Horrible customer service I read her the exact VIN on my registration card and she was like the vehicles pulling up but its missing a digit. I said I had no idea what she meant cuz Ive gotten Insurance several times and she was like are you sure you know the process? And I was like yeah I know the process Ive been driving over 10 years that have been in an accident and then she just said Im not going to quote you and hung up on me.

Broker fees were $150 “with a discount” guaranteed automatic increase in premium cost as soon as policy expires and rolls over.

Fiesta is a middle man. They give you a rate before they charge a $250 fee just so they can put it in there pocket and call it a fee
