Customers expected to be on time or they are charged. However the nails techs consistently cancel and reschedule expecting customers to just understand. Consistently my appointments were rescheduled and the appointment times were changed without consenting with me. I expected more customer service with the following this place has but was throughly disappointed and unsatisfied. Rude to customers. Really bad communication and bad service skills. Lacking in empathy and basic human respect/ customer service skills. It’s not just about money. There’s plenty talented people but when you don’t value a customers time like your business does it’s not worth the money no matter the talent.

Ivonne is one of the bests in Bakersfield hands down!

I dont know about the others, as I only see Ivonne the owner. But I do know that Venus is very friendly and helpful. Yvonne is as I stated earlier the only one one who does my nails and she is excellent and knowledgeable at what she does. She is also very friendly! I would recommend anyone to her.
