We are probably one of LanPros smaller clients, but we have never been made to feel that way, at any point in the last three years. The customer service is far and away the best we have ever received from an IT service provider in Bakersfield, I just wish we would have migrated over sooner! If we require services, which usually means we are mid crisis, we give LanPro a call (or email) and the always friendly and sweet Brently gets a ticket started and gets a technician sent our way, right away. Chris is excellent coordinating services from outside providers and procuring the necessary hardware or software needed and generally with little or no notice. We feel fortunate to have LanPro supporting our business and would recommend them to any company looking for great customer service, unmatched product knowledge and repair, and fair and affordable pricing.

I find it funny that my review was questioned because I am not found in lanpros system as a customer. Why do I have multiple emails from Chris mcglasson, Laura Lopez, and Katy Ellis? Why do I have an invoice dated 11-24-15 from Chris? I have $1400 worth of equipment you sold me that doesnt work. It hasnt worked since the first day you installed it. I have called you and left multiple voicemails after the install. I have been ignored and will continue to write bad reviews until my issue is addressed. If you want me to take out my frustrations on a different lanpro....thats not even possible because there is not a different lanpro in Bakersfield. If you want a better review, I would be happy to remove these reviews if you fix my problem. Thanks
After over 15 phone calls and a whole year of inconsistent service, I had to call my bank to reverse the $1300 I spent to get normal Internet speeds through lanpro. They set up repair tickets for me but never follow through. They come out to repair and disconnect my access points and say not to use them. Why would I want to pay for product they say I need just to have them deactivate it and make it useless? The last repair guy to come out said their repair techs dont know what they are doing and thats why they have a high turnover recently. Now when I call their phone its busy or they dont return my call. Very poor service
