Ive been using Fred Loya insurance for a few years now and have never had a problem...until today. Apparently, the employee Vanessa feels no need to put an Out To Lunch sign up while she visibly sits at her desk. She first told me to come back in 15 minutes cause she was on her lunch at 1:55 pm. So I come back at 2:15 and she is at her desk and still wont open the door. Another girl comes to finally open the door while I call the other insurance office to ask what their lunch hours are. The Vanessa employee is still rude as can be even sarcastically saying Bye as I walk out the door. I never write business reviews but this was absolutely the worse Customer Service ever. They need a Lunch Sign because its not fair to customers if we dont know their lunch hours SMH
