Called 3 shops in town and Kenny was the cheapest. Dont mess with a lot of these other people because they are either more money or tell you that no one else in town can do the job. In an hour he had my phone screen done and its like a brand new phone now. So I highly recommend this place.

I took my phone in during an emergency, it had completely crashed. So stressful! I found Ken and his reviews, are what calmed my nerves. Who can you trust, nowadays. After bringing in my phone, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He got right to work and called me, to talk about what was going on. He resolved my issues, repaired my screen and all within an hour. It was a little late in the evening and he stayed late, just to fix my phone. After meeting and doing business with him, hes one of the good ones, you can just tell. Honest, hard working and very personable. You are in good hands!

Went in to get my cracked lcd/led screen on my Galaxy S9, when I thought my phone would be gone for good. Did a bit of research and found this place and met Ken. Called to ask if they fix me phone and he got attitude when I asked to explain why he cant fix my screen. Poor customer service and attitude. Sad that he couldnt explain himself before he got attitude. Dont waste your time here.

Get your phone fixed here. Good people.Called and asked about repairing my S7 and the guy on the phone asked me why? He said that I could buy a used S7 for less than the repair of the one I had. All the other repair shops in Bakersfield quoted me 150-200 and said nothing else. At the end of the day this guy deserves your business.

My iPhone 6s screen had tons of cracks all throughout the screen and I took it to Mobile Heros and he was able to fix it within a half an hour! Ive heard other people that have taken their phones other places have had problems with their home button not working or camera being out of focus after replacing the screen, but my phone looks and works just like new!
