The best person ever Brittney Crosby. My daughter Daniela was looking for her first car. I called and spoke to Brittney explain what my daughter wanted, she explained to me that at that time they didn’t have it but that she would call around to other dealerships and try to find it. It didn’t take long until she called us and said she had it she sent us pictures my daughter loved it. I could not believe how fast she found it and exactly what my daughter was looking for. She kept in contact with us every step of the way Bill Wright Toyota is very lucky to have such a wonderful and caring person working for them everything went flawless we got the car that my daughter wanted for the price that we were looking for and the payment exactly what we were looking for and all thanks to Brittney. When our car was towed in from the interstate, Chris took charge and deserves eight stars for a ranking. He even arranged a hard to find rental car plus an Uber to get it at the airport. On top of the constant up selling of maintenance and services that are not needed, for example motor mount replacements, Bill Wright Toyota did not address my original problem with my transmission. When I picked up the vehicle the check engine light was still on. And I still have a transmission problem. Extremely poor performance. Heartbreaking for a lifelong Toyota fan.

On September/14/2021 I have an appointment to inspect and repair the left rear tire for slow leak on my 2021 Camry which its been like this since the day I took it for a test drive, I request from the advisor tell the technician not to scratch my wheel at the time of the repair and she did Post it on the work order that was outstanding excellent, the technician fallow the instructions, at the same time I requested from her not to move my driver seat she told me some people are short and some are tall they have to move itforward or backward I agree to that but when I got in my Camry the seat was back all the way and the seat lower to the floor of the car and the seat back moved all the way back and on top of all that they re adjust my steering wheel. Am a person it takes me about 6 to 8 weeks to keep adjusting the seat to be comfortable when am driving other wise I will have back pain. I have two Toyotas purchased from Bill Wright Toyota one 2015 and this 2021 they should train their employees not to re adjust the seat only forward and backward and if its possible adjust it back, and for this reason I give 3 ⭐ I like to give 5⭐ but not when am not happy for what they did to my seat and steering wheel.

Eddie Beltran did a great job of locating the truck that I wanted. He located a truck that was on their inventory list and put a hold on it for me. He kept me informed of the vehicle status while I waited for it to be built. The only thing that was not a big positive was the price, but I realize that is a result of the high demand for these vehicles.I live in Ventura and took the bus to Bakersfield to pick up my truck. Eddie met me at the bus station and drove me to the dealership. The paperwork was finished quickly. Eddie gave me a good orientation to the vehicle and made it clear that he was glad to help if any questions arose. Very positive experience !!

Worse Experience Ever I went Yesterday for a Maintenance Appointment the guy who helped me was extremely Rude, didnt even say goodmorning my name is....... he just said can you step out your car & go wait for me in the office. Honestly I was so disappointed because the other times Ive been here that had never happened to me until yesterday with this guy that was so rude. He said the car is only going to take 1 hour 30 max I said okay I want a ride home he said you cant wait an hour 30 I said no I want to go home . It took him 3 hours to call me to get my car, he tells me if he is not in his office to pick the paper work with the secretary when I get there Theres no body in the lobby so I go to his office & mad he said didnt I tell you to go with the secretary I said theres no one there & he said go & wait until they get there. I just to go all the time & had always good costumer service because Jonathan used to help me out but this new dude this go to get training on costumer service.

Bad customer service, seems they went from great to very bad. The service representative could not care about any of my concerns. I had to pull teeth to get anyone to at least take a few minutes and look to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. They looked but because of time issues, didnt find anything. The next day it was worse, I took a look for myself and found my center support bearing completely shattered, metal to metal. Called them back and they wanted $700.00 + to fix. No thank you...

Overall, I had a great experience this time. I typically do not like going to Bill Wright because the sales men Hover too much. But this time I was looking online and got connected with George Ferguson who was very patient and got me everything I asked for. Purchased our vehicle in December 2020 and recently took it in for the first maintenance check. The service crew was great, quick and a positive experience overall! I am thankful that, with such short inventory at the time of purchase, I was able to place a refundable deposit on a vehicle I was interested in while waiting for it to be delivered with the option of backing out if for whatever reason the vehicle didn’t suit me. My daughter wanted to buy her first car and i suggested Toyota. We found a car that was advertised locally at a good price and decided to make a deal. At first, they said they couldnt honor the advertised price because of high demand. After arguing our way through that, we then were told by the finance manager that we could only get the quoted interest rate if we purchased a 5-7 year extended warranty? What kind of outfit has this become? Bill Wright would roll over in his grave. I had to argue with Larry Duarte / Finance Manager an explain that its just wrong to try and leverage kids that dont know any better. Three of my kids and i personally own a Toyota. Great cars but we will buy elsewhere moving forward! Crooked dealership from top down!

Two times in a row, I feel like I’ve been misled by the service center. First time they performed a warranty covered service bulletin, and asked me if they wanted me to have them replace the drive belt as it was worn and showing signs of cracking. I declined and did it myself only to find the belt was absolutely fine and didn’t have any cracks in it at all.The second time I brought in the same vehicle for them to recheck their work from the time they did the service bulletin work and they tried to trick me into paying for a $150 diagnostic that they were claiming had to be done or they couldn’t proceed… to check their own work. Even though by the way, it was still covered under their repair warranty. I refused and warned them that I would be getting a second opinion that would determine what the cause could be and whether it’s related to their work, and suddenly they had more options on what they could do. That’s 2 for 2 and now they’ve ended up on our dead-to-us list. No more business to them in any way including parts.

I think that the service advisor should make sure everything has been completed. My appointment was set for 7:00am. I arrived and my car was serviced, when my vehicle was ready I asked the service provider if everything was done that the air valve caps were put back on, the service indicator was reset, etc. she told me it should be done.When I got my car. It was not washed, the caps were on but they put one that doesn’t match back on my vehicle when it went in to be serviced they all matched. It may seem insignificant but for me it is important. There is just not enough attention to the details. I have had issues in the past and that is why I asked prior to getting my vehicle back. It’s disappointing that they don’t pay attention to the details.

The advisor was negligent and clearly doesn’t understand proper communication. Unfortunately I purchased the warranty and have to continue getting service here since I already spent the money and cannot get it back.Update: I recently had an issue where my battery died and I had to get RSA to help me. When I get to the dealer to have my car die again they tell me the warranty doesn’t cover the battery. I asked about a rental since my warranty provides one since the battery I need is back ordered and would take weeks. The advisor tells I’m not eligible because the failure of my battery doesn’t qualify for a loaner car since it’s not a covered component by the warranty. Needless to say I had to leave my car since it was useless anyway. I stand by what I said originally. Don’t waste money on extended warranty. The new advisor certainly had a better attitude and new how to communicate so that was a plus.

That reason I give one start is because I realized Toyota doesn’t really check the car good. I take my car to Toyota to make sure everything is good with my car because I travel a lot and I just found out they don’t take time to revise my car to make sure I am safe. I went to do the oil change 3 months ago and they say I needed to change the air filter on my car because it was really bad. Then I took my car to do another oil change two days ago and now they said that air filter is good. I haven’t even change the air filter since I go the car and now they saying is really good. That doesn’t make sense. Also the customer service is not the same of how they used too. The supervisor don’t even come and tell you what they did to your car at the end. They just send me straight to pay and take my car keys 😡

Service was quick even though they looked very busy, lots of staff and the lounge was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, too. I drive over an hour for service and have to sit and wait, last few services I have come here and will continue.

Just bought a car yesterday, although inventory was low Tom was VERY helpful and patient with me. He was so straightforward and cheerful I’m glad he was my car salesman. I went to Bill Wright Toyota dealership for a required recall on my Toyota Tacoma truck. They were very friendly and helpful. Since parts were required for correcting an issue, they were ordered and I am still awaiting a call confirming arrival of those parts.
