Just horrible. Overcharged. Only have gel x no acrylic for some reason. They pretty much just look like press on nails were glued on. Didn’t even cut or really file my nails before putting them on.

Took forever to get in but there want a line. Asked for acrylic but got gel x idek what it is but the nails came out great and exactly how I wanted them. Its a bit over priced though paid 85

I came in super late probably an hour before closing time and the two ladies who were working were such sweethearts. I recommend Soo, she was such good energy and super kind. She takes her time and makes sure you’re not uncomfortable or anything

Horrible. They called to confirm my apartment and didnt say a tech left for the day. Waited an hour while my friend got her Mani Pedi. They kept accepting walk ins even tho they were understaffed and didnt have the time. My gel lasted 2 hours before cleanly peeling off. After putting lotion, they didnt use a dehydrator or even alcohol to take the lotion off before applying the product. I dont even want to try to go back to have them fix it.

I dont know if every nail specialist is bad but the one I had needs more practice. Didnt appreciate the nails I ended up with for the price.

Kiki was really nice and talked with me while doing my nails but I asked for acrylic full set. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times before but this was the first time getting the gel stuff. My sister and I both are not happy with our nails. It’s been a few days and three nails have popped off and all of my sisters have came off. Mine were super weak and poor quality. My sisters were very clumpy and all around just terrible. We paid $135. This was terrible. I’ve tried to contact Kiki about this but no answer.

I just went to this place asked how long for a mani pedi and eyebrow wax the lady said 30 minutes. I said ok Ill come back. The lady asked me to put my name and number in the book which I couldnt because I had things in my hand. No one offered to put my name in the book or anything. Soni said its ok ill just come back. Walked around the mall and came back in a little less than 30 minutes and the lady told me after I waited for a while that she would not do my nails because I didnt put my name in the book. The Im guessing owner as well as her employee had a very nasty attitude just because I didnt put my name and number in the book. I told them I had a lot of things in my hands and I could not and the African American lady said someone could have wrote it for you with an attitude. I just left because I will not spend my money in a place like that. It would have been nice if someone offered to write my name in the book as they watched me holding stuff in my hands. I will also be reporting this incident to the mall. Ended up going to Top nails and saving money so I tipped the 20 I was going to tip there plus the extra I saved.

Very sweet ladies loved my nails ! Two pinkies broke on my full set but they fixed it no problem . Very welcoming environment and good vibes . Pedicure chairs have massage chair and nice very warm waterGo check them out ! They also do waxing and a lot more

I went for the first time for a Pedicure and fullset on a Tuesday I was in the shop for a total of 3hours mind you I was the only customer for the first hour and a half.. As I was getting my pedicure the lady doing my nails kept leaving me to help the other customers that walked in. I paid a total of $85 and my fullset was nothing fancy but my nails were all different lengths and they fell off that next Monday by themselves!! The place was dirty & the materials were dirty. I don’t think I’ll ever go again.

I came in to remove my fake nails and Alecia and she did AMAZING did not hurt me at all and removed them properly! I recommend them 100%

Went in wanting medium almond shape nails, an asian lady was willing to take me seemed nice in the beginning. I wanted to know the price she said it started at 30 but since I wanted medium and almond it was going to be 40-45!! I said whats the price? I need to know because if its too much im going somewhere else. The thing is, is that I would understand if I wanted long nails with gel but I did not want gel or long nails and was still going to charge me 40-45?? She proceeds in telling me I can get up and go because I questioned the price!! I gladly walked out.

Not what I expected.. lady was nice but a simple pedicure should not be near $60 for a not so great foot massage and caky toe paint. Not very experienced IMO

Do not spend your money here. I came to get a pedicure 1 hour and half before closing and the young lady told me they wouldn’t have enough time to do my pedicure. It is now 1 hour before closing and there are nail technicians sitting around doing nothing!!! I repeat take your money where it is appreciated!!!

First timer & spent 4 hours in the chair. The woman who did my nails was rude. Not welcoming at all. I paid 50 dollars for a full crooked short set. I made sure the nail tech was aware of the crooked set and she said that they need to be filed that she was going to fix them 🙄. SHE DID NOT! My nails were not shaped well at all. Not only were my nails crooked. She slit 3 of my fingers with nail filer and drill (my cuticles) And still insisted on putting liquid on my fingers and said this is going to burn 😡 WTF! while she was putting acrylic to my nails she kept pulling my arm forward to were my arm was resting across the table. Doing so. My arm was resting on a paper towel with acrylic liquid and acrylic powder used for waist. After she was done with my left hand she was applying acrylic to my right hand again my arm was rested across the table so my hand was on her side of the table in her face. My left arm began to sting🤔 I was confused because I didnt know why. She fished applying the acrylic to my nails again she had to file as she filed my nails she set my left hand my index finger that finger would not stop bleeding I got a three times to get paper towels after she figured out it wasnt going to stop bleeding, she put nail glue over it. 😤 She applied two coats of nail polish to my nails anytime she put my hands under 3D light again I said my arms had to be rested on the table in order for her to do my nails so with that being done I was having to put my arm over the 3D light machine why she was applying the gel each time on each hand. So after all the slits in my fingers the crooked nails and that service overall I asked her if she was going to discount me for the damages she has done she laughed it off and she really charged me fifty bucks. I came home and discovered a burn and a welt the same place of my left arm then I knew where that stinging sensation was coming from... The liquid towel she had my arm laying across (that had the acrylic waist) and the 3D light that she had my arm laying across while she applied the gel. (Light was on) as I was making her aware of the damage is done to my hand she laughed it off like I was just kidding. THAT PLACE SUCKS AND THE MANAGER KNOWS IT. I DONT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE. IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE FOR 20 YEARS NOW. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE TILL YESTERDAY.

I went to get my nails done and this pregnant lady did them. First off she didnt even show me what size I wanted my nails she just cut them short since I said short but she cut them like to my skin short. I did not want that. She didnt even cut them right they were all uneven. Then she made me bleed on every finger. She cut my cuticle to much. Once she put the acrylic on she didnt even file them good they were all bumpy . She had an attitude the whole time and when it was time to pay they didnt even have change. She wanted me to go to target to get change myself. Thats not my responsibility. The receptionist was nice enough to get change. All in all I will NEVER go back there again!!!

The young lawsuit who did my pedicure was great ! She’s did a great job ! The lady who did my nails was great with customer service but her work was not great at all. My nails are lifting and it hasn’t wen been a week. They are uneven and lumpy. She didn’t even paint them all the way.

I Dislike this place. Its soooo bad. It took the girl 4hrs to do my nails mind you I had 1 solid color . Plus I was charged $60 for my simple set. So bad I DONT RECOMMEND this place at all!!!

The worst experience I have ever had. Took about an hour and 45 min for a pedicure when it usually takes 45 min. The girl kept stopping to look at her phone. She also seemed a little inexperience. By the time I left and walked to my car my toes were already messed up and I got gel so that means she didn’t let my toes under the LED light for enough time. I would definitely not be going again.

Never going here again. Walked in and I had to ask for service no one asked what I wanted. The girl that did my pedi caked on the nail polish so bad that it would not dry and was telling my mom to grab her what she needed. Never will I recommend this place!! Lyles would have done a way better job then this place.

I paid $50 for a full set. My nails were hideous and definitely not worth $50. First of all they lied about having stuff for holo nails. It took 3 hours for this horrible job. I don’t mind waiting if they had done better and were trying to rush and leave. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their money here. My nails came out boxy and with lots of bumps🤮

This place sucks. Went for a pedi and the guy didn’t even try he literally just washed my feet and painted my toes. Very disappointed & unsatisfied.

If i could give a zero star, i would. When i asked if they had open spots, i was told to wait 1 hour and they would help me. Okay not a problem, well i come back and the manager says that she will do my nails. Great right? No. The manager left in the middle of my nails to take a 45 min phone call with the owner. After being told she was with a client. So i waited because she had already started on my nails. Then the manager kept stopping and helping people who came in. I had my nails done on friday the 5th and yesterday (Tuesday the 9th) they popped off! I will never go back to this shop and i hope that people look at this review before they go in. Dont waste your time or money.

I had a very bad experience here unfortunately :/. I noticed that they had a sign outside their store that displayed their low prices, which is why I decided to stop by to get a full set ($25). Is was not busy at all. There were 3 nail techs working. The lady who started on my nails was named Brandy she had some tattoos on her right arm and on her ring fingers. I knew that this experience was going to bad when it took her 15 minutes to find out which nails were going to fit my fingers. She finally did then she stuck them on. She DID NOT file my nails to make them even she just glued it on. I kept my patience and tried to make small talk. HERE’STHE BAD PART. She did not know how to apply the acrylic powder so she kept mixing too much water and the power set and layering it on my nail causing it to over lap on my skin. Then nail acrylic got STUCK to my skin and when she was trying to shape the nail she was acting confused about why the nail was over lapping my finger nail. LIKE LADY I WATCHED YOU F IT UP. Also she was hurting me bc she was trying to rip off of the acrylic. I finally asked her if I could leave bc there was no way to fix it with out her cutting into my skin. Now I have to figure out what I’m supposed to do with this stuff all over my fingers. She also complained about being sleepy and that her eyes were shutting as she did my nails . Also it took her TWO HOURS just to apply the acrylic powder and to “shape” them. It was such a sloppy job. If anyone goes try getting a different nail tech bc the other ladies that we’re doing their nails seems to like theirs.

I ended up going back the next day to have a rude pregnant girl try to fix them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Dont waste your time and money it is not worth it!!!

Terrible! Ive made an appointment TWICE already... And both times I arrived there was no one available to do my nails and I had to wait over 30 mins! Then Im told to wait for a certain person to come in so that I can get the nail art I want and when they get there, they say that they cant do it. I tried, even gave them a second chance. They suck.

If you ever decide to get a mani/pedi here ask for jade. Otherwise, you’ll be disappointed with the quality and results completed by the other “nail techs.”

So I got my nails done, by this girl who was apparently new, well I went back got them done again and they came out so pretty but went to work put my phone in my back pocket and my nail pop, I was so mad that I just bought some glue, and I just refuse to go back, nice ppl but the work is not worth 60$$ that I spent
