I was so impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of the employees. Perry was kind and answered the phone quickly and my questions right away. Told me it would most likely be a quick fix within an hour and got me in as soon as i got there. No lines! Not only are the prices reasonable but it didnt even take them an hour to fix my phone! If i had taken it to the apple store it could have taken a week to fix not to mention at least twice what i ended up paying! So thankful for their hard work and diligence at this store! Thank you Scott for fixing my phone! It works great and i love knowing if anything ever happens to my phone i can bring it there!

Perry at CPR WAS not able to fix my problem but gave me a referral to someone who might. Unfortunately they were also unable. But at CPR They did not charge me to look at the laptop I brought in and even took a couple pics of the burnt motherboard to show the other company. If I need repairs in the future I will definitely take my business to CPR. Very professional and honest.

Called 2 weeks ago for an estimate to repair my phone. I was emailed a quote of $199 to fix it from the company. I took my phone in today to fix it and the owner told me he would charge me DOUBLE to fix it, with the excuse that the glass costs $199 itself, and would not honor his price. Seemed like he quoted low to get me in there and then raised the price. Went to Best Buy and they fixed it for $150 less than he quoted me. Wont be back and do not recommend.Update to owners response... I may have said the wrong phone model in store, but you held my phone in your hand and couldnt see with your cell phone experience it was an edge phone? Seems either hard to believe or like you are making excuses. Lame excuse and we wont be back. Also, for labor and the part we spent $150 less than what exorbitant fee you gave me in store to fix it, and Best Buy charges the same rate for S8s and above.

This place is a scam. I took my ps4 there to get repaired. They never called back and when I called them they said the motherboard was burnt out and were unable to repair it. When I went to pick up my PS4 they lost the paperwork. They located a PS4 that was mine but the disc drive had been removed. I gave it back and told them to have the owner call me. He never did and I still havent got my PS4 back. They basically used my PS4 for parts. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Dont waste your time!

Paid $449 for a new screen on my note 10+. Screen was replaced well enough, but he couldnt get the backing of the phone back on. Said he cant replicate the job Samsung did. Could fit my finger nail easily in-between the back casing and the inside of the phone. Phone is no longer water or dust resistant. I am rating 2 stars instead of 1 because he did discount me the tax of the purchase.

Over and above the norm. Scott had my Huawei Mate 9 repaired within 4 hours of my dropping it off. Had a minor issue after the repair which he was going to correct for no charge, until I dropped the phone the night before I took it there. He still offered to do the repair free (I pay parts only). I felt he was being overly generous so we agreed to a 50/50 split on the labor.This is a business with outstanding integrity. I have an old Nexus 6 that I was going to toss, but Im going to have Scott replace the battery and screen so I have a backup.If your experience is like mine you will be treated politely and fairly. When I come across a business like this one, Im loyal. I also dont do reviews, not unless Im extremely impressed.CPR more than impressed me with their work. Thank you Scott.

I did *not* have my phone repaired here, but I wanted to commend the owner for their helpful honesty and authenticity.The owner let me know that it would be substantially cheaper to purchase another phone of the same model, an LG Nexus 5X, than it would be to replace the screen, even pulling up prices online (I brainfarted and didnt consider this option even though its what Id done before).There are plenty of other types that would have been shady and did the work anyway to take advantage of the easy money.I also learned that they will not charge you if the phone doesnt work after the repair, so I would strongly recommend checking them out if you do own a phone that isnt old and outdated like mine, lol.

This place is awesome ~ If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thanks to the very knowledgeable Andrew who saved my phone with the near 3,000 photos on it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. I dropped it, and the frame got bent where the on/off switch was. It got jammed and wouldnt work, so I had no way of turning my phone on after it timed out. I called and described the problem to him, and I could tell by what he explained to me that he knew his stuff. Fortunately, he happened to have a frame and other parts for my same type of phone. I went in and he fixed it in no time! PHEW!! I had called 2 other places, and was told by one that it would be $400-$500 to fix. I was only charged the labor fee of $30. He was so helpful in explaining some options for saving my photos and other valuable things I had on my phone. This guys a saint! Id highly recommend them for any tech repair!

Brought my ps4 in because it was loud and overheating paid 79$ and it lasted a couple of months and it started doing the same thing so I brought it back seems like he just left it on the Conner and said is was done.

We had an iphone that needed a battery replaced and a screen repair. We took it into Andrew, who assessed it, determined the repair required and gave us a quote. An hour and a half later, we were on our way home.He was very knowledgeable about phones and technology, very friendly, and the price charged for the repair was good.I will definitely go back there to have him repair a phone or tablet.

CRP is a well run business with an honest and friendly owner. I took my iPad 5th generation in for a screen replacement around 6 months ago and when I received it back (within 4 hours, which is incredible) the tablet looked and preformed as if it was brand new and he provided a 12 month warranty on his work for no extra charge!! Ive since then taken a few other devices in for repair and have a great experience each time.I wouldnt trust anyone else in Kern County with my gadgets.....this place is great!

I think I have found a place for all my oops, I broke my Tablet. I was about to throw away my expensive MS Surface then I decided to call CPR and ask them if they could replace my screen? They not only fixed it but also shipped back to my thus saved me a trip to Bakersfield. These guys are truly awesome.

Excellent customer service and perfect work. I brought in my wifes Samsung Galaxy S10 in flamingo pink color after being dropped and cracking the front amoled screen (the phone includes an in screen fingerprint sensor) They had to order the replacement screen since the phone is very new. And replacement parts are not in stock. Within a couple of days the replacement screen came in. They were able to replace the screen and everything works perfect and like new. I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone repair to everyone... (BTW, I had called bestbuy geek squad first since they were just a few blocks away and they wouldnt even look at the phone, they stated they are not trained to work on any Galaxy S10 yet)

I went in and got my iPhone 5c fixed . My screen was really broken . I paid a fee of 100$ for a new screen and waited only an hour which was cool . But when I went and got my phone the front camera was ruined . It was blurry and wouldnt focus, they aligned it wrong . I took it back in and they took it and said to give them an hour . An hour later I went back and the guy said its good now. and when I told him it was still there he said have a good day bye and left the room . So unhappy and I will never go back

I went to get my phone fixed & they said it would be finished in an hour & 30 mins and it took two hours, and once i got it now whenever im on my phone it glitches out & the screen randomly goes black and takes a min to come back on and sometimes weird colors come up & my keyboard glitches.
