you! Weve were with AT & T since they were Pacific Bell! It Looks like Spectrum could care less about its customers! During the Summer we stayed outside in 108 degree temps while they were inside talking to each other! Their behavior is like nothing Ive seen towards customers! I need mobile support now but cant get it from Spectrum! Very Sad!!!

Very bad customer service right now. I tried to get info to upgrade my services. i called in was on hold for 15 minutes, then the lady could not help so transferred me, was on hold ANOTHER 90 minutes, just to be told that he could not help me either. I also tried the online chat, was on there for over an hour and they could not help, told me that i had to call in to the sales dept. In my experience the sales department is usually the quickest at service because they want the sale. So if sales is this slow, i would hate to see Customer Service

Overpriced and terrible service. They never adjust your bill when the internet is down like right now and when I called they said there was no outage in my area. Five minutes later they say there is an outage. Terrible customer service unless you think communicating with a computer is a good business practice. No wonder their rating is a whopping 2.8. I’m not sure how it got that high. And there is no other choice for internet.
The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, their phone operators failed to inform me they arent accepting drop off of equipment, so it was a wasted trip.
I still feel Spectrum caters to middle and higher income customers. They need to have a package available for lower income families. If I could rate specially one person, I would rate Vincent 5 stars. He is knowledgeable, and courteous. I did not appreciate other employees interrupting us to help their customers. I waited in line for that service and to be helped. Be respectful of co-workers helping people. It is Rude to interrupt.
Weekly anymore they cut off my internet for hours and call it scheduled maintenance. Obviously if it’s scheduled they should be able to send me an email or something to alert me ahead of time, right? Of course not. They can fill my voicemail, email, and mailbox with their ads promising to save me money by adding on products which would then cost more than I pay for their internet monthly rn, but it’s impossible for a company that sells internet and cell service to send a courtesy text to their customers. Well I’m done. AT&T thanks you for my business.
Very upset that I drove clear across town to return equipment because the phone rep decided it wasnt pertinent to inform me that equipment returns are now handled thru the UPS store and not the Spectrum offices.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I guess they are upgrading the way they take care of customers who come in, the way cell phone brands do whenever you go to say a Verizon or at&t store. Quite better. Plus they added more chairs for a good amount of people to sit and wait. The staff understand what they are talking about in terms of their plans. A big plus when they arent pushy about trying to get you to upgrade into junk you dont need.
Absolutely terrible service. We recently moved houses and after the technician finished setting up the modem and router into our new house he let us know that we can return the old equipment back to one of their stores.My parents went in to return the old equipment to this location and were told that our service was going to be discontinued. My parents spoke to a manager by the name of Lucy which was no help at all and didnt seem like she knew what to do. after getting home I called the number on Spectrums website to try and resolve the issue, after 2 hours of being passed around to different departments due to none of the spectrum employees knowing how to solve my issue I was finally passed over to one of their technicians. Turns out it was a mistake done from one of the employees at the store that caused us to lose our service. What was supposed to be a quick and easy trip to this store to return some old equipment ended up becoming a huge hassle for our family. The spectrum technicians were amazing, but the employees of this store clearly do not have proper training.

They are quick and informed customers while in line what can they do and help for today as they dont have routers today and sent customers home.The internetsinternet where I was located was not the best. It needs to make its service improve so the connection is strong and can stream shows from netflix. 👍👍👍

Spectrum is the cable company that I use and I am thoroughly satisfied with them. I have the gold package which brings all the channels including the NFL Network. It also brings the MLM Channel for baseball lovers. I also pay extra to get 400mbps of Internet. I have a lot of electronics, so the high speed Internet is great. Standard cable brings 100 mbps of Internet which is not bad. I highly recommend Spectrum to anyone.

Spectrum is by far the worse cable and internet company on the planet! Not only do they lie to you, take advantage of you but have also been caught many times adding false charges. I speak from personal experience. They charge you a month in advance and add late fees that have interest which builds every month. Keeping you behind and have NO COMPASSION. I would never recommend them to ANYONE!!!

Ever since spectrum took over my bill kept on going up and up and when I would ask spectrum why all they would say was that I was on a promotion. I didnt know what promotion they were talking about cause I have been a member with bright house for years. When bright house was around they would work with you on any issue or concern they cared about their clients. Spectrum doesnt care about anything other than getting money. I will cancel my service today with Spectrum their service is poor their prices are high and last but not least they have no people skills.

I always find them to be friendly and helpful here. Even after the buyout, the service has remained solid. They were very kindly giving people seats to wait thanks to the surge in customers caused by the change to digital cable. I was just changing my modem, but they were prepared for upgraders with stacks of converter boxes at each station. The two people who were canceling their service were treated just as well as I was.

I never noticed they had a location in the shopping center. Only down side is parking because it is between Burlington and hobby lobby. The service was efficient and friendly. They operate very well and probably get any issue resolved there quickly. The cashier chit chatted with me about tv and it was nice.

Was a Bright house customer, not the same company since Spectrum took over. Poor customer service. Blames everything on the system. Was told we have to answer to shareholders now as excuse to why same quality of services no longer offered. If Im going to be treated like a number now instead of a valued customer of 15 years, I might as well pay a lot less money for it

Wait time needs to be addressed - reminded me of the DMV. Other than that, customer service was good. My questions were answered and the issues and concerns addressed the few times I had to get in there on personal and business visits.
Spectrum doesn’t even deserve 1 star but then i can’t rate. Horrible service in store and on the toll line. didn’t even notify me that they were entering me into a promotional contract, when I crossed over from brighthouse. A year later they raised my bill by 32 dollars. ZERO notification. I cancelled spectrum as they didn’t want to do anything to keep a customer. Plus the reception wasn’t even worth 69 a month. Went with AT&T so far so good, glad i made the switch.
There has to be a better way! All I needed to do was return some equipment. The Spectrum store was packed. Only three workers working--including one lady who didnt wait on anyone for the first 15 minutes we were there. Many people didnt understand the sign in procedure. I helped a couple of people. It took 45 minutes to simply hand them the equipment and collect a receipt! Unacceptable!
