The staff at VTech are very accommodating and helpful! My coworker and I were 3 hours away from our office, servicing data logger boxes out in the Bakersfield area, and needed to use a PC to configure our equipment. We didn’t have a computer with us and were in a pickle. The VTech staff let us use one of their computers for free for over an hour.
