I went in on May 31st for a car wash and my passenger side view mirror was damaged as a result of this car wash. Here we are 2 months later and Im still waiting for a call from the manager regarding the damage to my vehicle. I was told that I would be called the next day and I wasnt. I went in a couple of days later and was informed there wasnt a manager available and I had to leave my name and number again so I did, I was not informed the first time that I went in, that the store manager has nothing to do with the car wash manager and so when I went back in again they said they would have to provide my info to a different manager, I kept following up by calling and going back but there was never a manager available. I have left my information several times with different employees there for a manager to call me back. Ive still yet to receive a phone call from them. I even provided the stamp time on my receipt to make.it easy for the manager to check the cameras and do their research prior to calling me back. Im still waiting for a call back....

My SUV was extremely dirty and asked to go through again. Ive done this a few times before in the last year or so. They refused and said I could pay another $7 to do so. I live in the area and get my car washed there frequently. I usually buy a card with multiple washes. Upset that they denied me especially when they let an older gentleman go through again, after he realized his car was not clean enough. This was within 5 minutes of me asking. SmhDissatisfied customer!

Convenient car wash. $1 off service with gas purchase. Ive found this car wash to be good compared to other drive-thru car washes Ive used in Bakersfield. This is a regular stop for me now.

I always come here to get my car washed, and I usually never have an issue, but this time I was up-charged on my card. I tried getting ahold of someone three times but no one answered the phone.

Polite workers and convenient location. Downside is they need to clean the vacuum area more often but they can get very busy so I understand cleaning often is difficult.

Decent price and very fast service, they offer sell service vacuums, the only thing unfortunately I dont like compared to say a mister car wash is that the machine doesnt armour your tires which is kinda a bummer

It’s a car wash I get it. Employees that work at this car wash or some of the rudest people that I’ll never know. I have magnetic signs on the side of my car sometimes I forget they’re on their period when I go to get a car wash they take them off my car and handed to me while I’m in the driver seat. Doesn’t sound like a big deal does it? Well it is! The magnets are filthy and I don’t want all that dirt on B or the inside of my car. And they don’t seem to care if you’re not happy with your service. I would recommend not using this car wash because any business that doesn’t care about you as a customer doesn’t care about your car doesn’t care about anything.

Workers are lazy. Dont scrub your car right.doesnt have to be perfect but least try people dang.come out still with dirty spots. Windows are still dirty. Have to ask for your air fresher & trash bag.wheres the service except for what the machines do😡

I had a bad expierence there I do not recommend going there. I paid for the most expensive car wash and they had the nerve to turn off the dryer fans on me. So when I got out of the car wash my truck was soaked. I walked over to ask them why was my truck not dry and they told me because I had a stroller in the back and it was too dangerous to keep on. Like are you serious why was I not told about this I could of easily got the stroller and put it inside the car with no problem. So I was expecting them to be like well you can go through the wash again so the truck can get dried and they didn’t they didn’t offer anything. So I asked them if I could at least get a towel to dry it up and they refused. Not to mention I’m 8 months pregnant and having to dry it on my own was a hassle and my truck wasn’t even clean it still had mud all over. I was very upset because I was expecting better customer service.

Ive had a monthly pass for a while now. My husband had my car washed went home and see that the car was still dirty on the back .He went back to rewash and was told no . He could only get a rewash if he noticed the car was dirty before he left there and told them asap .cone back tomorrow is what we were told. Then when I asked for a phone number to call a manger or anyone I was told no we are family owned we dont give out the numbers.Cancelled my service Ill go some where else
