This company does good work. I found them through an online search, looking for help to upgrade my Mac and transfer some data. They were professional, fast and understood exactly what I wanted. No complaints about the prices. And they’re pleasant people, on top of that. I brought my computer into their business because the printer wasnt working properly. It either wouldnt feed the paper correctly or not at all. I had also dropped my laptop and the screen was almost impossible to view because of the damage. They offered to sell me another monitor for only $25 that I could hook up along with the bad one. I could now view the screen without looking at any blemishes. So altogether they saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend them.

During the lockdown due to COVID-19 my HP laptop decided to give me the blue screen of death. I reached out to Bakersfield bites and they were immediate on the response, came out and picked up my laptop and within four days I had an update and a return date. When I receive my laptop back it was basically back to brand new and I couldn’t have been happier. They saved what files they could but there was a lot of stuff that could not be saved so that was not their fault but thankfully for making a back up here in there of my own files. Did a very nice repair on my computer, and set me up with great protection

I asked like 5 other places if they could build my computer with water cooling because my gpu gets so hot. I spent about 2500 on parts and they built everything for only 150 dollars or less here is the final picture of it.

Awful and very unprofessional!! They just take your device and when they get to it they get to it. If you dont call in about your device you dropped off dont expect an update or call be made to you! Dont waste your time with this place, go somewhere else!

My home pc had an issue with windows 10 and it corrupted my whole computer. They restored my computer back to windows 7 and saved my important files and pictures. These guys are the real deal. They dont talk down to you and they dont sell you things you dont want or need. Theyre also affordable, for what they did, anywhere else would have costed me more. So the job was done for me and I was so happy with the results.
