I was very pleased with the service, Martha was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and she got me a good price and went above and beyond my expectations, I usually leave an insurance office with more questions than answers but this time it was different thanks Martha, I will definitely refer my friends and family there.

They charge first time agreement fee which I never heard before. When I cancelled my policy with them they didnt return my money back that was due of the rest of the month. I had visited 2-3 times at there office but they still put me on hold. I dont recommend their policy.

I have used this service for 9 years and have loved every interaction, except when I have to deal with Martha or whatever her name is. As a direct result of her poor customer service I will be looking for new place to find auto insurance.

The individual who helped me was very professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He gets an A++. However, their rates get an F. I went in for a non-owner auto insurance policy. I have a meticulous driving record, qualify for multiple discounts, and have excellent credit. FYI, your credit rating does effect your rates. Bottom line. They wanted to charge me a 75.00 start up fee, to begin with,!! to keep their lights on. (Thats what he told me.) What?!? At that point I stopped listening...to the rest of the, blah, blah, blah, line item additional costs, to start my 26.00 a month policy. Which, BTW came to 150.00$ to get my policy started. Yes, One Hundred Fifty dollars due to buy a 26.00 per month insurance policy. I have 1 word for that. SERIOUSLY?

Amazing service!! Greeted and helped as soon as I entered the door. This is my first time getting car insurance, I felt nervous but my representative Steven explained everything clearly of the insurance I was getting and the different kinds of car insurance scams out there, be careful and do your research too. I was trying to add a car with my old company down the street and they tried to charge me a endorsement fee just to make any changes, the guy said there was even a fee to change my address, what the hell is that!?!?!, I was upset and left the office. I was already insured with acceptance under my mom’s policy, but when I purchased a new vehicle and had to get on my own it was going to be a LOT more a month than what I was paying. I was pay over $200 a month for car insurance for a few months. When I went in to discuss finding cheaper coverage, Devan was absolutely amazing in finding me a policy with double the amount of coverage and $100 less than my current insurance! These guys work hard to find you cheap insurance!
