Very good, professional service cleanup all the viruses of my laptop

The guy who answered the phone answered a few questions about my computer problems. He didn’t say a word after I answered him then hung up on me .....To answer the below comment... I just graduated college last year and my computer crashed for months! Recently I had time to get it fixed at CPR repair (the best repair shop in Bakersfield) they were closed so I called this shop. I forgot my log in (which I’m sure isn’t the first time someone has) then use my Apple ID plus restart and it wouldn’t let me back in. I wanted to see if you could help me. I would pay happily to get this fixed because it’s a necessity for my business, however instead you hung up on what could have been a new customer. Super unprofessional and rude.

I went there during regular business hours and no one was there I called the phone number and left a message I never received a return phone call

Thanks for repairing my kids computer, it was running very slow, drop off the computer and he was able to figure out the problem and was ready to pick o next bussiness day. I would recommend this to anyone.
